To echo a lot of comments already made I would be uncomfortable using a spa due to the more public nature of such a venue. I prefer the privacy and anonymity associated with most indy locations being in residences that if you happen to be seen entering by someone you know you could be visiting a friend, client or relative.

Off the top I have seen the following either advertise it or have read others mention it: Mia Bella, Tiffany Amber, Peachy, Nicolette Vaughn, Taylor Munroe. I'm sure there are many others as well.

MiaBella has recently been mentioning doing some Dom training in her ads I believe. I also have a vague recollection that Carrie Moon may advertise some mild domination. I would expect there are many many more and these are just two that pop to mind based on past reading. Perhaps exploring the ass worship and feet worship social groups may lead to further possibilities as well.
