Thanks Ava and Spud. I was told by a couple of memebers about this Tracye and I find difficult to believe the reasons...it has to be something more that either nobody knows or everyone is afraid to talk about..... I will keep this with the Mod, once he answers me. Thanks so very much Ava You are gorgeous!!! I think I told you this before, didn't I? LoraLee

I have been punished by the Mod for not reading the rules and place ads in the wrong way...was this what Tracey did? It must have been something real bad for that kind of punishment and I agree placing the ads without reading the rules is bad, but is it enough to expel someone? Mod I am waiting for your answer.... Gentlemen and Ladies. Let me explain what is happening here. I posted a thread about "deceiving" and the individual who deceived me is upset.....even if I did not say his name in the thread....he knows I may say it to all the ladies to watch out for him and he may loose lots of fun. Second one is someone who let me down with cancellations too many times and I do not want to see ever again because of that.... Someone just told me about Tracie Gold. and dear Cowboy Kenny, I am not leaving, I just want the Mod to fix this and in the meantime I am waiting for his answer to a question I presented to him. I like you all, the ladies and the gentlemen, even the creeps I think are the guilty ones here.....but I trust the Mod will fix this. I removed my pictures because I am ready to leave. I will only send them to the Mod if he asks me to do so. I will gladly send him all the pictures I have. Many hugs.... LoraLee:-( Additional Comments: Could anyone explain to me what was wrong with Tracie? She must have done something real bad .... LoraLee

The Mod got to my attention the 2 members who think or thought I am a "Tracie". I only can think about 1 person who could try to discredit me because I expose him for not paying the donation agreed upon. The other member God knows. I am leaving Cerb right now....this is my last thread. It was a pleasure to meet you all and I had a great time being here. Thanks to the 2 members who obviously are protecting the other members from "Tracie" All the best LoraLee:wink:

The Sexiest Tree House Project in the World By Anna Rachmansky / Oct 10 The unfolding of one visionary developer?s ambitious dream Rumors have been circulating in the real estate circles for months now that a new development showcasing one of the world?s only residential architectural parks featuring today?s top designers, unique residences built above the treetops on elevated stilts, and a floating beach club anchored in the waters of the Gulf of Nicoya is coming to the Central Valley and Central Pacific coast. Years in the making and now set to break ground, the two projects promise to literally raise the bar on residential lifestyle to new heights. Standing atop his sprawling 50-acre property overlooking the pristine Lake Cachi and the lush mountains of the Orosi Valley, Dr. Ion Zaydelman, founder of Puerta a la Vida explains his unique vision with pioneering enthusiasm. ?I wanted to create a place that goes far beyond the traditional notion of luxury. A place that would provide the perfect conditions for comfort and happiness, where people could enjoy a more fulfilling, intelligent way of living,? he says. ?My idea is quite simple: focus on what people need and desire, find the small things that make them happy, and deliver the best without compromises.? Having been a highly-regarded scientist back in his native Russia before immigrating to New York and launching a lucrative development and business career, Dr. Zaydelman was all too familiar with the idea of compromises. ?You reach a point in your life where you think, ?Why does it have to be either/or?? Why can?t life be lived to its fullest without having to give up that which matters most?? And so was born the concept of ?Intelligent Living,? which means every detail of personal comfort, living efficiency, health maintenance, general wellness and eco-conscious construction are thoughtfully addressed. After traveling the world Dr. Zaydelman was convinced that Costa Rica, with its natural splendor, gorgeous climate and friendly people, was the ideal place to realize his Intelligent Living lifestyle. And he chose not one, but two sites (both just 45 minutes from San Jose)?one nestled among the rolling hills of the Orosi Valley and another 67 acres perched 300 meters above the Central Pacific coast near the picturesque seaside town of Miramar. A synergy of several factors is at the core of the Puerta a la Vida beyond luxury philosophy: inspirational surroundings highlighting innovative design and art, smart services that maximize living efficiency, and a health conscious environment. ?Even before it became the trend, we knew we wanted to build a sustainable development?one that was not only good for the Earth but good for its residents too,? explains Edward Zaydelman, the company?s chief operating officer. That means the developers will go far beyond the traditional notion of green to include more than just the latest in green technology. At Puerta a la Vida the ideals of healthy, green living will be upheld with organic landscaping so residents don?t breathe pesticides, pure drinking water, non-chlorine pools and homes built from non-toxic, non-harmful materials. ?As a developer I look carefully at what type of imprint my development leaves. It makes me feel good that I?m building something my children will benefit from, the local community will benefit from, and last, but not least, Mother Nature will benefit from,? reflects Dr. Zaydelman. Complementing the pure, clean environment will be services grounded in health and wellness allowing residents to obtain their optimum well-being with ease and comfort. ?It?s easy to be healthy when healthy choices are accessible to you?when they?re at arm?s reach,? says Edward. And with that in mind, the developments will have an onsite fitness center, wellness spa and naturopathic clinic with an array of preventive medical protocols lead by world renowned doctors. Strong believers in a holistic approach to wellness, the Zaydelmans are equally committed to quality nutrition because as they put it ?what you eat? is ?who you are.? They have already secured contracts with local organic farmers to supply organic, hormone-free produce to the onsite restaurants. ?We are excited that we can support local agriculture and offer our residents the highest quality nutrition,? explains Edward. In fact, these developers are intent on giving back in more ways than one. Their social agenda will include not only support for organic farmers but also work with local educational and community institutions. ?I was attracted to the project from day one, not only because of the scope of the vision but also because the company was serious about supporting the local community,? says Jorge Aria Mora, attorney and Puerta a la Vida?s president. To interpret and bring their impressive dream to life, the developers trusted none other than Victor Cañas to be chief architect. ?What attracted us immediately to Victor was his effortless way of marrying architecture and nature?he manages to orchestrate an exquisite harmony between modern sleekness and raw beauty,? says Dr. Zaydelman. ?We are honored to be working with such a great talent.? Among the construction highlights will be an Architectural Row featuring unique residential designs from a select collective of leading architects. ?At Puerta a la Vida architects and artists will have free reign to take their imagination to new heights?to be provocative and unlimited in their designs,? says Victor Cañas. ?This project is a wonderful opportunity to promote Costa Rica?s native architectural talent.?

