  1. I'd like to think that's true - that personality would win, but let's be honest... we're humans... and this is an industry that I assume for many is about fantasy.... being with that woman that meets our fantasy appearance... Maybe it's just me, but my initial foray into all of this was my desire to be with certain women that I knew in the real world I would never have the opportunity to be with. Personality is critical, particularly for repeats, but I am pretty sure looks are more important than people will admit to. Look at all the polls, social groups, etc that are about the best bum, the best breasts, the best abs, spinners, BBWs, etc... far more of them than groups/polls about personality... Maybe I am crazy. In fact I know I am. But I think looks are an important part of all of this, even if we don't want to admit it...
  2. Cato - I think this is a wise move. And I wish I had thought it through before I weighed in. One of the great things about CERB, Sex, Hobbying... is it's the great leveler... we are all here because we share something. Politics inevitably ends up being about what we do not share. In the end, this community means more to me than expressing my political views here.
  3. Thanks for doing this. I suspect some people are more likely to vote anonymously than weigh in with their opinion... politics is hard to discuss without making enemies.. :-)
  4. Actually, the irony is that the Conservatives have provided more support to the CBC than other governments - at least that was being reported yesterday...
  5. I assume when you put "looks" and then have other parts of the body listed, that looks refers to face?
  6. As compared to the Canadian Census (2001) numbers of Canadians by religion: Catholic (45%), Protestant (35%), Jewish (1.2%) and Other (19%)... Very interesting... Additional Comments: In the US, 25% are Catholics, 51% are protestants, 2% Jewish, and 22% other... Still interesting...
  7. yup - some pretty innocuous words have multiple meanings...
  8. Mine would definitely be Melissa Ashley... her official site indicates that she is sick now with an ovarian problem. But I do know that in the past, she was open to the idea of a private shoot with people willing to travel to her city in the US. As the guy behind the Itty Bitty Titty Committee social group, you can imagine that this would be a dream come true. And if you don't know why, google her and check her out....
  9. Hey CERBites, I have had my iphone for a little over a year and love it. Still, I don't feel I have availed myself of the best out there in terms of Apps.... So.... what is your favorite App?
  10. Urbandictionary is amazing... except.... when your kids think its a regular dictionary... which recently happened to me. I got home to a lot of questions... SIGH
  11. I have had this type of experience - the bored, 'get it over with' HJ following a very mediocre massage.... but never from a CERB member.... Not to say that all non-cerb members aren't good.... just that it is clear that there is a real quality assurance that happens in this community... [Granted alot of MPs (especially young ones with limited experience) don't appreciate the fine art of seduction/teasing so if you get someone who just gives you a half hearted massage and then asks you to flip over and then gives you a quick hand job then I can see why you might be questioning why pick an MP. But if you follow the recommendations and select one of the finer MPs from Cerb (and there are many) you might be pleasantly surprised.
  12. this is very interesting.... and sad. It reveals the extent to which our society damages many girls/women.... I have been amazed at the number of women in my life that have been abused, physically, sexually, emotionally... an overwhelming majority. And the victims are not only the women themselves, but those of us who want to love them. The scars are deep and often permeate widely. We need to better as a society. Much better.
  13. I have replaced rice and most other grains with Quinoa... amazing. It's actually a complete protein... and delicious if prepared properly.
  14. I was a vegan for quite a while and found dozens and dozens of amazing cookbooks. That's the best bet. Some of my favorite recipes are in the Moosewood cookbooks (there are a few). Also, this is a good link for recipes: http://www.globalgourmet.com/food/special/vegetarian/#axzz1I5i5ahXy
  15. I agree - the ability to participate in the national debate should be linked to (a) the popular vote the party receives (perhaps a cut-off of 5%), and the ability to present candidates in a certain number of regions or ridings. The Bloc got 9.8% and the Greens 6.8%... not that far off...
  16. Not sure I understand why you lost respect for her for leaving for someone else.... would you not have taken her had she left him for you? These things are complicated... I don't think anyone should be judged for following their heart. Life is too short.
  17. I don't want to belabor this point... but there is a reason we give pensions to MPs. 2 terms is eight years. There are very few Canadians who could leave their current job and expect to return after 8, or even 4 years. Without a pension (and some income guarantee), who in their right mind would run for parliament? We'd only have only have lawyers, doctors, and others who could step right back into their jobs after their absence. The idea here is that any Canadian with ideas and motivation should be able to run for office. I know my employer wouldn't give me an 8-year leave of absence, and if I quit entirely to run, would have great difficulty reinserting myself into the workforce after such an absence. Are things ideal? No, of course not. All I was trying to say is that is it far too easy of us to criticize politicians for being lazy, pampered Canadians... It's not that cut and dry. quote=roamingguy;209068]Another thing, MP's (talking about your run of the mill MP's here) may make less than a comparable job in the private sector...but alot of these MP's aren't qualified, nor could hold a comparable job in the private sector. They raise their hands when the party puppet masters tell them too, and reap the rewards of party loyalty They serve 6 years and are entitled to a full pension...on the other hand, to get a full pension, I need to work 35 years...and thats in one of the front line public safety fields, dealing with the dregs of society RG
  18. I gave up on this battle a while ago... some things aren't worth fighting over. She just hates it - period. In the end, for me, this is minor compared to all the wonderful things she does. In the end, I wouldn't enjoy it anyway since I know she doesn't...
  19. Now how am I going to get any work done today?? Great post Sara
  20. There are two things I NEVER skimp on... my bed, and who I get into bed with. Not sure I can pass that on to my kids though...

  22. I did not go to Catholic school but when I was in high school, I was keenly aware of the correlation many of you are talking about... so I only dates girls from Catholic High Schools!
