    Ive heard of independent sp's charging a cancellation fee for no-show clients. When the client calls back to make a second appointment they are charged extra to cover the fee. I this true? Has anyone actually paid a "cancellation fee" before? How about paid a deposit up front to an independent sp? Thanks