WOW!!!!! This is an incredible response and so diverse.... Let me explain first that I took the initiative to write it because I was told about these experiences from Toronto to Nova Scotia to Montreal and Quebec....the only one that happened to me was the "short change" and the gentleman in question excused himself today and is bringing the money...it surprised me of him but that was the last time he saw me and I do not care about him any longer, nor I intend to mention his name ever to anyone. Regarding counting the money in the presence of the client, to me is cold as hell. Call me an idiot, I can not do it. Of course we all know we are not in love with our clients...we may like some of them and adore others; we may feel more friendly with some and less with others, but this is not selling fries...this is more personal and to me, humbly put, it means discretion and trust. If we can not trust in each other when we are giving (both of the parties) our bodies and most pleasurable moments to each other, then what is real or unreal, what is fantasy or just a game it does not come to the table; This is a game of fantasy and orgasms. Angela has her own style; Megan has another, Fortunateone is also different and it is great we are all different, but it does not alter the situation that everybody works for a previously arranged salary, be it hourly, contract or whatever. The point goes further... Mod was very explanatory and I was sorry to hear about all the shortcomings he goes through also. I really believe in people, I trust them and give them always the advantage to prove themselves. Once they failed me they are gone from my life. Again, call me stupid. Some say that when you get burnt with milk, the sight of a cow makes you cry...right? well, I am in that spot right now. May be we all should keep the fantasy alive, as when we go to Disneyland; all pay the ticket and all do a good job. Megan said it once and we went to the parade in favor of sex workers. THIS IS A JOB. Sometimes we like our colleagues, bosses or subordinates; sometime we dont, but we get paid anyway. We as much as the gentlemen do not deserve to be insulted in anyway. Not to pay for the banners is solved easily, the Mod cuts the account...end of story. Not to pay for a service is a rip off...to deceive the payment is fraud and all these issues will end if sex workers were legalized. I hope it comes someday in my own life, and those 30 days are extended forever after .... and the lawyer gets his point across the Supreme court....(small courts are not for this big one) We do not deserve any of this, As the gentlemen do not deserve any harm, there are wonderful men at CERB including the Mod (hey..I said it Mod!!!) we just have to separate the bad from the good, the deceiving, the frauds from the honest and trusted guys. I could name so many of you that are real pearls in the desert, but I can not do it due to discretion, you all know who you are because we are close in our hearts, we are good people!. Just let's fight together to get the law changed, then, and only then, all the jerks will be automatically out, because we could go to the police, the courts, the Better Business Bureau and all that ... and no need to involve the wives, they do not need that and they did not do anything to us...it would be like making a child pay for the crimes of a delinquent parent! come on, lets make the guilty pay and not his entourage! Hugs to all and thanks so much for supporting a free of hypocrisy sex law! LoraLee

