End of winter blues

Phaedrus, I'm glad 'dumb luck' was on your side and now the whole of North America is being influenced by 'Dumb Fuckery": https://mobile.twitter.com/thejuicemedia/status/1238667841655541760 -
social distancing prevailed....

I made a donation to support this orgainization yesterday for their now cancelled/postponed event. I was intending to attend and have always supported and admired OIC. I think their decision was a responsible one yet the current situation in the world will have a significant negative impact on SW's and they're the least likely to be able to access any government support. This situation will likely put more ladies (et al.) in need of their emergency fund. I encourage everyone to consider providing support to this organization..... and then do it! It is sad that this awesome board is trending towards demise but I'm reaching out to what was the most active city on Lyla, and others, to support our deserving providers. :) cheers, waterat p.s. the current circumstance underlines why it is important, for many reasons, that SW be decriminalized and destigmatized: we can't expect significant progress with a minority government but we can let candidates know that your support is conditional on progress and changes in this area of the law. No need to identify your reasons beyond the very sad death of the young SW near Quebec (though that may help for those willing!).

'Travellers' doesn't really make it clear whether they're arriving (in which case they may well have had a temperature scan without even knowing it) or if departing and with symptoms then they shouldn't be travelling. Common sense and following science based instructions have been outstripped by social media and the Donald. Maybe they just wanted something to complain about after putting themselves in the situation. There is some good advice available here: https://mobile.twitter.com/thejuicemedia/status/1238667841655541760 My local Loblaws has a near empty toilet paper aisle. It's so brutal that covid-19 causes such violent, multi-week long bouts of diarrhea, NOT! Either that or we've brought in too many Australian immigrants! This does need to be taken very seriously.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting again with Allie Zeon - I've seen her at least 5 times and I will be back to see her again! This woman exudes sexual energy, enthusiasm and shares pleasure with total abandon. She loves what she does and you will too. You'll find her contact info through the link to her website - she prefers first time contact via a call/voicemail. She does travel with her dogs so for some popping a benadryl ahead of time may be advisable. She inspires me to quote Tennyson's Ulysses..... "All experience is an arch wherethrough shines that untravelled world, whose margins fade, forever and forever when I move" - every one of my visits has been a new experience built on the previous one and I'm lusting for the next! Pre-booking is probably a good idea. I didn't need to provide a deposit as she knew she could count on me, lol. Eat your wheaties and go have fun!

Cato: I can only hope your various Valentines aren't missing you as much as Lyla does! Don't know that we've heard from you since you and I last spoke at the 'last call' at Barbarellas..... This excellent forum has become a pale shadow of itself in the past year! Hoping you get to share some time today with a special VALENTINE! I did and it was wonderful!

Murderer On Day Parole Murders A 22 Year Old Companion
waterat replied to roamingguy's topic in In the news
There are numerous concerning and tragic aspects to this event and murder. There is also a connection to a bigger picture that affects all sex workers and their clients: Bill C-36 (whatever the overly long name of the law is) is still the law of the land and it makes things more dangerous for everyone engaging in the sex trade, especially the ladies. Not holding my breath for the minority Liberals to tackle any changes to that legislation and worse still we've got Peter McKay, a proponent and supporter of that legislation, as a front runner for leader of the Conservatives. I don't think C-36 was a primary factor leading to this young woman's murder but it sure doesn't set an approach of support, caution and respect for sex workers. Can't blame all this on C-36 but I think things may have had a better cfhance of turning out differently had it not been in place. -
To get back on track: here's one I've shared at a few campfires and it is connected to a sort of lyla-connected theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zK7BjMcldE

Yes, Greenteal, I knew you were joking.... just didn't find it funny (as usual). Don't find it overtly Christian and I'm cool with hippies - not quite old enough to qualify but I enjoy socializing with them. A snippet from Wikipedia about Kumhaya: " ...but known to be sung in the Gullah culture of the islands off South Carolina and Georgia, with ties to enslaved West Africans." I don't respect cynical nor sarcastic comments (i.e. your post) about this (yes, now cheesy) song. It still has a history.... I just didn't want to leave your response to the 'thread-starting' post by the OP who, while she only has 68 posts compared to your 7703 posts and is still a New Account 'Moderated Member' yet has been on here for 3 months longer than you (maybe I should describe that as being 3 months longer than since you were a 'banned' member). Let's support the newer members by responding positively to their new threads. It's not that hard.

Oh my Greenteal..... I doubt your 'contribution' is what was being solicited.... but it's good to know what you enjoy around a campfire! It is possible to post the links to songs you like without showing the full image but just with a simple link.... roll up the window and hold your nose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-CyTBuESvk

I had the wonderful pleasure of sharing an hour visit with Inara a couple of weeks ago and I'm just now overcoming my selfish urge to keep her to myself. It has taken some effort. She is beautiful, engaging, enthusiastic, easy to talk with and she enjoys sex! Booking was easy and efficient via text and she hosts from a clean upscale apartment in the Westboro neighbourhood. There is a lovely view from her highrise but good luck tearing your eyes away from her to appreciate it! I guarantee she will command all your attention.... and deserve it! I'm arranging a return visit and it most certainly won't be my last! (Perhaps an addiction warning is appropriate....) She does have a fur-baby with her so a pre-dose of Benadryl may be wise for some suitors. Inara is a hidden Gem and the anticipation of my next visit is overwhelming me. A visit with SexyInara is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

RG just stay longer and arrange some visits! It is Nova Scotia, perhaps you could 'rent and boat' and maybe even go fishing! Who knew?

