  1. Oh yes it does count! May I ask what your acupunture was for? it can help a such a varity of aliments, but I yet to try it. I do perform Shiatsu, which is along the same lines, just using finger pressure along meridians.
  2. I am currently studing Reflexology, and also looking at the Bowen technique as well. I am currious of how many of you have had experience in the natural healing arts? What did you try? Did it work for you? I have worked with aroma therapy for years. First discovered it because I had carrpel tunnel from years of dog grooming. My doctor said I would need surgery to get better. Well this was just not an option for me as the healing time can take several months and I was self employed, who would take care of my appts? So I began to research the bennifits of aromatherapy. So glad I did! I was able to repair and rebuild damaged tissue and nerve, I continued to work.....no sugery!
  3. Well I provide a shiatsu based massage, of course with.....:)

  6. Ohhh NJ. thanks for sharing that story about ypour dad, I got tears in my eyes just reading it! very touching.
  7. I have one to write about, I still get embaressed when I think of it. I had a gentlemen come see me, after spending numours days pm back and forth. We finally were able to meet. The first thing that went wrong, I just realised I had no "supplies" left in the box!! OH NO! But it was alright for him, as he decided he likes other kinds of activities. So phewf! That worked out. Then out of the blue a knock at my door!! No one I know would ever just stop by without calling, so who could it be? Later discovering it was a puralator delivery! So we recover from that one too! Oh my oh my, I was so embarresed and told him things are usually pretty smooth around here. I was relieved that he had a since of humor! Then we walk out of the room and I see his sunglasses on the floor, my puppy chewed them to tiny little pieces!! Well, what could I do or say? returned the gentlemen his donation and gave my most sincer apology! I thought I would never see him again, but thank fully he understood that we all just human, and we can make mistakes! I have kept in contact with him! Even if 1 of those things happened, I would have been emabaressed, but all 3! LOL!
  8. Good job! CERB would not be the same with out! You have contribted so much!
  9. Ahhh I see Kim, Thank you. I did hear of poly's, I thought it was one in the same, lol. But yes I like the sound of that much better. I think it would be a great experience.
  10. Very well spoken Sugar kane..... it also depends on what the gentlmen is hoping to gain from the experience. Some are looking for a lady or a few ladies, to connect with and bulid a meaningful professional relationship with. For that gentelmen I always suggest a 3h session with. However, I meet some who simply just want me to rock their world with little or no conversation during the session. That guy is not interested in hearing about my vaccation or what my fav food is. That is ok too. For that I will do hour booking, mainly because I may start to feel uncomfortable as well. then again on the flip side the gentlmen who want to get to know me, well after a while they start to feel comfortable to just pop in for a quicky and I do LOVE that!
  11. YES!!!! i had the same thought when I returned from Ottawa! Although was not able to participate in the social, I was too busy on that night. But was able to socialise with some of the ladies and just loved it! I felt that the ladies in Ottawa were more supportive towards one another because they got the chance to meet face to face and talk, laugh and just have fun at these socials. I think that would make a stronger, unified communtiy for sure:) I would prefer Moncton, it is central for all( especially PEI) however will go whereever it is held as long as I have at least 2-3 weeks notice. From what I was told they make it in stages. like meet at a meeting point, and start with some appitisers and cocktail's( for those who wish to drink) and chat and flirt, then if you like to go further you would move on to another room for a poly, and those who wish to be private would do so in thier own room. For those who are not into the poly, then they would just continue chatting and socialising in the first meeting area. This way you can decide as the night progresses. Am I right with that? And is a hotel discrete enough? If a Hotel we would want something that we could make a bit of noise in as well. Dont want to creat attention to our gathering. Or would we use a private residence? I would think 6pm is good this way it leaves time for getting to each other and decide our comfort level. Curious how this will be done. I vote YES!!
  12. Interesting cato, I am assuming this is in London England? I hope you mind me interupting the disscussion to ask you if they go about the industry as we do in Canada? As in the tollerance of? I have read your letters about Australlian SP's you have encountered, but so much more liberal there! Just wondering? Thanks:)
  13. Maybe it is the exhibitonist in me, I love photoshoots! Not cause I am all into myself, but cause it allows me to use my creativity. I have always had an eye for design, backgrounds, color combination. I like to set a theme for each shoot. Years back, I was a runway model, and photography was my least favorite part of the whole thing. I was more comfortable on the runway, strange how things change? I also will comment on ladies albums who have caught my attention. I think this is good for us ladies to do for one another. It is better to support each other then " compete" with one another. Also so some of the ads compostion I find interesting, we have very creative well spoken ladies here!
  14. Ohhh I like these stories! Thanks so much for sharing! I think this discussion is a great way to remember those special milestones into who we are! Thanks, to Meg....I dont know what the talent was, but I had the same revelation as a young teen. Wow and glad I did! cause it makes being me so much easier:)
  15. Sometimes we say things to people and have no idea how much an impact it has on the individual. Of course we remember the bad stuff, but why is it harder to remember the good stuff? I am not talking about just a casual compliment like " oh your so pretty/handsome", but the kind that almost defines your true character! It has been over a decade when I got the most rememorable compliment. The best a daughter could receive from a father. I had brought him to a place I liked to go for drinks. It was not a place that he normally ever go into, the patrons of the bar were made of a varity of personalities. Artist, computer geeks, some where just out right strange. My father was not used to "strange", in his day.....well there was not much tollerance for different in our small town. Growing up we had lots of disputes over my level of tollerance to multiculturism and alternative lifestyles. But THIS day, here he was with me, my Jamacian freind and a transexual! He enjoyed beer and conversation with everyone! he turned to me and said " having you as my daughter I have learned more about other people than I ever could in a life time! I have learned how to accept differnt lifestyle's and culture!" I was left speechless! My eyes widened so wide, smile appeared on my face and for the first time I felt like I made a difference in the world! So now what was yours? How did it affect you? Did it help define you? Do you strive to keep that compliment on going in your life?
  16. I too would recommend Amellia Rodriquez, she is a super girl!
  17. I have been told that Harper's government was getting slack for paying too much attention to the right winged Bible thumper's. I do hope I heard right?? I hope for our sake it is correct! I wish we would look at Australlia as a good example of controlled service.
  18. Well it is said that if want to know if something is "normal" you need to ask if it interupting a healthy lifestyle? Is your life hurting because of the activity? Perhaps your "pleasure center" in the brain is larger than other's? People with addictive personality usually tend to have the "pleasure center" to be larger. If it is a real consern for you, then I would suggest exploring that with a trained professional. As your fettish, sure that is normal. many of us have fettishes.
  19. What am I missing here, lol....I thought it was 2012 we have to watch for?? According to the Myain calendar anyways.....
