I posted today my Christmas Album, it is 5 years old, but also have that stated in my album description. But in my case, I have not changed a bit, other then some hair length, even then it is very close to my real length. For me, I feel if you have not changed your appearance much, and still maintain the same looks, then it is not false at all. Just as I see some that are so very much airbrushed and photo shopped to the point their body frame has changed by 2 sizes, skin tone completely shades different, eyes are enhanced as well as lips. IMO is much worse then simply being outdated when the physical attributes have not changed in the slightest, That Christmas album took a lot of time and effort for me to put together, and is only posted for 2 weeks a year, so I certainly will not do one every year. But however, if a lady does not have any albums at all that are recent for you to compare to, and is a decade difference, then perhaps I would see that as a false representations.

I do prefer a txt/call, but I also am very firm on directing them to my site first. I always will say " hello, please visit my site before contacting me back, as all your questions will be answered" If they have gone to my site and took just few moments to read it, then I should not have many questions to answer. So if they end up calling me again with a blocked number I know they have not read my site as it strongly and boldly says NO BLOCKED CALLS, lol..or any other questions that are already answered. This is a good indicator to me that they have not bothered to read. Same as PPL who try to book outside of my availability. If they continue txt, and is asking all the same things as my website has on it, I just hold firm and do not engage with them, simply sending the same reply " please go to my site then txt or call back" eventually they will read it, or just stop. I found with emails, I end up with the same issue as txt, with the one line introductions and questions. I also find it easier to loose sight of an emailer who is emailing me 12 times for one booking arrangement, just to find out when the time comes, they claim not to have a cell phone to secure and confirm their booking! Grrr, that sucks! So at least with a txt I know they have a phone to confirm and is not a payphone call either. Any method is fine with me, as I have had used all and have easy time with communication either way. At the end of the day you just need to have a good intuition if this person is sincere or not. I don't think there will ever be 100% fool proof way, other then sticking to your own limits.

I concur with all that has been said so far. I can not even have an ad up for more then 2 min now! LOL, I stopped trying to post long ago, it was mentally draining and tiresome. Your better off using paid advertisements.

Thanks MOD for acting so quickly on this. I was going to post something to remind people that when you get info like this, look closely at the profile. If it appears that the person has ONLY made enough post to write something like this, then disappears with no other post then that is a good sign of a smear campaign against the lady. Ask yourself, " does this person have any rep at all?" Look at the members who posted with a positive comment, have they been on our board for while? If so, then chances are they would not bother with writing a positive comment if it wasn't earned. And a long term member with tons of rep and points would never behave like this, they simply would not return to the provider. Hope this the end of this disturbing situation. Thankfully we have good people here and a MOD who is very pro-active!

As cautious business women would probably not have these details on her site. Like I have, and many before me, only sell time and not those kinds of things. I know for me, and many others here complies to the CCC. The independent lady can legally have these things on her site, however it is up to you to NOT TO ASK. And these site are not permitted to be linked here. As that would make MOD 3rd party. ( as far as I understand MOD knows best on this) But in your scenario that you describe the lady can not and would not be subject of a sting, only the client who is seeking such things. Yes I suppose as far as building a case against you the client who is seeking those things, it could go threw a long hard process to gather evidence. But even then most of us are .com not .ca and hosted outside of Canada, so you can just imagine the work and money they would have to spend to build any kind of evidence. It is hard enough with all the other human rights crimes, let alone this. But I am not a lawyer, lol however, I have chosen to work within the CCC and feel that it is your duty to as well.