Dear Angela, we are all different,.If that is your level of comfort, good for you. It is not for me but I respect yours. The issue is not changed by the fact of counting the money. You may count and it is short and you tell them to leave or place what is missing, right? Well, I prefer to offer my trust and if I am betrayed, I will never see that person again, I will do my best for all of you to know about him and discredit his person, but I can not hurt a "wife" because of a few dollars...no way. We are all different and you are looking so pretty in the new pic!!!! All the best tonight honey!! LoraLee:D

Most of us never even touch the money. I personally open a little drawer in my reception hall and tell them to set it inside, envelope or not. I never ever will humiliate someone by counting....it is demeaning on the whole session. I am sure you felt embarrassed, distrusted and uncomfortable. But Cato you are a real gem, you are not the problem.... I remember a saying that I cannot translate really, but is about feeling embarrased for the other person...get it? How can someone leave anything else than what was agreed upon? how can someone engage in such an intimate encounter, receive the best we can give and more most of the time, and leave with a kiss knowing the truth behind the door? It really surpasses me Cato...thanks for being U LoraLee Additional Comments: Tim YOU are HIRED!!!!! Come home darling!!!!! Seriously...you have a point, but I am sure every lady does something different for their regular clients. Myself, I give them lots of extra time and discounts...I have never lost my clients, you have to give to receive not to take away...now Tim, come home! xoxoxo loralee

I want to share this with all the members of Cerb. Albeit, I have discussed this topic in private with some elite and new members (male and female), I would like to know how often this happens and what do you think. Obviously, more often than I would've imagined. Today I had a phone conversation with an SP in TO, regarding the "envelopes" with the donations (not always in an envelope, must confess). She got, Bonny and Clyde style, an envelope closed and full of newspapers clipps the size of dollar bills.... Not too long ago, another SP received Canadian Tire money.... Some others got a "roll" of bills with an elastic band, and the outside bill was a 50 while the inside ones were much smaller denominations. A more recent one, someone somewhat trusted and familiar with the SP left a bunch of folded 20 dollar bills who accounted to much less than the donation expected. Further than this, the occasional stranger who forgets the money at home....and the one that upon arrival confesses not to have enough.... Anyway, I wonder if this could happen in any other business? Deception, the practice of deceiving, is worst than the occasional bargain hunter (and we SP's do not bargain with the clients, do we? imagine this scenarios if we were on the same frame of mind: "I'll set a donation amount after measuring you...too large? discount.... too small? discount... young and inexperienced? increase... older and sensual? discount..... last minute appointment? increase appointment set in advance? discount well groomed and fresh breathed? discount having to be asked to "refresh yourself"? increase trouble in the board by being unappreciative of us? increase professional? increase retired? discount somehow a difficult erection issue? increase does not leave on time? increase arrives too early? increase duo? (do not expect half donation -I was told this one by another SP -because the job is done in half...by each lady????pardon me??? mercy, mercy....a job done in half? do you know how a duo performs....is it an hour? well, be glad the hour is at the same donation than if it was not a duo, but in a duo both ladies expect the same amount by two.....and they talk before and after the encounter....ay ay ay....deception Then... what do you think about this topic? Cordially, LoraLee:?

World Food Day 16 October World Food Day was proclaimed in 1979 by the Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). It marks the date of the founding of FAO in 1945. The aim of the Day is to heighten public awareness of the world food problem and strengthen solidarity in the struggle against hunger, malnutrition and poverty. In 1980, the General Assembly endorsed observance of the Day in consideration of the fact that "food is a requisite for human survival and well-being and a fundamental human necessity" (resolution 35/70 of 5 December 1980). I really believe that contributing to causes like this one is an obligation out of solidarity. And It Starts at Home.....let's help our fellow Canadians...there are tons of Food Banks to drop a non-perishable item that will make someone less hungry. After our Canadian Brothers and Sisters are fed, we can go to another countries.... Hope to see you at the Food Bank or Kitchens (I like to volunteer and St. Joe is a great place to also offer your services, and help the wonderful volunteers there to feed others who can not afford it. (St Joe is on Laurier, almost accross Ottawa U) Bye for now LoraLee;-)

