Well that was a wild night of wind! My poor dogs were nervous, pacing around and sticking very close to me. Thankfully this old big rotten tree didnt come down in my driveway. Inmoved ny car in case tho. And I didnt loose power like many others have!

Wanted to bring this thread alive again. Think a positive and inspirational thread should be enjoyed in this crazy and confusing world we live in today. This isn't a quote from anyone famous. This is a story I want to share of something that happened a few days ago. Years have gone by since I was in touch with a young lady (who will remain anonymous ). It had been 8 years, and she reached out to me. She had explained that she was so very sorry for how she had treated me when we ended our friendship. She explained she was in a very selfish time of her young life. She was 20 when we met, and 22 when we had to go our own ways. She asked me if i could find in my heart to forgive her and she wants to make amends. I was devastated with the way she left things with me. Was very tumultuous and cruel ending:( Without any further explanation I quickly interrupted and said" of course my sweet, my love doesnt quickly fade for my friends". And we all have regrets and things we are ashamed of. Yes, I have forgiven you many years ago already. Once hearing that, she told me she has cancer. And that it made her realize she had burnt all her bridges and needs my friendship again. This broke me into tears. Glad to report she will be fine, cancer did not spread. But had both breasts removed, and barely 30 years of age now. So no matter what grudge you are holding onto, remember that there are much bigger and better places to focus our energy on. Thats not to say become a doormat, but allow room to forgive as well. My affirmation on this, is that truth, honesty and love prevailed.

While on the topic of Halloween, what is everyones favorite Halloween movie or Special? Daytime TV : Kelly and Ryan. Kelly always has a great show! Funny and always difderent for each Halloween. I did make it. The hat has all 4 seasons around the rim. Makeup was also done by me:) I wish I had a pic of another one I did! I won a contest for my Geshia. Done to the right specifications of the kimono and the sachel wrapped 10 times around. I stood at 9ft tall. Also took 3 wig set to make by huge top bun.

Though would be fun to post our Halloween costumes:) Post either this years or from a time before:) This one from couple years ago and I will post todays costume. This years wont be as elaborate.

Its the other red meat lol. If done proper you dont get to much too much game taste. But my fav is moose meat!
