Glad you said it! I had a similar rant 2 years ago. As my Mother has very week immune from illness and could put her in her grave if she gets sick. I went to the extreme of not offering kissing during the high flu season, but that doesn't work. JUST CANCEL when your sick, lord knows I do! Because one person visited me, and after the session he tells me he thinks he is getting a flu, I had planned to visit my Mom, but had to stay away from her for a week just in case I brought it to her! Booooo

Well, first so sorry that you are faced with this, especially a sensitive time like the Holidays:( The only thing I can suggest is to delicately explain how you were feeling at the time, that you needed to have some room to play, is a mistake once but if a hobby then you need to look closer into how "not to be caught" . Not sure what "tell her everything" consists of. But would say to keep it low key, and be sure you show her that YOU LOVE HER, and only her. This is a lesson learned. I really understand the sensitive need to be cautious with your career. And that has to be your first priority of course. So you will do what is right for you. But I think if this is going to be the way, I feel it is going to be enforced much the same way it is now. Meaning, if you are not booking with agencies/indy sp that have "negative" cloud hanging over them, such as minors, drug activity, 24 hour traffic etc...I do not see them having a sting-op on every SP and client. It would be impossible. I think this is designed to go after the human trafficking, enticing/hiring minors, exploitation from pimps etc. I mean as it is now incall are illegal, but here I am....meanwhile in the same city as me, 2 agencies(incall) were busted as they had minors and drugs involved. So as long as there a real bad apples to look for, then I am feeling rather secure. Mind you, I am always making sure I am being quiet and discrete , making sure ID is checked, and carful who I work with( no drugs or drama). So for the hobbyist, outcall or incall, then KNOW who you are booking with. making sure they have a good rep, no shady aura, big "cat houses with lots of ladies available, respectable and clean. Time will tell...I know how I am going to vote in next election, lol...

I also travel to Moncton, usually a family thing, but sometimes I get a room just for one night:) I may be there right after my Cuba trip, so maybe our timing can be right? To ask for them to travel to such a remote area you will probably be asked for a deposit, and to verify some information to assure the ladies safety and time spent. For me and some ladies I know we tend to pick Wed-Sat for travel dates, as most PPL get paid on Fridays. Just see ads often, or contact a lady that you think you are most attracted to and open a conversation to hopefully both will be satisfied and accommodated :)

Sometimes finding a lady who offers both GFE and massage may be good for you. I find even with msog, at times the "recovery" time can be awkward. So if she is able to bring you to the massage table, or massage there on the bed, it is a good way to stir up the chemistry and connect. Good luck, happy hobbying:)

I can totally see your point of this becoming to "easy" and needing to know that you can wooo and earn the privilege of being with a women. For a long while, I substituted this for "real" intimacy. OK, ummmm.... if she is trying to "monopolise" on you, that would indeed be a bad business move. I mean it is best to have 10 of you rather one...unless your very very wealthy, then perhaps she could be trying to figure out if you could be a sugar daddy? Do you know her well, a bit beyond client/provider lines? Does she share family photo's? Talk about her best friend? Ever go out together? Have you ever just plain asked her what she is looking for? Have you stated what you want? Are you single, does she know this? Are you paying for her time at your convenience or hers? There is so much to consider. It can happen that you find your mate like this, it happened for me. BUT we took a year or more to discover each other. We both disused what and how this would work. He remained a client for a year, as we moved forward I clearly defined what I needed in a relationship and so did he. Be upfront, be clear and don't beat around the bush. If you have red flags ie: cell phone bills, rent, need food....more then one occasion then you may need to examine this closely or run away...lol

I would have to say, to each their own. In my experiences, truck calls are very risky and would never offer this to a client. I feel safety is above anything. What if he drove off with you in there? I have many truckers, I tell them to park the truck and cab over to my location. If they are not willing to do that, then why I ask??? But Meaghan has a point, this is her way and that is fine. If SHE feels safe, and I know she is experienced, then I say Best wishes and be sure to screen carefully! Get license number and have a friend parked near by..( like in front of truck) to be sure that you are exiting at the right time safe and sound:( But yes falls into same category as an "outcall" by what I can see. It is the clients own location, but yet, if parked in a parking lot of a truck stop, then I suppose the lot owner has the right to file a complaint. especially whereas truck stops are often "family" dinner as well... also the term "lot lizard" refers to a lady who "trolls" the parking lots ( soliicitng ) , not one who is invited over....

