Do not have any experience with the many ladies who use that number (it has been used a lot in the past) but do not have a good feeling about what kind of service would result. There is no "reguler rate " for tips as nobody knows what others tip. You say you tip the highest but don't say the amount. Some say we should tip the same as the room fee (session fee ) and have seen someone post that it should be the room fee plus 50%. Some places like Nevadas tries to set the tip amount but they cannot control that. In this business YMMV often influences what we are willing to tip and whether to repeat. Many will create a business relationship as a regular client and not worry what others tip. it can spoil the relationship you have but on the other hand when seeing someone new you do wonder what should the tip be. i am more on the generous side, like many on here state, but If someone tries to gouge me I never repeat. Repeat business is crucial to stay in business. ;-)

Yes...you may call ahead to see who is working... they are good at telling you who is on. If you purchase the membership (5 visits for the cost of 4) then you can provide your name (whatever name you provide to be used as a member (can be fictitious) and number (they assign you a number) to be allowed to create an appointment with an attendant that is on duty. Memberships can be for 5 half hours or five 45 minute sessions or 5 hour sessions. It is up to you. If you are not a member you cannot book an appointment with a lady ..you would have to come in and book whoever is available. It helps to be able to book a lady in advance if there is someone you want to make sure is available.

Majority of pooners would never use a credit card but there might be more SPs accepting CC payments with the latest technology that can let you use it with cell phones. Problem I see is where a client carries a pre-planned specific amount of cash on him to an appointment but in the heat of the moment will use a CC for an offered extra - may regret it later after realizing he left a trail of the event.
