UK woman dies after 'buttocks enhancement' at American hotel A British woman has died after undergoing a 'buttocks injection' procedure in America. Claudia Adusei, 20, died in a Pennsylvanian hospital after receiving the injection of silicone. Police are now investigating her death and say that the procedure, which may have been arranged over the internet, took place in a hotel near Philadelphia International Airport. They are questioning a woman thought to have helped arrange the appointment and are looking for a man who carried out the procedure. Buttocks enhancing treatment involves injected liquid silicone into the body to create a more rounded shape - something which is banned for cosmetic purposes is the UK, America and a number of other countries The treatment is growing in popularity in the US and there have been reports of black market 'pum-up parties' where women (and some transgender men) inject themselves at home using DIY kits bought over the internet. Paul Harris, plastic surgery consultant at the Royal Marsden hospital in London, told the BBC: "Bottom augmentation is becoming more popular and originated in South America, in places like Brazil." "Despite recent changes in regulation, there are still patients who take part in medical tourism and go outside the UK," he added. He explained that the body may attempt to ward off silicone when it is injected in small amounts, causing damage to surrounding tissue. "Elsewhere in the world it has been reported to cause problems with pulmonary embolism - a blood clot to the lungs - which may have happened in this most recent case," he added.

Revera, Stoneridge Manor is promoting a Grassroots Campaign this month to urge residents, family, friends, and extended friends and families outside of Revera by going to this OLTCA website to send ecards to MPP's and Dalton McGuinty pleading for more financial support. The government is not providing the funding required to allow our elderly enough of the care, compassion and dignity they deserve. Please support the campaign by sending an ecard from the following website. Thank you so much ' remember too ' we may be there one day as well' This is the website http://www.oltca.com/we-care/ :bigclap: Thanks Loralee

Sometimes is a female...other times is a male; they just lie there doing nothing "interesting"....either they expect the other to do it all or just are not interested in a tumble-rumble. We all have had one of those partners. As an SP I got my share of "variety" and every men is different....some are very active, -won't make names, promise!!- and they rock your world in such a way that when they leave one almost cries out for them to be right back; others, are very tender and semi active; they are not timid, just quiet and it takes a number of visits for them to really get the full male out of themselves and give it to the partner, but they eventually and most certainly do. In every visit is a little more openness, more trust, less inhibitions. The third group are the "I am here...adore me". Even with lots of encouragement they wont do as much as they could do. They do not change. With women is the same thing; the ones who give and give with an incredible energy and lust ( many, many ladies at CERB in that category)with a passion for life and the man in question, be it a husband, a night stand or a client. The ones who just "respond" and do not initiate but get more confident with the "going", and, as with the gentlemen, the "I am here, adore me" Why do you think this happens? First encounters are more or less understandable. Even seconds, but all the time? I must say I got and still get "timid" with one particular gentlemen. It never happened to me with anyone else in my private life or as an SP...it did to you? The world of SP's is not the only sphere I am talking about. I guess if a client goes to an unresponsive Provider chances are he wont go back unless deep emotional ties have been formed in some way. I don't really know. Let's us know what as a woman and as a man gets you down or totally up in your sex encounters. I just did. loralee:wink:

I do not mean a "vote", or a "compliment" after a visit/session. In the past I read some comments about a wonderful gent written by an SP. It was not the name of the man in question. I am proposing a place that is public (not the Ladies section) to mention the "great" acts (not sexual); the attitudes; the nice camaraderie of our male members. I have many examples of gallantry and helpfulness, advice and getting out of their ways for us in one way or another. I am aware of the nature of this site, but I am also perfectly cognizant of the fact we are all persons with different genders and a unique approach. If there is a recommendation for the ladies, could it be one for the gentlemen...? Let me start with a client, Moustaffa, he went out of his way to help me in my personal life because he knows I am supporting a very sick relative and going through very tough financial moments. I am not talking only about money for services but also his traveling to see me from afar just to make sure my rent is paid; offering me to move the wheelchair or taking me here or there. I take my hat for persons like him. I have many more examples, and I know all the men here we go a step forward for something else than the rendez-vous should be mentioned. I hope our Mod can make something for all of us to celebrate our men! loralee