Thanks for this thoughtful post. My lawyer is making sure I am not crossing wires. There is a tangled web of lines that cross each other. Yes outcall to the clients location is legal as is prostuition, however if you wanna get down to the finest detail. Let's say the client calls 2 ladies in one day, then BOOM there you have Bawdy house as it has been used more then once. In regards of not negotiating with acts, and for time only, this is that in the case of "incalls" as they would have to prove that donations/gifts are for sex acts, but stated earlier, LE would have a very hard time to prove it unless he himself was there. he could not prove it or have sufficient evidence if I never said" X$ for X act" as many times we also have clients that prefer not to go to the bedroom and just have companionship. But they would not know that as they are not there. So now is it an incall if no sex was exchanged for money? Or is that a friend visiting with a gift? My lawyer said that "proof beyond reasonable doubt" very well would clear that up in court. Most of us are supplying the hotel room, so still applies that IF( big IF) something were to arise, then yes both client and provider is still at risk of charged for being in a Bawdy house...which is why I feel the Nordic model wont really change anything that much. I think that model is still going to be for the watch on street level activity much like it is now. Or in cases of exploitation, assault, minors....not the one or 2 ladies that work on their own discretely. I pay my lawyer very well to keep informed. I will listen to his advice. He is up to date and currant and also asks his colleagues for input and they all agree in my case that this is the best way to protect my business. He gave me guidelines to fallow to be in alliance with the CC. Or at the least, how to remain ambiguous and under the covers so to say ..hehe;) By not giving them enough evidence to build a case with, makes their job harder and they will go after the real criminals such as the case in my first post about the agency bust just this week. Each have to determine what feels right, makes since for their own. If she says " pass me the cash and I have to pay the driver" DONT DO IT!" lol...in my area there are 2 known agencies that make their living this way. also, just recently I was told a sad story( potentially could have been dangerous) he was told to meet the "manager" at a public place, pay for hour, then he gives you the room number....when he arrived of course, there was no occupant in the room! Stick to cerb as a new hobbyist is my best advice, read reco's and keep watch in Switch & Bait section. If you do have a bad experience post it!

Am I missing something? The way as it stands now, anyone caught in a Bawdy house is at risk of being charged, client or provider. This is how my lawyer explained it to me. He also explained, that technically a hotel room can also be considered " Bawdy House" no matter who supplies the room. Bawdy house is ANY location that is supplied:( However, we do have the " private, between 2 consenting adults" to fall back on:) Just on Dec 21( this year, ) there was a bust of Bawdy house in Tracadie NB, inside was a minor of 17, drugs and weapons. So These types of places always will be thankfully of biggest concern to LE. If there was a "john" that was there at the time, he would have been charged along with the owners. so will the Nordic model really affect us? If we are NOT working/taking part of these conditions as stated above?

As an agency I can say, that what I choose to do is to put an ad out there to see the volume of interest. When I consider this I look at how many hobbyist I have had encounters with, that have a visible presents on the board or my site...then I look at expenses. If I feel there are a good many that respond that have a good reputation with me or this board, then I am more likely will take the plunge to see if it is worth a visit. So far I have only visited cities in my province, but also visited PEI. Asia has expressed interest to visit Ottawa, but as an agent I want to be sure we have all our bases covered. That means she needs to be ready to work safely and to build absolute trust with me as her agent. There is a lot to consider for an agent to send ladies abroad. As they may be missing clients here at home, so in my case, as I am "boutique" style model, I would need another lady for the time she is gone. If there was a petition, then perhaps I would use it as a tool, but I certainly would not take the results as a for sure "go ahead" like I said, there are many more factors to consider other then just numbers... hope this shed some light from an agent perspective?
