I have a Vulcan 900 and it is great. If you are looking for something bigger in a cruiser go for the 1600 Kawasaki Vulcan. Great cruiser and a fantastic ride. Just my humble opinion.

I have to agree with Apex....but homemade chicken soup always does the trick for me. Can I drop some off for you?

Great thread. Such an important issue. I have signed the card and let my family know my wishes to donate. Be it that I drive a motorcycle, my family believe that it could be sooner rather than later that I will be donating. I keep reminding them that I try to drive safely but you can never know.

My two cents are that I have no problem giving my real name or number as I want the woman I am with to be relaxed and feel secure. If there is no trust or at least respect in the beginning I think the encounter won't be as special as it could be. I personally respect and sometimes can't believe the risks you SP's take. I know this may sound chauvinistic but I always perceived the risk as being much more yours than mine. I therefore would be willing to do all in my power to ease those risks. If it means for me to give you my name and number than I really have no problem with that. I think the last thing we here would like to see any of our wonderful SP's get into an ugly situation. Be safe people. Hope that was not too preachy.....just one guy's opinion.

In my also limited experiences, I have to say that for me it is the feeling of a good date. The anticipation and knot in the stomach prior to meeting....the first look as the door opens....the first touch.....the conversation.....the teasing....the sharing of a special moment. For me it is all about the intimacy and the respect two people have for one another. When you are lucky enough to make that special connection, the experience is that much more special. Just one guy's humble thoughts.

The guy is a jerk and not worth a moment of your thoughts. Glad you rose above his level and did not dignify him with a response. There are a lot of idiots out there who really show their stripes when they should just keep quiet. Hope you have a great weekend and put this unfortunate comment out of your beautiful mind.
