Thanks for sharing Ashley. I am not convinced about ghosts however from a spiritual stand point I dint doubt what you are saying. When my mom died I was 800 miles away from home it was the middle night. I went to bed happy and woke up in the middle of the night panicked and in a cold sweat. I could not get back to sleep. 2 hours later the campus Chaplin came to my room and let me know my mom was taken to the hospital and had passed away. She went into a coma about the time I woke up. I believe that a spiritual bond exists so what you are saying makes sense to me. Thanks again.

We have to remember this when we vote and we have to call our mp's. This is what happens when the politics of fear takes over. The cowards and those who feel they are so good nothing bad can happen to them take over. Crime is way down from what it has been and violent crime is even lower. Bad things happen but we cannot trample on human rights in an effort to change that. First of all it won't work second of all this kind of ruling only ensures that the bad thing that do happen will be at the hands of the cops. There is too much of that already.

From what I have read is that the methods being used are designed to break a person. They would not be possible with a lawyer present. The extended hours of harassment and aggressive behavior are designed to break a person. The problem is that though this will get to the truth in some cases but it can create enough confusion that an innocent person could give conflicting and inaccurate answers that can be used against them. We are turning into a country of cowards where we are so afraid of what might happen to us that we will sacrifice basic human rights.

This is a very interesting topic. I agree we all have insecurities and what I find fascinating is that women who I find beautiful can be insecure in areas that I find most attractive about them. I also find it interesting that my favorite ladies both sps and not feel they are somehow less attractive than the girl across the room. Beauty is far more than the geometry of your outsides it is the wholeness of your person. And I find the little things we get insecure about are the things that make us stand out as individuals And can be the things that make us more interesting.

Seek first to understand and then to be understood. I think most of us are there, and you are right this is a pretty cool community. And yeah what a great group of giving ladies :). Oh good god man you really need to get some perspective. Before you go off on some tangent of the customer is always right you should remember that every business is a people business. Stephen Covey one of the most respected authors in the business world wrote in his book 7 habits of highly effective people that business dedicated almost half the book to what the ladies are trying to say. Three of his key points are think win/win or no deal, seek first to understand, then to be understood and synergize. So before you start lecturing these ladies on business learn a bit yourself. I get paid more an hour than many of the sp's here and I fire clients who have a know it all I am the client attitude. There are always clients who are more fun to do business with. Ladies you can read into that my meaning. Don't you dare tell these ladies that because of the service they provide and by the way you use that there feelings or Beliefs don't matter. Even the men on your side if the argument have not taken it that far. These ladies know why we are here and provide great service our part of the win win is to treat them with the respect that any woman deserves.

I think what I have enjoyed most since joining CERB is the sense of community and openness. The reason that I will go out of my way to see a lady from CERB is because she is a part of this community. I can tell a lot of guys feel they are being complimentary and others feel they are helping with marketing (which I find kinda crude but what do I know). I think if we listen to the ladies we can find ways to compliment and recommend that don't give offense or stir unpleasant emotions. I think the locker room Omg she has the nicest ... Ever comment should not be on the board though it is in our hearts and minds. What I find cool is the ladies are trying to teach us how to express our appreciation. Keep it up girls us men are kinda slow lol but we will get there :)

As indicated there are ways to do that with a little class and without the locker room attitude. You want to treat this like any business and it is not. If we want classy service and personal service and not business like service I would stay away from expressions like bang for the buck. The advice given with regards to the thread is solid and meant not as an attack nut but as advice on how you can get the info you desire without giving offense. Yes this is a recommendation board but I am learning it is a community not the chamber of commerce. Let's consider that every lady here has feelings and if a topic is offensive move on.

I have to side with the ladies on this one and not just cause meg is hot though .... I think that ranking or rating is degrading because these ladies provide a very personal service. I like this forum because it is a place we can compliment and share information. Lets remember our ladies here are not objects and they are not doing their profession as a competition. The more humanity we show the more human our time with these beautiful ladies will be. And for me that is the turn on.

Hey Mod has it right back up your files on an external hard drive (documents data etc). Then collect your program files format your hard drive and reinstall your windows and program files. Get a good anti virus package install it then scan your backed up files then if they are clean transfer them back on. You can spend weeks trying to hack around this thing. For the kids if you can't get them off of your machine then create an account for them that does not have admin rights it will make it harder for a downloaded virus to take hold. We do that at work to protect our systems from children ( sales people and accountants). I agree that there need to be standards however I have more faith in the reputable sps than I do government who will be looking to take money out of the ladies pockets in the form of sin taxes. I think that the standards should come from the business owners in cooperation with the municipalities and the provinces and Feds need to stay out if it

Since this is a legal business I would suggest that we do as they do in other industries and allow the ladies propose the standards and regulations. I think it needs to be discrete and safe for all. With that in mind I think the ladies in this industry could do alot better than doctors, lawyers, accountants and investment advisors who also self regulate.
