To Deeper Connection and all, My posted comment about uniforms, $ signs on shoes, taxes - it was all meant as tongue-in-cheek humor! looks like I failed - lol Have a nice day - and for what it's worth, this stream is certainly on one of the more interesting ones on here these days.

I really think it is time that all the SPs got together and came up with a standard uniform...that would make them all more accountable, and it would be less taxing for those who suffer angst over the original question. My suggestion is that at the very least, just put some $ signs on the tips of those white heels, as long as Manitoba's society of CGA's doesn't decide to run with the idea, but then if they do, I don't think they'll get very far!

What a sad thing for a judge to say...sex is in the air. I didn't read the whole article on this case, just heard a bit on tv. Personally I do believe that there is such a thing as "love is in the air" but if that is what this judge is trying to imply in this case, well that is just sad at the very least. And how odd for a judge to make a ruling when the laws require a certain amount of physical evidence. I realize how difficult it is for anyone to judge one or more persons state of mind at a given time in the past, but this judge's statements seem rather flippant, extremely biased and totally irresponsible. As for this having anything to do with socialism...all I can say is huh? As for what kind of a life form we are as humans, well is any wonder why all kinds of artisits are mystified by the butterfly. I agree women (& men) can wear whatever they want. However, it can't be denied that clothing, etc. do send out certain messages. It seems that we all live in a civilization that is bombarded with mixed messages and not just in terms of sexuality. I've also seen some people who do an awful lot of acting, flirting, or whatever and then say no. And while no means no, the games that people play before it gets to that point can be very confusing and shit happens. This is in no way meant to justify any act of rape. It's almost as if a lot of people (not everyone) ave no idea what the hell they want anymore and so many people are just out looking for the best deal than get...so very little about love anymore. I've spent a lot of time in the last few years studying history and different cultures. I've tried to find the ones that lived in real peace, and that includes the absence of rape. To me the bigger issue is this horrible thing called rape, and how this is one of a series of ongoing symptons of a civilization that is less and less natural. Someone on here toughts Canada as a great place to live. My televison tells me the same thing. However, when I really look around I see some good people living in a culture that is not so great.

And here I thought I was the only one who could do that. Lol, hell, I can't even do that in my dreams! Personally, I prefer a woman who can think outside of the box. I'm guessing they could probably fly at a 2-for-1 price, except that may have a hard time getting through security...not enough room for one of those wands!

Am I missing something here? What sloppy journalism. It amazes me how everyone these days takes news stories as fact. Nobody comments on that only his side of the story is mentioned here. I'm sure her lawyer has advised against media comments, and I'm not saying that she didn't scam him. What I am saying is that there is no judgment yet. Personally I have a hunch that there is a lot more to this than is reported, just my opinion. Also, I think the press of today is a very sad farce...to me journalism is effectively dead 90% of the time. I don't buy newspapers and seldom read them.

Thanks for the kind words. I've personally had some great experiences and some yucky ones through the years. While I have no problem with the community as a whole, I do find it disturbing that we all have a need for each other. I don't mean to be a downer or to criticize, but it does bother me that we are all kind of in the same situation. I grew up beleiving in love and commitment and all of that stuff. And yet it all fell apart. I still beleive in love, though my age is working against me. It is disturbing that there just seems to be so little of it around. For me, being with a real special SP is my way of trying to find some solitude from a civilization where love seems to have vanished. To spend some quality time with a wonderful lady and to try lose oneself, at least for awhile, is as important or perhaps more important as the physical activities. Let's face, no matter what, it is only when both the physical and mental aspects are right that anything really feels good. Paradoxically, even when it is that good, we soon feel a little empty once that time has gone...the bittersweetness of a fine new memory followed by a longing for more. I hope none of you mind the meanderings...

To me it would be nice to see some interviews of SP's, perhaps taken by other SPs, that show more of the real person behind the service. I realize this would probably mean hiding the identity of the actual SP, but that would be okay by me. I think some genuine real-life stories would be good for the whole community...just my opinion.
