I think this is a valid question and will try to answer to the best of my understanding. Let's not forget that many of the spa's, agencies and independent ladies advertise on BP as well as other venues. There are people that only search the classifieds. That's how I like to think of BP. It's the online alternative to a newspaper and another place to advertise. Perhaps they become members of Cerb or maybe they are not interested at all?
