"Americans favor tax increases for wealthy" - Poll "Americans define rich as anyone that has a higher income them" - Poll One American's suggestion to fix the fiscal problem: "I believe this recession could end tomorrow if the government would simply raise taxes on wealthy Americans. I define wealthy Americans as anyone who makes slightly more than me. By raising taxes on people who make more money than me, we will be able to continue to provide needed government services such as communal drumming symposia and carbon emission board games."

If you would like to ask search engine robots to exclude your site (or parts of it), there are two ways to do this. Ideally, you would put this in place before your site is published and the search engines have had a chance to visit. First, is the "robots.txt" file: Web site owners use the /robots.txt file to give instructions about their site to web robots; this is called The Robots Exclusion Protocol. It works likes this: a robot wants to vists a Web site URL, say http://www.example.com/welcome.html. Before it does so, it firsts checks for http://www.example.com/robots.txt, and finds: User-agent: * Disallow: / The "User-agent: *" means this section applies to all robots. The "Disallow: /" tells the robot that it should not visit any pages on the site. There are two important considerations when using /robots.txt: robots can ignore your /robots.txt. Especially malware robots that scan the web for security vulnerabilities, and email address harvesters used by spammers will pay no attention. the /robots.txt file is a publicly available file. Anyone can see what sections of your server you don't want robots to use. More info here: http://www.robotstxt.org/robotstxt.html Second is a meta tag on the web page: You can use a special HTML <META> tag to tell robots not to index the content of a page, and/or not scan it for links to follow. For example: <html> <head> <title>...</title> <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> </head> There are two important considerations when using the robots <META> tag: robots can ignore your <META> tag. Especially malware robots that scan the web for security vulnerabilities, and email address harvesters used by spammers will pay no attention. the NOFOLLOW directive only applies to links on this page. It's entirely likely that a robot might find the same links on some other page without a NOFOLLOW (perhaps on some other site), and so still arrives at your undesired page. More info here: http://www.robotstxt.org/meta.html

There are proxy servers that you can use as an intermediary that will bypass this type of URL blocking. You --> CampGround --> Cerb ## Blocked You --> CampGround --> Proxy --> Cerb {Campground only sees the proxy} Don't use the proxies for anything confidential - who knows who they are and since all the information passes though their server they have access to it, including any SSL "secure" information.
