Alcohol disturbs sleep as well. It may help you "fall asleep", but the quality of the sleep is not as good. It interrupts with the body regeneration process that is supposed to accompany sleep. I find that when I get little or no exercise throughout the day, I don't sleep well. Anxiety is most often the root of the problem, even if you don't think you're worrying about anything. Exercise helps a lot - even 15 minutes.

Wow. There go the stereotypes of Australians being stuck in the 80's. The men may still wear speedos (yes, they do... I witnessed it), but their passport laws are more advanced than ours.

Wow. This thread has depressed me. I had no idea this kind of craziness happened. I always just thought it was a place for Cerbites to shoot the sh*t. Anyone who shows their junk on cam or harasses the ladies should be suspended right away. IMHO. Sorry ladies. I'm mortified.

Thanks WIT. I was very careful not to identify any particular incident...just refelcting on an expression I find disrespectful. I am not attributing lack of respect to those who use it; I am just reflecting on the term itself.

TOFTT is much less offensive then when guys ask if anyone has "tried" an SP. Makes me crazy. A complete and utter lack of respect.

I, for one, have never had any cash 'swindled' away from me by any of the ladies here on CERB. Charging money for extra services is not swindling - it's charging a fee. When you go to an MA, it's generally pretty well understood what the basic service is. Many MAs are rather explicit on their sites or posts about what is included. Others may not be, but let's be adults here. If you read the posts and reviews, you get a pretty clear idea of what to expect. If you have a request for an 'extra' service that the lady is comfortable, it is up to her to decide if it warrants an extra fee. That's their prerogative, just as it is yours to decline the service and associated fee. No swindling going on there.

For whatever reason, my horniest time is between 8 and 10 PM. Mornings, only when I wake up with a woman next to me.

Time heals all wounds... But life is short. A dilemma.

I heard the news from Howard Stern of all people. I was driving on the 417 and the driver was listening to Stern. He reported it live, from his window. It was the first and only time have heard him serious. He was quite good, actually. I switched to the CBC and it took them 30 minutes to get on the story. I'll never forget it, and even then I had no idea how transformative that day would be. Very little is the same now. Such a horrible moment for humanity.
