Yes, so did I (before SMQ gave us a chance to temporarily hijack it into silly territory, anyway). But since it's returned to the sensible, here's an effort at a sensible contribution... In my case, the reasons for not commenting are twofold. Firstly, I don't have anything I can give as an honest preference - I've met large and small, natural and altered that I've loved and loved a little less (sorry, never met a pair I didn't like yet, but research continues :) ) and I can't say I know what's going to push my buttons in advance. Secondly - and given the above - I really don't want to express a preference because I don't wish to push anyone into thinking that hers are too large, or too small, or too anything else. Conversely, neither do I wish to imply that the alterations that anyone's had done weren't worthwhile, or may have been a waste of time/effort/money. What really seems to make the difference is whether you like your own; anyone who's happy in her own skin will probably come over better than someone who's not. So if you like what mother nature's given you, that's great and leave well alone; if not, do whatever you feel should be done to improve matters, whether that be enlargement or reduction or perkinessification or just painting them in green and blue stripes for the day, if that's what you'd like to do with them. It's absolutely not up to me - or anyone else - to second-guess or to judge your decisions on this. And thinking about this a little more, I think what really attracts me to one pair of breasts over another is the owner, and all of the hundreds of things that go towards making that owner a wonderful person - of which having a pair of breasts, of whatever size and shape and firmness, is just one aspect.

And if you do choose to say that it's because you have a prior appointment with another client... if anyone has serious issues with that then I'd love to know what they thought they were doing arranging an appointment in the first place!

I have no idea, but I'm worried. I don't doubt that Harper would *like* to enshrine his ideas of morality in law; what I'm not at all sure about is how much of a priority this is. There's the fiscal responsibility thing, and his corporate paymasters will doubtless want a return on their investment, and even the zealots may have higher priorities than this industry, although like others I fear the Bedford case could provoke a backlash from them if it goes against the government.

Well, if you're TOFTT, you may still have a particular target in mind for your research, so calling ahead still works :) Yes, I've had that happen once. The alternative MA wasn't someone who'd been reco'd here, and I'm afraid I didn't feel inclined to write one myself after seeing her (although I didn't spend the time wishing I was elsewhere). But I agree that it's a very awkward position to be suddenly landed in - and to decline the alternative MA's services would probably be somewhat insulting to her.

Obviously it's tricky for anyone to comment without knowing the details of the OP's situation. A few questions that might be worth considering, however... Why did you start hobbying in the first place? And then why did you carry on? What does hobbying give you that your SO doesn't? If you stopped hobbying, could your SO fill the gap that left? And would she be prepared to do so? And is your hobbying perhaps a symptom of some deeper, underlying problem? I wouldn't expect you to actually post the answers to these questions here (or even advise you to do so, for that matter, given how personal they are) - but you might find that thinking through them gives you some more answers of your own.