However, I never have seen some of those men; even if their handle names have a +++++ behind, meaning they were electronically visiting me many times....I never got an appointment request with them..... I wonder also about those who browse in "secret", I believe this site has a feature for it....their names do not show up in your screen....like private browsing. In my personal experience, I get very happy when I get a message from the other SP's giving thanks for visiting their web sites; some agencies also give thanks for going and checking their sites.....but what about those "regular-silent-visitors" in our pages? are they afraid of saying "hi....nice pictures" or "hello....ugly pictures", or "i like so much your xxxx that I keep looking at your pics"....whatever would be nice, I think. I get attracted to many of the ladies' pictures; yesterday I sent a message to 2 of them after opening their sites to see "more" of them. I told them how beautiful they were.... and you know what? they answered very happily and sensually. Why "regular electronic visitors" do not say a word....? I do not mean the men who come to check us once or even twice.....I am talking about Regulars with capital letters. If I was asked how many of the gentlemen that are "very very very often" on my pages as visitors I have had in my arms?....I would estimate a 25%....the rest keeps visiting quasi-anonymously.... The gentlemen see our names also when we check their sites to see who they are...whose friends....what posts....what statistics....etc....I usually go in their sites when they request an appointment. As a normal person I want to know more about my next lover and I leave them a message of some sort, as a presentation card of my intrusion. It would be nice to hear from the men who do this and the ladies who have noticed it.... Thanks for visiting my page! Loralee

Kubica set to miss 2011 season as surgeons fight to save his hand Posted 7th Feb 2011 by Tom Webster Formula One Doctors have been fighting to save Formula One star Robert Kubica's hand following a crash at a rally in Italy on Sunday. It looks almost certain that the Renault driver will miss the entire 2011 season. Concern centres on the condition of his right hand, which was reportedly badly damaged and may have been partially severed, although surgeons have indicated it is safe from amputation for the time being. Professor Mario Igor Rossello, a surgeon involved in the seven-and-a-half-hour operation to reconstruct Kubica's hand, told reporters that it would be several days before doctors could determine whether the hand would be "able to return to full function". When asked what his estimation would be for a full recovery for Kubica, Rossello replied: "One year. One year is the best provision. "The danger is that, in five or seven days, we could have vascular problems, and he could have to have surgery again to resolve the problems. However, at the end of the operation, Robert's hand was well vascularised and warm, which is encouraging. I expect him to recover enough functionality to resume his activity." Renault defended the Polish driver's decision to compete in the Ronde di Andora in a Skoda Fabia 2000. "Rallying is what he loves to do," Renault team boss Eric Boullier told Italian news agency Ansa. "We knew the risks and so did he. We didn't want a robot or a corporate man for a driver. It was agreed together." Kubica, 26, also needed surgery in 2003 after a serious road accident as a passenger that left him with titanium bolts in his arm. Footage has now emerged from the car which immediately followed Kubica's around the tight and twisty road course. Having successfully negotiated the first few minutes of the stage, the team then pulls over to help Kubica when they come across the accident site. Click below to see the video.

A question to all members

from sweat shirts to cocktail dresses.....Lord...I have to make some money to buy all those outfits....keep answering ladies and gentlemen...this is amazing!!!!!!! Loralee -
When I started I had the good luck of several mentors (you know who you are, and you also know how ever grateful I am and will remain to you) but there is something I have not clearer today then I did then...I guess it may differ from person to person, and it is how to dress for my lovely gentlemen when they do not request a particular attire. My initial instincts were to open the door in sensual lingerie...small pieces of fanciness covering here and there but not too much anywhere....then I had some of you requesting me to get more clothes on. I did with mini-skirts, silly cutie little dresses, "inspirational" blouses, long and see-through negligees, and yesterday, by request, with a coat and boots and scarves and hat and gloves...ay, ay I was feeling ridiculous and kind of hot, but I admit the sensuality of my client had a very erotic theme in mind.... My question is for the gentlemen and ladies..... What do you prefer? How do you feel more comfortable? a fully dressed lady? a revealing approach? a half naked vision? a coat and scarves? I really would like to know.... Thanks so much and as always...hugs and xoxox to all! loralee
