I do have a foot spa, it is a jet kind of treatment that you soak your feet in, also with an apparatus to remove calluses, rough spots, etc.... would men have a hard time to explain this? Or is it a common for men to take part in this treatment....as per explanation to wives why such soft feet? lol Input gent's?

EXCELLENT!! I have been pondering this idea lately. Aveda had a superb men's line....although expensive product, well worth the investment to make my clients feel like a king! I have tried to incorporate foot massage, but reflexology is not always comfortable or relaxing, at times even painful:( I do offer it if someone really wants it, but ya I do foot rub as apart of my full body treatment:) Thanks darling for the great advice!

There are those precious moments in our day when someone has done something for you, or you have something that you have done that brings warmth to someone's day. ACT GIVEN TO ME: The other day a lady that works with me wrote me a note. Brought tears of joy. She said how much she appreciates all that I do to make sure our girls are comfortable and cared for. She says, you put your own needs on hold for our benefit, and wants me to know that she really appreciates what I do:) I was so thankful for her note, and it brought me much joy:) ACT I HAVE DONE: Just the other day, I donated 50.00 to Red Cross for Alberta relief:) I felt good doing it, and also 50.00 to the Zoo of Calgary:) Also, contacted a former cerb member, to invite to a picnic and swim at my cottage:) He will appreciate knowing that our friendship was not only cerb based:)

Now that the summer heat is upon us, I am not sure about offering my hot stone massage as apart of my " Spa sessions" . This session is 75 min, so as you can imagine, it is too long for straight hand massage, so I hoping to find another kind of treatment that I could offer? Although I do have AC, doesn't seem like I am feeling up to the heat, nor are my clients. Is there any kind of treatment that you can suggest for me to consider? Have you tried any other form of spa massage? I am wanting to find something that is going to make my clients feel spoiled and pampered. Something that can be sexy and fun! Any suggestions are welcome:) I am trained in a variety of spa treatments, just some are not " sexy" like foot reflexology, hahaha, so I am at a loss now...I may have to stick with my traditional erotic massage if I can not incorporate another style.

Nothing gourmet, but comfort.. BBQ chicken breasts, peas and deep fried French fries:)

Last night had a feast! Grilled salmon, bacon wrapped scallop, served with a loose salad, like a edible garnish:) Mediterranean dressing with feta cheese:)

Enjoy being 23! It is a blast, as least was for me:) Some ppl wish to be younger again, but I have to say enjoy every year, I loved 23 and also loved 32....soak it up, and keep those experiences in the forefront, cause you will reflect uopon these years in due time! ENJOY YOUR DAY!

Is the cancellation after the final confirmations? I like to confirm one hour prior as the final confirmation, so that if anything came up last min, that is the time to cancel. You never know when someone can slip in the shower, or dogs decides to run the neighborhood, lol So after the confirmation is made, and the person doesn't arrive, then that is very disappointing:( On either side of the fence. I have heard a story recently of a Gent who canceled a session, properly, and got chewed out for it, this is also not fair. At least he called to cancel and didn't just no show. I have had to cancel at times myself, but will do so when the confirmation is due, or earlier if possible. This is only respect for each other's valuable time. xoxoxo

I suggest Mic Mac Tavern in Dartmouth. You can get surf and turf dinner is like 22.00! 6 oz steak and lobster:) Baton Rouge is great, can bit pricy... Blue Nose right in the harbour. REALLY great seafood Take a peek at their web sites:) OHHH also Economy Shoe Shop sounds funny, but OHHH man good food, entertainment and right in the heart of HFX:)

Very valid points...but I choose 30 days, to see the progression from NO CHANGE, to TASTE JUST LIKE IT option:) as some say it will taste as the fruit you choose. If you mix and match, you may not get an accurate result as to " we are what we eat" Don't think Grapefruit would give the sweetest effect hahaha But by all means do what feels right for you:) And give me some feed back:) Perhaps 30 days is not needed we will see as the challenge gets started:)

So we all know, we are what we eat! So here is an interesting challenge to put this theory to the test. I am using mango, because it is a fruit that I know I can eat everyday for a month. You can choose any sweet exotic fruit, pineapple, papaya, berries etc... WHY?? You ask, well tales say, if you eat these fruits everyday, your flower will taste yummy and sweet...this is also true for the male flowers, lol so I challenge to eat one of these ( prob best to stick to one variety of fruit) a day for one month and see if there is truth to the tale:) You could ask your BF, Hubby's, regular clients, regular SP's or GF and wives...then report back once a week with the results. WHEN YOU REPORT BACK....state: no change slight change sweeter noticeably sweeter tastes like the fruit I ate OMG delicious and fruity Best for ppl who regularly visit their fav SP...or ones with GF,BF, wives and hubby's. So that you can get an accurate result at the end of 30 days! Hope everyone tastes like mango's and pineapple soon! lol CHALLENGE STARTS JUNE 20-JULY20 GET MUNCHING! LOL

If anyone is considering going, but not sure....GO HAVE FUN!! I have been to 3 socials, and gotta say I am so happy I did! Was so nice putting a face to posts we read. I never knew Lexy before the social, but then we met, and I was very happy to finally get to know the real person! Same with the other fantastic ppl that were there! I wish I could make it again this year, I will see as we get closer to the dates:)
