Requests for wearing special outfits
Gentleman11 replied to manitoba's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Call me old fashioned and maybe uninformed. I just read bits of this thread. The costumes are great in my view once the folks have really got to know one another. However, from my old fashioned point of view, spending time looking in to the eyes, thereby offering a passage in to the soul offers the greatest opportunity to seize the cherished moment. Oh yes, a hot bod is a no brainer..... Musings from a guy working to late..... -
are smokers a turn off for sp's
Gentleman11 replied to r100rs's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
This thread has stuck home a bit (a lot actually). I have been "between smokes" for many months now and am very interested in the feedback here - especially from SP`s who have an awareness, sensitivity or preference/not for hobbyists who smoke or don't. From my point of view, I don't care if an SP does or not as long as she does not have a strong smoke presence in her home and/or on her breath. Musings from a 429 friendly, former tobacconist enthusiast - how's that for a handle? -
Am I expecting too much?
Gentleman11 replied to manitoba's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
As I understand things, this can be a competive environment, not just in Winnipeg, but across the land. Having said that, and as a CERB member and hobbyist - going classy and using CERB members (especially well established and/or referred ones) will just make your "hobbying life" easier, more prediable, fulfilling and generally more fun. Please note that this is not a general service announcement (lol), just, musings from a type "A" organized kind of guy.... -
Discretion....anyone????
Gentleman11 replied to Ashley Ann's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Hey Vanessa, As a bit of grey hair (OK, alot), The following might have some influence on your feelings and outlook. GUYS, who say these kings of things usually do so to overcome a personal sense of negative self worth, tons of insecurity, lack of self confidence and immatuity in general. They feel that "puffing up their chest" (at someonme else's expense) in front of what they consider their peers makes them feel proud - like a peacock strutting their feathers in full bloom. The reality is that he is likely so insecure inside that the only way to make himself look good in front & gain acceptance or enhance his own percieved stauts, of what he desperately wants is at your percieved expense. Its not you, just a sad individual with not much going on in his life. You're hot (inside & out), he knows it and wants to strut himself at your expense in front of others. Please also know that guys know that those who talk about "thier supposed conquests", embellish and embellish alot, usually directly propeoprtionate to the amount of booze in play. Short message is for get about the jerk and move forward with confidence & enthusisam. Musings from an older guy who once heard "its a shame youth is wasted on the young"....lol -
Dirty talk & Fantasies
Gentleman11 replied to Paradise Spa's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
As an older CERBite I reallly enjoy the youth and entusiasm on this site and this email thread is a great example. I truly enjoy learning about the ladies, especially through thier honest & genuine intimate (dirty) talk. I'm pretty conservative by nature but can open very easily to the right combination of laughter, honestly and sense of perspective. The folks in general and SP's in particular on this site continue to amaze me by their sincerity, intelligence, incredible sexuality and warmth. Musings from an appreciative guy.... -
Lets treat our ladies great ...
Gentleman11 replied to Mister T's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
Just wanted to add a little different perspective. I was feeling very badly here these past few days. I requested an appointment with a well known travelling lady a couple of weeks ago, which was acknowledged with an understandable will get back to you sooner to the date response. The SP sent me a "do I know you" response a week or so later and I filled it in complete with one local reference (my first and only CERB). Unfortunately, I had to cancel with 5 or 6 days notice (with an offer to compensate if she felt it warranted, or words to that effect). I did send her a friend request at the same time and got no response. Email can be cold, misunderstood and taken out of context. The turn down on the friend request may be overly senstivive on my part, but stings a bit. Please ladies, hobbyists have feelings too.... Musings from an overly sensitive guy feeling sorry for himself -

SP's accepting credit cards?
Gentleman11 replied to Angeltbay's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Agree with RG, Cash, the largest denominations possible to minimize the embarassing counting time (wrapped in a thank you card by the way) is the only way to go - credit cards, give me a break, what if the SP needs an authorization code, which is a normal course of credit card protocol. Personal view only - if you want to do the credit card thing, cash advance it first before greeting your SP.... Musings from a sensitive financial guy... -
Have visited both a few times over the past several years and would never consider hobbying there - even in the more "liberal" Dubai, it is simply not worth the risk in my humble view. Musings from a guy with a bit (OK, a lot) of white hair

Hey RG, I'm a journeyman tool pusher only and have switched over to Kapersky after years with AVG and Mac. I'm sticking with K as they are seamless, easy to use and totally efective. Musings from a tech challenged but seasoned business person...

To put it succintly, the recommendations this site is intended for (as I understand it) does not provide for reviews. I like the "half full vs half empty" perspective of CERB - If you want a recommendation this is the place, I don't know where one should go for reviews. Musings from a new guy...

