Very well put Megan. When you're born into a privileged position in our society, it's easy to assume those privileges extend to everyone. They simply don't.

My dentist charges for no-shows, my GP charges for no-shows, my RMT charges for no shows... why on earth would anyone think this is any different... I was a no-show once with an MP.. called about an hour after the scheduled apt. I felt terrible and was amazed that she agreed to book me again. When I saw her, I paid her twice for the apt - once for the one I missed and once for the session I had. She said it wasn't necessary but I insisted. In life, we get what we give. And we are treated with the respect and dignity we offer to others. I guess if you're the kind of person who places sex workers into another class of people, then you're a jerk all around and this kind of behavior seems normal. Thankfully there are spaces like this though - for those who are just jumping in to read and learn about appropriate conduct. Thanks to all who post, read, and moderate. I have learned a lot and know others have too.

I think I'm the president.... and while I know there's a spinner group here, it's just not always the same.. So I am wondering about who in town has the teeniest, tiniest, prettiest ones... I mean, almost not there... along the lines of Melissa Ashley (google it if you don't know of her)... she's wildly popular, so I know I am not alone in my love for this... Any recommendations would be most appreciated!

This is interesting - the "all inclusive" nature of CMJ seems to mean no surprises... but in terms of a tip, I do wonder what's appropriate. Since the word "tip" sometimes refers to the cost of the extras, and in this case, it is strictly a tip, I assume it would not need to be anywhere near the same dollar amount... but then again, a small tip might seem offensive? Not sure if this is the place to be discussing amounts, although it's not about amounts for specific services (therefore probably OK?)... I have long wanted to try CMJ but was a bit concerned about how to manage this aspect...

Thanks everyone, for your responses. My friend is not on CERB, but I have relayed the information to him. To clarify, he doesn't go to MPs specifically knowing he isn't interested in the "extras" - he just finds that sometimes he isn't interested. We were both a little surprised at the implications of not leaving a tip and only paying the door charge. So, he (and I) will now know... I, for one, don't go to an MP unless I can see in advance who I will be seeing (or based on CERB recs) so I have never refused anything.. :-) Again, thanks for everything - and thanks to all the amazing providers here in Ottawa who took the time to respond, either on the board or through PMs. Have a great day!

So, I was talking with a friend who told me that sometimes he goes to places discussed on this board and every now and again, opts for no extras. I read somewhere in a thread that the 'door charges' usually go to the house and that the MPs make their money through tips. If this is the case, does that mean that when someone refuses 'extras', the MP makes no money at all for that hour? I ask because I would never want to take someone's time if they were not going to be paid for their time... does refusing extras actually mean that? Do any of the MPs that work in spas have any comment on that? I don't think this has been discussed elsewhere - if so, apologies in advance.

I'll add my two cents as well - saw Erin about a year ago and enjoyed the experience. The location has been the only reason I haven't repeated. Kind of a lame excuse, given how easy Ottawa is to navigate. Oh well. This city is an embarrassment of riches in terms of the quantity and quality of providers given its size...

I, for one, appreciate the sentiment expressed in the first post. I have been seeing RMTs for years and have only recently been enjoying other types of massage.... and I must say that when I go to my regular RMT (who is also smoking hot), I do often get aroused... it's as if my brain has come to expect the happy ending... I think she's noticed the change too - as a professional, she never comments, but all of a sudden she gets a standing ovation whereas she didn't before. Her trick is to move to a more sore spot and get some pain happening! :-)

i was there on Friday... i knew what was and what wasn't on the menu but went because I was interested in trying a new place. I received an amazing massage - Lucy knows what she's doing. And while there was no "ending" in the traditional sense, it was a sensual experience in some ways. She has a way of somehow transmitting energy through her touch. Totally professional and guided by her new profession - but still someone who understands how to make clients leave feeling better. I will repeat for sure - she's a great lady.

Interesting thread. I, for one, always visit MPs after leaving from home where I take a shower prior to the visit. Having worked in the service industry before, I have come to believe that in fact, shared showers are actually dirtier than none! The idea of taking a shower at a place where god-knows-who (including me!) just showered there... makes me uncomfortable. So, the whole shower thing is not a major criteria for me. Neither is 'sexiness', in fact. What I look for is a discreet location (where everyone that sees me enter a place doesn't know what I am there for) and a solid massage. Endings are great, but I really do need to enjoy the massage. Just my 2 cents...

Thanks everyone... my suspicions were correct - I need to go the SP route to get the service I am looking for. As I said, and as I completely respect, the limits a MP has are her limits. My asking the question comes from my complete respect for that fact. I appreciate the feedback.

I have a question, and not one I have seen here (unless I missed it)... I have never been to a FS provider, but have been to several MPs and have enjoyed virtually all of those visits. But one thing I keep wondering about is 2-way massage. My ideal session would involve me being able to massage and touch the provider I am with... perhaps the urban dictionary term would be "digits".... It's just something I really love to do. I know there is a lot of variability in terms of mileage (YMMV) with MPs. Clearly one option would be for me to see an SP and indicate that all I am really looking for is a session with mutual touching but that seems a bit odd to me... It also seems to me that the whole 'digits' thing seems to cross a line that MPs are not often interested in crossing. Totally understandable, of course - I am not saying they should do anything they don't want to do... But I am not sure if the SP route is the only way for me to find the session I am looking for... Advice anyone?

Glad the thread is back on track.... Would I repeat? Yes. It was a solid massage and a more than acceptable ending. The place was indeed clean - she changed all the sheets and towels as I was getting dressed - clearly she does this to reassure clients that it is clean. Not sure about shower - didn't ask. The location is fairly discreet and there are no parking issues. As I wrote in my original post - if it's not eye-candy you're looking for, but instead, a good massage with basic ending, it's a pretty good choice.

So, I finally went to see Kelly... Just wanted to report that I got exactly what people here said I would get - a solid massage, in a clean place, at a good price and a basic ending. If it's not eye-candy you're looking for, but a massage that does actually work out the kinks in your back, this is a good choice. I particularly enjoyed when she climbed on top of me and used her body weight to massage my back with her knees... reminded me of the massages I got in Beijing.

This post has raised my interest... I have been to both places... I received a very solid massage twice at the "ice cream place", although there was never any discussion or offer of any 'extras' - in fact, the most sensitive bits remained covered... I wondered if it was because they didn't know me... still, a good massage! I have also been twice to colorful massage, but both times there was only who I assumed to be the owner there - early to mid 40's... again, a good massage but not what others have described here...

Hi Folks, I check in to the board every day and have been learning a lot reading all of your posts. I know I haven't posted (other than asking a couple of questions) but that's mostly because I know how irritating it is for all of you when newbies jump in before spending some time reading and getting to know how things work... So here's my question... I have been noticing some amazingly good looking girls from a particular agency, and yet no real mention of them on the board... my question does not really pertain specifically to the agency - but I am trying to figure out if there is an implicit message in the fact that there are no reviews for these girls... some of them have been advertised for weeks/months and still no reviews. I guess what I am asking is if a provider is not reviewed/recommended, are there other reasons that might lead to this, or should I take this as collective advice from the community that it may not be the best option... Hope the question is OK... I am just not sure :-)
