Wow what a question, I guess I am a little biased towards restaurants as I am a chef and work in restaurant, but i am also very particular to what I eat and the quality and where the food comes from. Some may be a little expensive but they are worth it. So my favouritie restaurants are: Domus Cafe Social Black Tomato Earl of Sussex Ahora There are a few more but I won't waste everyone's time with reading them all

I ended up at YES healthcare this afternoon after being called into work and then not really having to be there. I was a little stressed and sore from riding my bike. I have been in there a few times and well never had an experience like i did today! First off i was really just looking for a massage and the extras were more of a second thought. I had no idea what i was in for when she walked in. I really should have got her name from her but i was a little bit more relaxed then usual after. All i can say is that if you are thinking of getting a massage and are in that part of town, go there. Massage is top notch and the extras are well worth the slight embarrassment walking out right on to bank.

The earliest I can remember is 9am...I didn't have to work till later that morning. I think that a 9am start is a good time for me anyways as I am not up until about 8 anyways.
