  1. Because we live in a lazy and escapist society. People don't want difficult or thought provoking, they want easy to swallow cognitive anesthesia. Just look at how much reality TV drivel there is out there compared to well written drama. And I'm not so convinced about the media being anti-Conservative. CTV was never balked from an opportunity to present a skewed piece (just look at the release of the off air bloopers during the Dion interview during the last election). Media in Canada is owned by a small number of individuals, and those individuals have ideology as well. I've styles propaganda at the university level and the current example of CTVs bias is a textbook example.
  2. This is CTV news. Strike one; they aren't known for politically unbiased reports, even in a frequently politically biased media landscape. Next, how many of you fail to recognize the hallmarks of Conservative political action here? The gov't is appealing the court decision regarding prostitution. Just like any other campaign, the Conservative are going to use the media to soften people up for their message and provoke public sentiment in their favour. There will be more of this before the official appeal is tried. The average Canadian uncritically accepts what they are told. Here they're being told "we need to save women from being pimped, and stop underage prostitution, the only two sorts there are. " And they'll swallow it, hook line and sinker.
  3. Obviously just more evidence that the impending end of the world will occur in a wet tidal wave of inebriated sports fans, over paid athletes and willing, paid pussy. Suffer the innocents, and oh the humanity.
  4. On that note, one of the hobbies I would like to get back to sometime is photography, particularly fine art nudes or figure studies (clothed and otherwise). I'm out of practice, but I also don't charge. :) Have camera, will travel? Gimme a shout. Just sayin'. :D
  5. I've been lurking on CERB for a while, but had yet to have my first encounter with a SP, until I had the pleasure of booking some time with Karine. Karine is everything she advertises. The location is convenient and clean, Karine is beautiful and has a great smile and laugh, and she did a great job of relaxing my first time jitters. This girl has wonderfully soft skin and some serious talents that you have to experience yourself to comprehend. Thanks Karine for making my first time a really pleasant and enjoyable experience.
  6. I'm new to this too. Had the same sort of thing happen, though. Either I'm saying something patently stupid, which is possible, or some ladies are busy and lose track. It's understandable, but frustrating. I'm still working on setting up my first appointment! :S
  7. I think what annoyed me the most was the overdone and gratuitous show of making faces and retching when she was answering the phone, and so on. That, and the fact that the equated the use of "sweet" and "innocent" in ads to mean "underage". Simply too many exaggerations and conclusions being jumped to. I fully agree, though, that the abuse and underage pimping is terrible and should be stopped.
  8. Maxim once had an article on getting more frequent oral, and the key recommendation was to shave and trim (guys and ladies). Basic explanation: a woman is more likely to orally play with the boys if they don't look like dust bunnies. ;)
  9. I definitely vote shaved, though I wouldn't kick a hot woman out of bed over some hair! Especially for DATY, shaved is best. Not to hijack, since this is related, but flip it: how many men manscape?
  10. Mine was when I was 18. Pigale's, back in the day before facelifts and money made the place look the way it does now. It was a night out with some guys from the place I worked at, to celebrate my boss getting engaged. I remember looking around the place at the lap dances being performed at the tables and benches, and hearing about mysterious "other things" that happened behind the curtains of the champagne room. Some guy was dragged up on stage for his birthday, inappropriately grabbed at one of the dancers, an on the way off stage she pantsed him in front of the crowd. Dude was way too drunk to care and just let em dangle in the wind. Good times.
  11. Happiest of birthdays! And make sure you make it a happy, fun and memorable one!
  12. Interesting but abundantly slanted one hour investigative report tonight about illegal prostitution and underage trafficking on CNN tonight. Clearly produced pre-CL closure, and they seem to take credit for it. No idea if credit is deserved. Personally, I feel that they muddy the real issue of underage trafficking by using it to imply that all aspects of the adult industry are responsible for it. Most inappropriate advertising of all time? A show about underage sex trafficking interrupted by advertisements for Viagra and arthritis meds. Seriously.
  13. Hey all. I'm new to all this (except for lurking on here) and am really looking forward to the event and meeting all of you! Sounds like fun!
  14. I've been lurking on CERB for a while and reading many of the recommendations. Being new to all of this, I decided to take a trip out to Paradise Spa. I had checked out photos of their facilities online, and everthing looked fantastic. No regrets. Monica was free when I got there, and she was friendly, smiling and led me through the session. She has a great laugh, and is incredibly hot. The rooms are fantastic; clean, nice ambiance, and the showers are a nice touch (I hear it's not common that they are in the rooms at other MPs). Monica had a great touch and I left feeling relaxed, relieved and very happy for having given this a try. I'd gladly recommend and will return myself.
