1. Well, I'm naked and still can't see anything ;) Not working for me either.
2. Here's another reco link for a M/F/TS: http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=66834 It was an awesome evening!!! :)
3. I decided to go out for supper tonight... The evening was nice and relaxing- food was excellent along with awesome service... then two ladies sat down at the table next to us while we were having the first few bites of our main meal... only to have our meals turn out tasting like a perfume factory... Why do some women have to wear SO much friggin perfume when going out and ruin it for everybody else? Needless to say we got our food to go... Additional Comments: Maybe I should've included what I said above in the "WTF" thread instead lol
4. While doing some research, as I am planning my first visit to Brandon, I came across Brandon's City Hall's website and thought I should post the link because of the online petition available to us. I would much rather be flying to Brandon than have to land in Winnipeg and hop on the shuttle for a 2.5/3 hour ride! I am most positive it would be way more convenient for anyone who has to go in and out of Brandon too. http://www.brandon.ca/public-notices/496-city-launches-online-petition-for-westjet-service "The City of Brandon has launched an online petition using the website, Change.org, to help convince WestJet to choose Brandon as one of the markets for its proposed new regional air carrier service. WestJet employees have overwhelmingly endorsed managementâ??s plans to launch a regional subsidiary that will start short-haul flights in 2013. The petition can be viewed and signed by clicking here. The petition encourages people who â??regularly fly for business, board and committee work, event attendance or leisure travelâ? to add their name to the online document, which references Brandon and southwestern Manitoba as a perfect market for the services that could be provided by the smaller aircraft being proposed by WestJet. â??As WestJet continues to weigh its options for expanding air service into smaller regional markets, Brandon needs to do everything it can to prove it is a contender,â? Decter Hirst said. â??To convince WestJet that it belongs here, we will need the support of every single person that has ever had to drive out of the region to access air service or pick a family member, friend or business associate up from the airport. We will also need the support of all those across Canada, and even across the globe, who have the potential to use direct air service to Brandon.â? All signatures collected via the petition will be monitored by Economic Development Brandon, which will then compile the information and present it to WestJet as part of its continued lobbying efforts for service."
5. A little over-sensitive and over-reacting, maybe? Anyway, if you think that's what I did, I apologise. It was not my intention. Perhaps I should include more smilies when I reply to threads :) ;) :) Indeed!
6. Although I think you are absolutely right with the expression you quoted and I strongly believe in it, I remember how it was when I was a newbie on this board; I was overwhelmed by the site and all the options it had to offer. It even took me a while to discover everything I could do on here (I'm positive I'm not the only one). So, consideing that the OP is brand new to CERB, I thought it would be appropriate to give him the link he was looking for since Sacha had an existing reco thread. Nothing more to it ;)
7. CH, considering the fact the OP joined a week ago and this is his first post, a little friendly gesture wouldn't be so bad, would it? ;) http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=29657&highlight=Sacha Welcome to CERB, PL :)
8. Personally, I would not even see him as a client after the fact. It's better to keep everything seperate than to mix up the client/photographer/SP professional relationship.
9. Gentlemen, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for making my first visit to Winnipeg a most positive and enjoyable experience! I would also like to thank all the gentlemen who have inquired about a possible future visit to Brandon. I will be delighted to make a special trip to your lovely city next time I decide to visit Manitoba again! See you in April or May! Gabriella xox
10. A quick link fo you: http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/group.php?groupid=55
11. Can you say "awkward" lol It could be the perfect dress to wear for personal blind dates/first dates only because it would make things a lot easier for the two people meeting... No guessing games there!
12. Happy belated Birthday, Emma! I hope you had a great one :) xox
13. RG, security practices vary on where you are departing from, if you are traveling within Canada or going to the states (or elsewhere), where you connect to catch your next flight, etc. but taking off your shoes and emptying your pockets is standard practice. The same thing applies to carrying lighters; the US doesn't let you while Canada does. As far as having a pack of cigarettes on you, I don't believe they should be able to take it away from you. It would be the same thing as taking away my phone just in case I don't turn it off during my flight (might be a bad analogy but I'm sure you know what I mean)... Everyone knows the rules and should respect them even if they don't agree with them or care. Can't always stop idiots from practicing stupidity!
14. Have you tried using the google image search or tineye to see if the picture(s) is legit and not a B&S? Also Google her phone number -if available- to see if anything comes up- no pun intended ;) Good luck!
15. According to your post... If his duty is to his client and not the other guy then he should be honest with his client and reveal his findings, no? That's what he's getting paid to do; if he says he didn't find anything and lies to his client then he is not doing his job, correct?
16. Going to bed late and being woken up too early... when you don't have to be out of bed for another hour or two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jvwdJe7GrA Pets are just so adorable! lol
17. Hands down, summer! Cohibas or Partagás?
18. Taking a nice long hot bubble bath in the middle of the afternoon!!
19. For your own safety and privacy and discretion for yourself and your guests, it is never a good idea to share the details of your location (current or future) publicly ;)
20. For discretion purposes, the email I use to receive e-transfers is a professional email address that has nothing to do with "Gabriella Laurence" or this lifestyle. No red flags anywhere.
21. It's not a waste if you realise what you have been missing, make changes and start enjoying life the way you want... One of my favorite quotes: Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start. -Nido Qubein Cheers xox
