I have experienced the 'nothing is off limits' thing with both Justine and Sonya but did NOT accept what was offered to me. I don't believe I can say anymore and stay within the rules of the board. go to www.tineye.com enter the url of the pic, it will tell you how many other times the pic has been used, on what sites and in what cities. If a 'local girl' shows up multiple times all over north america, you can be pretty sure it is a fake pic and hence a scam, at the least it will be B&S

The pics are fake, odds are there are girls who will answer the ad who will see you, just not the girls in the pics. They figure once you have traveled to see them, that you won't care that they aren't the girl in the pic and that you will see them anyway. It is called bait and switch. Stay away from BP and you will see less of it. Stick with EC.
