I am having a cup of tea and trying to calm the f*ck down!!! Someone pushed ALL my buttons and tested ALL my boundaries!!!

Getting a call at 10 AM this morning to remind me that I have an appointment at 11 AM today. WTF (Good thing I keep notes -- we did not have an appointment). Professional saying that they will do something for me but they do not follow through. OR they only do half of what they said they would do. Professional who does not acknowledge my priorities. Like getting a drug plan for my medication. There goes another month without medication. Professional agreeing to meet with me once a week in my home or neighborhood. Then they turn around and say that they only have time for me once or twice a month at their office -- IF they can fit me in. Professional supposed to be finding ways to help me save money. But they suggest ideas that involve spending money I do not have. Professional telling me that I can get by on $40 a month for food and groceries. -- "Others do it and so can you". I take the time to share deep personal stuff with them and they do not remember anything I told them. Fighting the urge to call the above mentioned person's supervisor and request a new support worker.

I love Scottish castles. My family roots originated in Scotland. Castles represent luxurious lives of the royal and wealthy. Power and strength are also related with castles. Castles are also places of protection and safety. The romance. Large wood burning fireplaces in every room. The look and feel of the stone, wood plank floors and wood beam ceilings. The beautiful gardens and courtyards. There is always a warm bed for friends and family to rest. The peace and tranquility of the countryside. Secret rooms and passageways. Castles are a reminder of the past; where we came from; and how far we have come. the nerve of some people!!! Maybe it was an honest mistake. Maybe he is not aware of the shortage. Not likely... I know I count out the donation multiple times before the lady arrives. I am always afraid that I might make the same mistake.

I just realised that it is Thursday afternoon, the 24th of April. Where the heck did the week -- month go? :confused0024:

There was a time in my life when I had trouble avoiding parking meters. I could not walk down the street in the spring time without walking into them. This would happen at least once or twice a day. I was easily distracted by women walking down the other side of the street. (Shorts, short skirts, tank tops & tube tops). Thankfully I grew out of that. Or rather, I learned how to notice them and walk at the same time. ;) ________________________ Back in the late 1980's I was involved in a car accident with the same lady three times - three different parts of town - over a three month period. The first time she was backing out of her driveway; the second time she failed to stop for a stop sign; the third time I was parked and she drove into me. I think she may have had a thing for By-law Officers as it was a company car I was driving each time she hit me. Even though I was never found to be at fault, I gave up driving for my own safety. ________________________ Back in the mid 1990's I was working as a Security Guard. It was the night shift. I caught a man trying to break into an office. I challenged him and he threw me down a flight of stairs. I called for help on the radio and gave pursuit. I was met up by a k-9 Police Officer and his dog. We chased the suspect down an alley. The Police Officer yelled at me to freeze. I guess I did not freeze fast enough and the Police dog bit me in the ass. Then the dog ran off and did the same to the suspect. Only this time the dog did not let go. The suspect lost his pants.... and went to jail for B&E and assault. The police dog and I became good friends. ________________________ I was out with a friend of mine. I needed a book for work so we stopped by a book store. I found the book I needed. We got talking and left the store. A few blocks later I realised that I forgot to pay for the book. We went back to the store to pay for it. The store manager was fine with that. But then she started laughing. The book was the Criminal Code of Canada.

Fifteen minutes!!! Gosh... that is not even enough time to have a cup of coffee and find out about her day. Wait a minute... we are talking about having sex with a woman, a real woman, and not an android or sex doll. The SP's I know are all real women. If you treat her like the lady she is -- it goes a long way. Sometimes a quickie is fun but it still takes some prep time. There needs to be a connection and chemistry for it to work. How do you keep it sexy and spontaneous? I know that most SP's focus on my pleasure and not theirs but I think both are equally important. If you keep her pleasure in mind that it will help keep the door open for future encounters with her. That requires spending a lot more than a 15 minute rendezvous with her. Personally, I find that two hours is best, but that is just my opinion.

I am enjoying my first cup of coffee and eating a cinnamon raisin bagel. The sun is shining, it is +1 but feels like -4. If we are lucky it might get up to 11 by this afternoon.

Two weeks worth of groceries.... :(

I was raised by my biological mother and my biological father was not in the picture. I experienced child abuse (physical and psychological), sexual abuse, and witnessed domestic violence as a child. That stuff stays with you for ever. Maybe not on a concious level but it is always there in the subconcious mind. Even if you get help to deal with it. I got help when I was 15 and it helped for a few years. After leaving home at 15. I had a few good mentors to help steer me into adulthood. If it was not for them I do not know how I would have turned out. I am sure now that those early life experiences interfeared with my ability to have lasting meaningful relationships. I have always dealt with depression through out my entire adult life. A few years ago I was also diagnosed with adult Asperger's. About ten years ago I learned that I have a younger half sister and two older half brothers. (same biological mother). I thank god that they did not have to go through the things I did growing up.
