I'm in Winnipeg. What I love first and foremost about here is the people, especially my friends and loved ones. I only wish I could drag my friends/loved ones who are out of province a bit closer. Places like Nova Scotia are too bloody far when somebody is rad and I miss them! Hmm, what else? The Forks The Exchange District Winnipeg Fringe Fest The excellent music scene The size (not too big) The close proximity to some gorgeous camping/lakes (Spruce Woods provincial park and the whiteshell come to mind) Yep, I think Winnipeg is pretty decent :)

I can't remember what some of the first crushes were from my preteen years, but I do remember some from about age 12 and up: Sabine Karsenti, a french canadian actress. There was something about her, she struck me as absolutely beautiful. Chyler Leigh. She played a snotty punk gal on the short lived "That 80's Show" A woman in denim and leather is always hot! ;) Natalie Portman, I remember seeing Mars Attacks on t.v one night and wishing I could rewind back to the cute girl playing the president's daughter, lol When I found out she was in the Star Wars prequels I was one happy little nerd!

Recently started revisiting an album I played the crap out of in high school It's weird, For the life of me I could not tell y'all about most of the things I would have learned in school back then, but apparently I still know pretty much this entire album word for word

I saw Man Of Steel earlier today and thoroughly enjoyed it! I am definitely hoping for a sequel to it
