If you simply renamed your Windows account, it does not actually change the directory name / file path. You would need to create a new account, move your documents, favourites, etc from this current account to the new one

Well that you're getting those unsuccessful emails is kind of a good sign. But yes, change your password (longer, more complicated) As well, the MOD should be able to look at the logs and see the IP address of the attempted logins....

From your email they can get your IP address and from there tell your provider and city that you emailed from... Without cooperation from the ISP (usually a warrant), they can't get any further info (such as name, address etc...). -
Does your case also have a reset switch on the front? In cases like this, with a broken power switch I usually conect the wire from the reset swithch to the MB power connector (jumper) ...