Every long holiday there are accidents that could have been avoided. People dies for the most ridiculous reasons: getting faster to the red light? passing the red light? not stopping at the stop signs? rushing to go where???? My young adult kids can be the victims; your parents could be injured or killed; our best friends may end paralyzed or disabled; our lovers may not be able to open their eyes to look at us one more time; every person known or unknown, is valuable and deserves to be respected when we drive. A driving license is not a permit to be reckless, "the fastest"; the smartest or the most idiotic person on earth, it is just a "driving license" not a race permit. Do not tailgate an old person because they are "too slow" for you....do not pass on the wrong side....just drive as if a policeman was watching you, or better, as if God Himself was waiting to give you a ticket, the last one! Be blessed and think about yourself and all of us when you drive!!! Have a peaceful Weekend! and hugs to all LoraLee

 Natasha Turner, N.D. is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor. She is the founder of the Clear Medicine wellness boutique and author of the bestselling book The Hormone Diet. Each week in her column for That's Fit.ca, Dr. Turner advises readers on how to remedy common health issues and improve their overall health. paunch [pawnch, pahnch] - noun1. the belly, especially a protruding one; a potbelly. 2. a place to rest the remote or a beer can on football Sunday. 3. a mass which blocks proper viewing of one's toes. 4. a sign of diminished sexual prowess. I'll bet the fourth definition got your attention, didn't it? It isn't just the appearance of a paunch that might affect your sex life either; the hormonal distress associated with abdominal obesity is a major factor behind lowered sex drive. It is no coincidence that Viagra is now one of the top-selling drugs while obesity and stress rates are at an all-time high. This is the scenario of imbalance caused by excess belly fat: high estrogen, low testosterone, low DHEA (a hormone of the adrenal glands), high insulin and high cortisol, all of which affect your libido. Abdominal fat also sets a risky stage for aging, increasing the risk of heart disease and diabetes. But if your appearance or heart health isn't enough to encourage you to get back in shape, maybe the loss of your "mojo" will. A program to get rid of belly fat must include proper diet, exercise, sleep and, of course, motivation. All of these components work well to instill a healthy balance that allows fat loss to occur. But we can talk more specifically about each of the hormonal players in this process, and my suggestions for supplements that can help get you back on track. 1. High insulin -- Over-consumption of sugar and carbohydrates leads to an increase in the release of insulin, which sends the signal to the body to store excess energy from food as fat. If insulin levels are chronically high, you will have increased storage of fat, especially around the abdomen. Chronically high levels of insulin can also lead to a pre-diabetic condition called metabolic syndrome (or insulin resistance) and type 2 diabetes. Solution? Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) along with a balance between protein, good fats and low glycemic carbohydrates will help to correct this. 2. High cortisol -- Persistently elevated levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, are very detrimental to your health as well as to your body composition. Not only does it increase your appetite and cravings, it causes a loss of muscle mass, libido and bone density and also contributes to depression and memory loss. Stress is not to be overlooked or accepted as normal. Solution? Consider taking relora or phosphatidylserine, which work to reduce cortisol levels. 3. High estrogen -- Abdominal fat in men increases the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. As estrogen levels rise, so does the tendency to accumulate more abdominal fat, fuelling the situation. The risk of prostate cancer also increases with higher estrogen levels. Solution? A blood or saliva test can assess your levels. If levels are high, consider a product called indole-3-carbinol, or my Clear Detox Hormonal Health formula which helps to rid the body of excess negative estrogen and correct the balance of estrogen to testosterone. 4. Low testosterone -- Testosterone levels decrease as abdominal fat converts it to estrogen, and also with increasing stress. While you are under stress your body will tend to make more stress hormone (cortisol) than testosterone. Furthermore, researchers from the University of Washington found that men with low testosterone are more likely to develop a potbelly and other body fat. The researchers also found that testosterone may actually prompt the loss of body fat when deficient levels are replaced. Other signs that you may have low testosterone levels include a loss of muscle tissue, depression, and decreased strength, stamina, drive and motivation. If you have your testosterone levels measured with a blood test, be sure to ask that both free and total testosterone be measured. The majority of testosterone is bound to sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), making it inactive. Solution? The herb tribulus terrestris may help raise levels by reducing the binding of testosterone to SHBG without side effects. Zinc supplements may also help raise testosterone levels, as will weight training. Ensure sufficient intake of protein for healthy levels of testosterone too. 5. Low DHEA -- DHEA is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands. It is a precursor to estrogen and testosterone and also helps to counteract the negative effects of cortisol. It affects our mood and body composition as well as our energy levels. Often referred to as the anti-aging hormone, DHEA levels naturally tend to decline as we age and with chronic stress. Solution? DHEA levels are best measured in the blood or saliva and replacements should only be taken when a deficiency has been diagnosed. It is also important to have follow-up testing regularly, as excess DHEA can increase the risk of certain types of cancer.

