There are absolutely no reasons that I could think of as to why there are no MP's operating in the east end of the area, especially Orleans and Cumberland. The same bylaws and LE would apply as this is part of Ottawa since the amalgamation a few years ago. Perhaps it could be that the area is thought of as a "bedroom" community in the same sense as Kanata, Barrhaven and that you would not drive all the way to Orleans for example to see an MP. That being said maybe MP's feel that being more centrally located is better for business. That being said, all it would take would be one to start and I am sure more would follow. Rodehard

I have found from past experience that when one deals with the more established MP's found on CERB such as Bethany, Sensual Erin or Megan that it all falls into place. A lot of the MP's found on CERB use a "prescreening process" when approached by a potential client. It serves to break the ice, to find out a little about each other which eases tensions and expectations especially for newbies. For example Bethany uses a screening questionnaire with new clients and answered any and all of my questions regarding what was and was not available during the session. There was also a clear outline of what was included in the rates for the time frame of the session that one desired. As a result one could arrange an appointment, know exactly what the session would involve, what was out of bounds and what one would need in terms of compensation. Erin uses a similiar prescreening method that I found left me feeling that I had known Erin for a while whcih removes any jitters or anxiety. When I meet Erin for the first session I was completely at ease, knew what to expect and had no false expectations or uncomfortable moments during the session which led to a very enjoyable time. The key to all this is discretion, make your choice of the MP that you wish to use and ask questions. But do it by email or a PM thru CERB or by phone. I have yet to find an MP who would not answer my inquiries regarding the services available and the compensation required. I also found that the MP's at some of the established spas that are found on CERB were forthcoming about services offered and compensation when they were approached discretely by email or PM thru CERB. I have yet to find an Agency or an Independent MP that was not forthcoming with information regarding services that were available or the compensation required. All one has to do is use a little common sense and a little discretion, any information that you want can be obtained through email, phone or even a PM via CERB. Discretion goes a long way in this hobby... Rodehard

Very interesting comments to say the least. I would have to be honest and state that the thought of things progressing to another level has crossed my mind and more often than not has formed the basis of some interesting fantasies. I am sure that if we were all honest that at some point in time it has crossed all of our minds. That being said, in my situation it has been dependent on the MP, the ambience and the moment, but I like to remember why I am there and concentrate on enjoying the actual experience at hand.... I have been to 330 Booth Street more than once and the previous locations associated with the studio and have to agree with the others, that the establishment is very clean and neat. The MP's that I have had provided quality massages, were quite professional and above board at all times. I don't know where that statement came from, but I can only suggest that one consider the source. Rodehard

Treating the remains with the respect that the Americans did was the right thing to do for two reasons: There is now no body that can be buried in a temple or shrine with Bin Laden becoming a martyr and the extremists that supported Bin Laden cannot say that that the Americans defiled the body or denied proper burial. Bin Laden was buried at sea in accordance with Islamic religious beliefs. The world is a much better place with Bin Laden and people like him. On reflection maybe Sarah Palin was right in saying that the body should have been put on display as an example of what happens to terrorists!! The Pakisitan government will say nothing of any consequence to the U.S., not knowing that Bin Laden was in hiding makes them guilty of stupidity or corruption or a combination, all the Americans did was a favour to the Pakistanis by sparing them of the embarrasment of Bin Laden being "discovered" living in their country. Wonders never cease. I recieved another of the "scam calls" again. this guy asks for me by the name that is listed in the phone directory which is not my name. As a sidebar to all this, when I moved into my current residence over 11 years ago I registered the phone service in my dog's name. This was done to avoid nasty and irratating calls from my ex-wife. The dog used to recieve "pre-approved" credit cards and prizes from Ed MacMahon and Reader's Digest all the time but that is another story in itself. So when this guy asked for Mr.********* I knew that he was a tele-marketer of some kind and decided to have some fun with him. So I proceeded to ask him what he wanted. With a heavy East Indian accent he told me that he was a technician working for Microsoft and was calling about the problems I was having with my PC and Microsoft and that we had to fix them right away before "it all crashed". He was going to help me get it all sorted out and fixed. All I had to do was go to my computer and we "could fix it right away" I have no idea as to why he hung up so rudely when I told him that I had a MAC and not a PC with Microsoft Windows! Rodehard

I remember in the good old days, before the internet exploded world wide that if you wanted information that you "let your fingers do the walking" through the Yellow Pages. I have to agree with whiteman in that there are not a lot of places (spas) that are doing "online bookings". However a lot of the independents prefer to "meet new clients" through email conversations and online pre-screening that allows them to get a feel for the client and discuss the preliminaries ahead of time. I think that this is a great way for them to conduct their business. Its not a practical way for a "turnover" business with multiple MA's on staff to operate, you end needing one person to just look after the email etc, the phone is the best bet in this case. For some reason the ad seems familiar and I am sure that they might have been advertising on the "other board" before it closed "Erotic" listings. I have never been in a program, I came to the realization that I had an issue and dealt with it. I quit "cold turkey" if you want to use that expression and its been a little over two years for me. Life has been a lot more interesting since I have been sober. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made, I had watched what alcohol did to my father, saw myself heading down the same road and got off it before it was too late! Be proud of yourself for understanding what you needed to do and then having the courage to do something about it! I do know that she did mention prior to leaving that she had no idea as to when she may be back IF she did come back to Canada. She also did mention that if she did return that it would be posssibly in a different location and maybe not in Ottawa. I have sent a couple of email to her in the past few weeks with no response. I am sure that if she does return to Ottawa as an MA that she will certainly use CERB to let us know that she is back and in business. Rodehard

I have to agree with max_million in saying "Go LEafs Go". At least the Leafs had a better season than the Senators who even managed to get "screwed over" in the Draft Lottery! Krusty is right. CERB is a recommendation board and not a review board. I would think that the majority of the negative comment posts were generated by newer members that in all probability did not not take the time to review the FAQ, policies and protocol involved when posting recommendations on CERB. Looking over the length of the tread I see both good posts and not so good posts which would make me wonder why I would want to bother to take the time and visit either one of these places. Why? Because it appears that I don't know what I might be getting into. That is not fair to either one of the establishments involved as one client having a "so so" massage or not being offered "extras" and then posting a poor recommendation can and will damage the reputation of the place and cause it to be avoided. By all means post a recommendation for a good massage or the availability of "extras" with a precautionary YMMV. If its not so good for whatever reason, then use a little discretion and "leave it behind closed doors". A lack of recommendations establishs the places to avoid without involving personal opinions being involved. Rodehard

The surgical procedure is referred to as a "bilateral breast augmentation" and not "enhancement". That being said I would have to agree that Megan's use of the word augmented is more appropriate and neutral than enhanced. Its also a little more "delicate" wording than the harsh words used including fake. A lot of woman have the procedure done to correct other issues including self esteem. It is still called an augmentation but not an enhancement as its being done to correct or even out a deficiancy to give someone a normal appearance, not an enhanced appearance.
