Been using 1Password for a year or so now. Syncs with cloud, works on multiple devices, good interface, relatively cheap. Works for me.

An interesting twist on this idea would be if the amount of money you receive increased with the greater odds of death. Set the baseline at 1:1000 with a million. At 1:100 it's 10 million, at 1:10000 it is $100,000. You get the idea. That would change my response, and possibly others as well. I'd risk higher odds, but probably not greater than 1:100.
