Rates are on their website, but only once you've logged in, which requires joining, I think. They're pretty much the same as other spas, though
-
I look at TERB on occasion, as the reviews there are sometimes a useful addition to what we have here (or more often, what we don't have here). TERB also allows discussion of services, which is useful if you want something specific and hasn't been allowed here since the laws changed. But having said that, I've never felt that it was an environment I really wanted to get involved in.

info please? adele & dolls playhouse (monique & kiana)
Phaedrus replied to killatomata's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Massage
CMJ rates are similar to other spas, but you just pay in one go - there's no separate door fee and tip. Adele has a reco thread here. -
They're both good. The only real difference is the location. For me, it's more about deciding which MA I want to see, and then going where she happens to work.

I'm not at all familiar with this one, but it sounds to me like the challenge is aimed more at the entrapment than the sex work side of things. If that's the case, then this isn't the challenge that most folks here would like to see.

Five days, Five posts.
Phaedrus replied to Ron Atwood's topic in New to this? Things you should know...
While you're in moderation (until you've done the 5 days/posts thing) all your posts have to be approved and won't show up until they are. It may take a day or two - mod isn't online 24/7/365... -
How long do you wait....
Phaedrus replied to LookingForFun666's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
I disagree. Almost everyone I've ever seen has been pretty good on that front. -
I think it's great! It's a really good way to connect with people and get to know them. I know a few folks who now use it in much the same way as they used to use boards, including some who are no longer active here but are on twitter a lot. As for ladies who use it: it really depends on what they post. By default, it's very public, but for me that just means I watch what I post. I wouldn't consider setting my account private as that'd make it harder to meet new people, although that calculus may vary for other people.

Opinions on discrete card payments
Phaedrus replied to Brody Boivin's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
As a general rule... with any form of electronic payment, there's a trail of transactions that can be followed either way by anyone with the necessary resources, unless you're using something that explicitly prevents that (e.g. Bitcoin). Most of the time that's not an issue as nobody cares, but... why take the risk, if you don't have to? I don't see what's wrong with the folding stuff. It has always worked very well for me, and nobody I've seen has ever complained about getting it. -
I think he will be, horrible though the idea may be. Hillary is a fundamentally unlovable machine politician, and Trump understands the mindset of many voters. His experience of reality TV is far more useful and relevant than Hillary's experience of politics in this regard. I think he'll manage to take her down.

Right... but here it's in our interests to be nice as people will use our posts to decide whether they want to meet us, so even though you're anonymous, being an asshole would have consequences. But most comment sections allow consequence-free asshattery.

$10 dances might not be a bad idea at all. I almost never go to clubs since I discovered the delights of MAs and SPs, but when I do go I have a budget. I'll spend pretty much the same whether it's $10 or $20 a song, and if that takes longer then I'm likely to spend a bit more on drinks, which is good for the club. The other thing is... they *really* need to crack down on the dancers who screw you over on the number of songs. I hate that, and unfortunately it seems that it happens more often than not.

This one's really up to the site. Anonymity is important in some circumstances, but just shooting your mouth off over today's news? That's not one of them (most of the time) and if it helps create a more civilized comments section... that's probably good for the website running it. And I don't think creating a fake online persona with a "Real name" would be all that hard, for people who really wanted to do the cloak-and-dagger stuff.

Lelo is launching a "new inovative condom"
Phaedrus replied to Helena D'Orville's topic in Health & Wellness
Looks like an attempt to hype nothing much to me. I hope I'm wrong, but I really can't get excited about this right now. -
So... the newest addition to Ottawa's roster of spas is finally here. It's a great location and they've done a great job of setting things up. And, it turns out, they've done a great job of recruiting and training, too. Julia is new to massage, but she seems to have taken to it very well. She has a dancer's physique and she's a great person to talk to (not that I was capable of concentrating on a conversation for the entire time we spent together, but that's another matter entirely ;) ) After a little fun in the shower, she gave me a very pleasant massage. And after she'd finished escalating things to the inevitable conclusion, there was time for a little more massage, which was a very nice touch. I'll be back to see her again!

Yes... very nice space they've got there. Jessica has done an excellent job with it and seems to have recruited some top-notch ladies to work there. And I'm sure it's very convenient for the myriad people who work downtown and would like to step out for a meeting during the day On parking: usual downtown situation. Plenty of it around, but you'll have to pay during the day.

Cam shows!
Phaedrus replied to YoungBeautyMirella's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Not something I'd go for myself... but there are people who seem to make a good career out of doing nothing but cam-shows, so there's clearly a market for it. You may do better asking in the SP-only section about the logistics of actually doing it. -
Is Brass Club connected to Club CMJ?
Phaedrus replied to shawnp1990's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Massage
I see no harm in it. And having the thread public will hopefully save them answering the same question over and over again. Or at least, a bit less. -
There's time limits on editing posts. After a while, you can't any more. But if you use the "report post" button and ask Mod to remove it for you, I'm sure he'll do so.

Is Brass Club connected to Club CMJ?
Phaedrus replied to shawnp1990's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Massage
As far as I know it's completely separate - but Jessica was at CMJ before she set it up. -
To be fair, it's probably not great for some members who have been around for a while to have a public accolade that newer members can't possibly get. Anyone who visits regularly will have their own idea of who is worth reading, and who isn't :)
-
My understanding is that this is pretty ambiguous in the law as written. Unfortunately, getting clarity on it would require someone to go through a long and very expensive legal process. Different websites and publications have taken different views on this, depending on the level of risk they've been willing to take on.

Sunny Days and C-36...???
Phaedrus replied to mrrnice2's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
And third, it took well over a decade for the Bedford case to reach its conclusion. The hope is that things will change much faster than that if/when the government decides to do it. -
And... Cruz is gone. And I'm not at all convinced that Hillary is good enough at reality TV to beat Trump.