How long does it take
waterat replied to pony1966's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Pony, who started this thread, has been on for over a year, currently has 50 posts - certainly helpful and thoughtful ones from my perspective, yet he's still 'moderated'... He didn't start posting until April this year, long after the new ownership group took over: therein lies the problem. Lyla, in effect, is no longer a moderated site. There are numerous other examples. In the past funinbed, who posted above, would have likely been out of moderation by now. This is, perhaps, not a big issue but it doesn't do anything to encourage participation. I have zero confidence that the 'mods' even review any posts, let alone inappropriate ones - and there are some of those. I commented on some other thread, where one of the mods posted, noting that the mod was a (Moderated Member), lol. I don't know where you're getting your 'very general' suggestions Batman but I think they have more to do with a compulsion to reply than any lyla policy (and I'm disinclined to go looking for one!). (Moderated Members) don't hold your breath. -
Dashcam videos: Would you stop?
waterat replied to Jasmine Rain's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I agree with both GT and WildTiger (see what I did there? GT is either Giant Tiger or Greenteal. You choose :) ) I'm retired and unlikely to ever purchase a dash cam but if it were a serious incident then giving a statemnt or showing up in court would simply provide me with a diversion and entertainment. I wouldn't want unnecessary demands on my time: especially if it conflicted with a visit with the lovely Jessica Rain! -
I hear your concern for the clients' identities and it's important to put this in the context of this being a totally legal activity in New Zealand - and I think the world would be a better place if more countries had this approach. There is every possibility that the details provided have been altered to help protect the clients (maybe they don't need any 'protection' and, if they do. then they've perhaps got other greater concerns for their relationsships!) without diminishing the truth or import of the article. I often read comments by gentlemen that they're worried about 'meeting someone they know' as they enter or leave a massage establishment.... phuff!, buddy you both were at the same place for the same reason. :) The stigma this industry faces will not be dying any time soon but I appreciated that the article took a strong step in countering it.

Best compliment you ever got?
waterat replied to Tempted Monk's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Oh Kilt Boy: perhaps insane but not unique! I was in at BF in late May for drinks with a lady friend who is also within your category of preference. She commanded me to buy a drink for the lovely Enigma. We got to chatting and I mentioned that I had a friend who enjoyed visiting and was very supportive of the ladies. She immediately asked "[first name - and it wasn't Kilt]?" I smiled. She smiled. Then we went to the CR and both smiled. I should probably have shared this compliment with you at the time to help lessen any shock from your bus experience. Public transit rocks. :) -
Yikes! While I'm greeted by signs explaining how difficult it can be to judge age every time I enter an Ontario Liquior store (possibly too often) I think these didn't need to be posted. Perhaps add a disclaimer that you've never been a pal of Jeffrey Epstein's and never will be? Nah, doesn't work. Consider who else has already done that. I will simply choose not to like or enjoy them.

I had the distinct pleasure of visiting Rachel in late June and I've seen her a number of times prior to that. She hosted at a discrete and private location and booking was very easy via text (# on her website). Our various visits started off very comfortably and have been very relaxing and welcoming. She offers MA services and I have to admit I love her sexy dark-rimmed glasses, lol. While I left with a smile on my face I have to admit that lying on the bed, talking, with my arm around a kind and caring woman, is enough to inspire many return visits! Rachel is advertising a new in-call location in Kanata and I plan to visit as soon as I can make my schedule allign - her new schedule makes this easier but regardless any rescheduling on my part is effort well spent!
-
I have seen Rachel at least half a dozen times (and thoroughly enjoyed every meeting!) and although, far be it from me to disagree with a lady's statement, I found her to meet my definition of 'GFE'! lol. 'GFE' is not a helpful term in this industry and I've no idea what a 'GFE MA like spa ladies' means. If you're looking for an intimate encounter with a genuine, honest and caring woman you can't go wrong with Rachel. FS was not what I was looking for from our encounters (I visit ladies who advertise as SPs for that) but by my definition she rocked the GFE part! In my books she sets a clear standard for gentlemen to respect and live up to. Apparently I need to post a reco for her! And I will do that soon.

Certainly Hope There Isn't!
waterat replied to katie's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I'm no psychologist but perhaps it's 'projection'. It's how they feel and they're attempting to get rid of their bad feelings by pushing them onto someone else - and likely not even to 'get a response'. As RG would say: "a rambling". -
Nice family vacay at Disney. NOT!!!

Clearly the US of A aint much of a police state..... apparently the whole crowd thinks calling 911 summons aircraft to fly in skyscrapers... -
I hear you brother! Same problem has occurred in my 100+ year old apartment. Maybe we should start a new thread: 'Things that squirt, and not in a good way.' Where's Old Dog when we really need him?