Science & Technology Study: Strip Clubs Beneficial to Men's Health VCG HoldingsA couple healthy men enjoying the comfy seats in the Penthouse Club. The first thing you notice in the VIP dining room of the Penthouse Club in Sauget are the chairs. Actually, scratch that. The first things your eyes adjust to in the near pitch-black darkness is the stuffed lion, the moose bust over the fireplace and the stone grotto in the corner. Then you notice the chairs. The seats dwarf the tables. Michael Ocello, president of the VCG Holdings (the publicly traded company that owns the Penthouse Club and 18 other adult nightclubs in 10 states), tells me that the company had the chairs specially made. "The arms are reinforced and have a cushion perfectly sized for a woman to take a seat," says Ocello, who has our server -- a petite blonde named Tiffany in fishnet stockings and a corset -- demonstrate. "See. This way you can have two women seated with you and they're not on your lap. Which can be fun -- until your legs fall asleep." But Ocello didn't invite me to the Penthouse Club today to discuss furniture. No, he has something much more interesting to report: the study that found strip clubs like his can be good for your health. "We were very surprised by the findings," says Ocello, whose VCG Holdings commissioned Empire Research to conduct the study. "Besides the obvious -- beautiful women -- we wanted to know what attracted men to adult clubs. We always knew that our clubs made men feel good, but we didn't expect the researchers to come back with medical findings that our clubs can also be healthy for you." Then again, if you think about it, it makes sense, says Ocello. "As a society, 54 percent of us feel overwhelmed with work. We only have 16 hours or so of leisure time a week and more and more of that is interacting with people via Facebook or the Internet. We're social creatures. We need human touch, human contact." The study suggests that strip clubs can lower Cortisol, the so-called "stress hormone" that can lead to heart disease, while also boosting Oxytocin, the so-called "love hormone." Moreover, strip clubs tend to increase testosterone which naturally declines as men age. "They've done saliva tests that show that men's testosterone increases when they're surrounded by beautiful women," says Ocello. "Why is that? Because there's no fear of rejection. The women are going to talk to you. They're going to flirt with you. That's how it works. The question is: would you rather go to the gym and do push ups to increase testosterone, or spend her time here surrounded by beautiful women?" So, how long til doctors begin prescribing a trip to the strip club to their patients? "I don't know, but if you look at the footnotes to our study, it comes from them," says Ocello. "Our research is from the medical community!"

Col. Russell Williams to Plead Guilty: Lawyer :sm185: CBC News The lawyer for Col. Russell Williams said Thursday that he intends to plead guilty to the murder, sexual assault and break-and-enter charges against him at a later date. In a courtroom in Belleville, Ont., lawyer Michael Edelson gave the notification during what was Williams' first in-person appearance in front of a judge. No plea was actually entered Thursday. Edelson said the decision was reached after reviewing thousands of pages of documents disclosed by the Crown and numerous meetings. Colonel Russell Williams is seen leaving a Belleville, Ont., courtroom after his in-person hearing Thursday, Oct. 7. The lawyer for Col. Russell Williams said Thursday that he intends to plead guilty to the murder, sexual assault and break-and-enter charges against him at a later date. The hearing has now been adjourned. Williams' next court appearance is set for Oct. 18. Williams, 47, has been charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of air force flight attendant Cpl. Marie-France Comeau, 37, who worked at CFB Trenton, and Jessica Lloyd, 27, of Belleville. He has also been charged with home-invasion sex attacks on two women in September 2009 in eastern Ontario and with 82 breaking and entering charges. Until Thursday, Williams had appeared only via video link from jail in Napanee, Ont. Amid a heavy police presence, he arrived at the back of the Belleville courthouse in a grey van shortly before 8 a.m. ET. He was ushered into the building through a fenced-in area leading to a doorway. Inside the courthouse, two metal detectors had been set up for the appearance and an overflow room was open with a video feed for the large crowds that were expected. CBC News reporter Melanie Nagy said she had to take off her shoes, which were put through a metal detector. Once inside the courtroom, journalists had to turn off their cellphones and BlackBerry devices. They were given a four-page list of court rules. Jessica Lloyd's mother entered the court carrying a framed picture of her daughter. Williams wore a dark navy suit, and a collared white shirt with no tie. Silence fell as he entered the courtroom. He sat with his back to the gallery, a glass barrier between him and the public. As he waited for court to start, he sat head bowed, leaning forward. Sentencing hearings in the case are expected to take four to five days, after which the judge will hand down the sentence. With files from Amber Hildebrandt
