My building has no hourly visitor parking so you are forced to park on the street. Where there is a two hour maximum. But if you are visiting for a couple of days or longer. You can register at the rental office and then park in the visitor parking garage. Which is well covered with video cameras.

For me it is: The twinkle in her eyes when you open the door The way she says hello on arrival The extra tight, long hug and kiss at the door on arrival or departure When she asks to come back again tomorrow When on a social date and she grips my arm and whispers in my ear "let's go home and play" She wants to hold hands and cuddle while we are chatting

For me 45 minutes is way to short. Sometimes I even find two hours to be too short. The lady and I get to chatting and making a connection that we forget about the time. Before we know it - it is time for her to go. And we have not had any playtime.

I look for many of the things you have listed above (her appearance, rates, writing skills, location and availability). I care less about reviews because everyone's impressions and experiences are going to be different from mine. I also look for many other characteristics and qualities in the lady. - Is she a non smoker - Social or non drinker (As I rarely if ever drink) - Will she do out calls to my home - Is she available for (minimum) 2 hour dates or longer - Is she available for social dates (paid of course) - Is she talkative and personable - Does she like pets (I have a cat) - Is she open to clothing requests - Is she comfortable to wear perfume during our encounters - Is she a naturally touchy feely person - Do her encounters start and or end with a shower for two - Is her web site inviting and well thought out. - When she is ready -- does she "make herself comfortable" or at least initiate physical intimacy - Does she accept alternate means of payment. (I hate cash transactions.) - Most importantly -- does she she enjoy spending time with me :)

Getting the apartment ready for a long cold winter. Just removed the window air conditioner. That was a major feet in itself. It is a big sucker. I have no idea where I am going to store it now that it is out. lol Tempted to trash it - it is over 10 years old. Cleaning out the ensuite storage room.
