I am originally from Kitchener - Waterloo. I have not been back there in 15 years. The Eaton's Centre there was huge. It was part of the Kitchener Farmer's Market (King St. & Frederick St.). I am sorry but I do not see how that would work. That is like saying it is ok for fast food restaurants to sell junk food.