Re-recommendations
Gentleman11 replied to Phaedrus's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Thanks all for the informative thread to date. As a relatively new CERB hobbyist, I was under the understanding that recco's were very sensitive territory, some wanted them, some didn't at all, but a hobbyist ALWAYS should ask if it was acceptable to post one - am glad a lot of light has been shed there, thanks. Having said that, I posted my first recco (for the sensational Cathy HfxDom), compete with embarassing subject typos. Thank you all for sharing your collective wisom. Gents' Political Opinion Poll
Gentleman11 replied to a topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
It may be worthwhile to add an option for a Coalition in your poll. I sense there is a groundswell of voters open to the idea of "exploring the coalition alternative" - 4 elections in 7 years is a bit much, not to mention at $300K a pop, expensive.... Musings for the day.... -
Pepsi or Coca-Cola?
Gentleman11 replied to big AL's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I remember a science experiment in high school, leave a tooth in a glass of cola and a tooth in a glass of milk for a month - guess who wins? Having said that, I do love my occasional Coke though....... (Some of us have way too much time on our hands today.....) -
As a new (but not young) hobbyist starting to get a little "traction" in the field (to use a guy term), I find this thread very interesting. I'm starting to enjoy SP talents that have been learned over a period of time, at considerable expense by the SP's in terms of time and resources (emotional & other) and investment in their lovely and sensual craft. I think that email responses are but one of many ways a lady gets across her message by: accurately answering, curtl;y dismissing, obscurely enticing, intentionally confusing, politely discouraging or saying what she damn well feels at the moment! The more I learn about the nice folks who are quickly becoming friends on this site, the more I like to listen to them - email being one of the many venues open. After all the guy upstairs gave us two ears and one mouth - use them proportionally.... Thanks for this thread and am looking forward to hearing more. Musings late Sunday evening...

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts here. This is deeply personal territory, especially for the SP's (my view) and I'm learning and growing as a person with each and every one of your responses. Its also nice learning to know that hobbyists are not just "johns", but real folks who have feelings, care and are honest and respected by the SP's. Thank you one and all and am looking forward to reading further posts on this thread - thank you again one and all!

Katherine (Aka Cathy hfxdom)
Gentleman11 replied to stevecurious's topic in Nova Scotia Recommendations
Cathy and I got together last week after emailing back and forth a bit. I wanted to take a bit of time to savour the experience before sharing it with my friends at Cerb. I asked and she recommended a 1.5 hour initial get together which was perfect. Cathy comes with a great reputation, classy, fit, intelligent, feminine, mature and adventurous - all of which worked for me on many levels. I'm not a gifted detail guy about experiences (this being my first Cerb SP), but suffice it to say Cathy is a very naturally giving, sexy, sensual, intelligent, physical and intuitative companion who goes out of her way to make your experience special. She genuinely enjoys her craft and shares her time, spirit and energy with lots of enthusiasm and sincerity. I left her very comfortable, clean surroundings (loved the ultra heated dedicated massage room) with a big smile inside. Her attention to detail, conversational skills, eclectic interests, custom atttire and sprituality made this experience more than I had hoped for. Thank you Cathy! -
Retouched pix... I don't get it!
Gentleman11 replied to Grass_Hopper's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I find it great that this topic is out for all folks, including relative newcomer hobbyists (i.e. me) to think about. After having read this thread I will now be holding both myself and a SP a little more accountable for our choices - "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I now understand a little more about why some SP's will "photoshop" (don't really understand the term but assume it means "alter in a positive way") and totally understand the safety and identity concerns now alot better. Thank you Cerb and the thread contributors for their views. -
Drinking during appointments
Gentleman11 replied to Dorinda Bloom's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I would like to thank the SP's in particular for their responses to this string. While I'm new at this and do enjoy wines and would normally think that having a glass or two in the evening would be the order-of-the-day for the client, but understand that an SP would likely prefer not to due to the fact that she is professionally engaged. Drinking during the day hasn't worked for me since university (very special occasions excepted) so wouldn't be a problem on a daytime date. Musings for the day.... -
It shows you care, have some class and those attributes are always appreciated and remembered. Gentleman11

Question on being able to meet.
Gentleman11 replied to Lookingrt2003's topic in Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia
Its been my brief but fulfilling experience here that the folks on Ceb are generally very receptive and engaging. Stay with it and participate a bit and you'll have fun and meet the ladies nand many other fine members. -
The debate here in the Maritimes, more particular NB & NS, sometimes can be compared to establishing a CFL football team herer, In particular the size of the potential and proven market and whether or not the market is big enough, passionate enough, able to afford, able to appreciate the CFL football service experience over a sustainable period. There is likely a comparison as to whether or not the hobbyists can "belly up to the bar" and prove that the SP's should be able to count on us here in this region or otherwise prepare to the "use it or lose" as a result. Musings for the day.....
