Maude is a cut above most you are likely to run into. Her stage shows are amazing and maybe a tad intimidating to many. I've had several conversations with girls who hate going on stage in the same set as her. :) Besides that she carries herself well in a conversation and is well versed in local business matters when she is of a mind to talk shop. Even when I am not taking dances I ensure her glass is full because she is a pure delight at my table or out back in the CR PIO

How Long to Wait for a Reply
Playinginottawa replied to Winnipegcub's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I apply the same rules here that I do in all my other electronic dealings. For someone new, 24 to 48 hour max. For someone I have met already and have come to know some, perhaps a bit more than that but not much. I am a very patient guy and I keep very odd hours but if I do not get back to a client or potential client in that time fram I can reasonably expect to hear about it from the talking heads in the clouds. I suspect most guys here work in a similar window of opportunity and once more, most of the ladies here do to. PIO -
Sonia is definitely bitable. A very fun person to sit and drink with or to have fun with out back. Add to that a down to earth personality and a quick wit and you have someone who can provide a whole evening's worth of entertainment. She is a gem for sure. PIO

I am very driven by scent. So for me a perfume and a women go together like Scotch and ice. It is part of the package. PIO

Hmmm. The strip tease would work for sure but nothing over the top as that would not be u. Some playful outdoor shots around town would be a nice addition as well. The flip side to this is that if you are looking for solid quality you need someone who can use a proper camera. A point and shoot does not do u justice as I am sure most everyone who has had the opportunity to see you in person can attest. Your current crop of pictures, while fun, simply do not do u justice. We had a half dozen of these kicking around the office and I have to say I am impressed. It is as solid as a rock in your hands which for anyone who has owned a bb or used one is probably the first shocker as RIMs build quality has suffered of late. The QNX OS was the next shocker (though considering it's pedigre it should not have been). It is as slick as snot and twice as smooth. Though the overlaying software has issues and there are more then a few glaring omissions the OS has nothing to do with them. I do not believe you will ever see the sheer depth of apps developed for it that you see for apple but frankly that is not a weakness in my mind. I own an IPad and love it. It cannot be beat for what it does. The playBook will serve in it's role as a business tool and companion to the accursed BB I am chained to 24/7 365. It will make that far more bearable. PIO

Getting Stood Up
Playinginottawa replied to Gentleman11's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I have had this happen a few times especially with those pesky early morning appointments. It has always worked out for the best as there tends to be that little bit extra understanding and drive to make up for the need to re book. That has always been my experience anyway :) PIO -
Have you ever worried...

Office Christmas Party 2009. Bumped into a lady I had seen many times while she was at another Party at the same Venue. It was an awkward moment but only the briefest of moments. She had been enduring with a smile a stuffy room full of lawyers (she was working the front desk for one of the larger firms in town part time) and needed rescue along with a few of her co workers. Our party was Government IT and a tad bit louder :) The result was one of those crazy party stories that gets told every year there after. The one where so and so went out to get some air and came back in with half a dozen ladies several orders of magnitude out of his leave lol I actually just went to the batchelor party of two folks who did ok that night. :) But back to the matter at hand I would never call someone out if I ever bumped into them out and about. As I would hope the same consideration might be given to me if the tables were reversed. PIO -
Temporary cell phone or your own?
Playinginottawa replied to ButtLover69's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I've always used my own phone when making arrangments. Most times it is a requirement as the ladies I like to see need a number they can trust. A burner would simply not do. Adding another phone would also be cumbersome. I already carry two and a pager one more would probably raise more questions then it would solve. PIO -
Ladies gifts you appreciated under $10

Gift cards are very simple but effective especially if it fills a need (like coffee) PIO -

One of my favorite SPs brings a new bottle of wine she finds every time she comes by. we will polish it off over the course of a visit. I have limited taste in wines so this is a great opportunity to try new wines. Plus she has an excellent taste in wines so I know what to buy when going to friends places :) lame I know lol PIO -
New Members Ediquette

Everyone has to start somewhere...however one hopes that it is someplace pleasant. There are very few threads on this board if any (I have not read even a fraction of what has been written on CERB to date) where you cannot observe the quality of thought and the sharpness of many a member of CERB. All of that being said, establishing yourself in the community and establishing your profile here on CERB are two entirely different things. One cannot be used as a solid gusge of the other. And both require a different set of skills in order to see success. The most essential and core skill being patience. The new and even established gentlemen must be patient when communicating both with a desired SP as well as the community at large. Text submitted in haste cannot be retracted easily. The first impression is pretty much the only impression one gets to make. For the desired SP (and they are always desired :) ) there must be at least some consideration (within safety and reason of course) of the fact that a FNG (the F$&@ing New Guy) is going to show up in your neck of the woods eventually. Now while there is literally volumes written on the subject of how to make a first encounter run smoothly, there are few men that actually read the factory recommended instructions until disaster strikes. (it's a man thing) In the end, success is a shared responsibility and commodity (literally I think) PIO PS. And yes there are and will always be those who both cannot and do not want to be helped. They are to be /ignored :) -
Personally, I have only just returned to the hobby after about a year and a half long break. I left for many of the reasons you are running through, thoughI cannot boast a CRA audit (I doubt many boast about those unless they win lol). It was a break that one of my own favs suggested after a long talk on the subject. It was probably the best move I made in 2009 which had really been one of those years with way too many ticks in the WTF category. There has been tons of great suggestions in this thread to put you on the right road so I will only add that you should drag yourself outdoors and away from greater civilization. I found that I was working too much and when I was not working I was spending my down time always indoors and still plugged in. Not sure if any of that is feasable for you, but I wanted to share. PIO

Debate - Tonight 7pm Eastern Time
Playinginottawa replied to Reddog01's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Very sad. I think we are in need of a new format that might lead to actual debate rather then a ever looping sound bite reel. Harper knew they would be all gunning for him and just observed and deflected the attacks of the other three. Iggy did well on his first debate but no where well enough to make much of a difference in the polls. Jack was as always Jack and Gille is still the guy I would vote for to be PM if he was part of a main stream national party. PIO -
What is....
Playinginottawa replied to EmilyRushton's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
For me it is the possibility of being surprised. People in the day to day presuit of life can be so dreadfully predictable. What I look forward to most is having what I think might happen being turned on it's ear. That surprise can come from any aspect of an encounter from being greeted at the door to the cool down period afterwards. but I do crave it as much as any other aspect of a meeting. PIO -
Organ Donation
Playinginottawa replied to mrrnice2's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Once I have shuffled off the beaten mortal path, this body is but an empty husk. It is to be trekked as such. Any and all bodily tissues or fluids which can be salvaged should be and donated as need dictates. Put it in your will kids and make sure people know your wishes. PIO -
Would you give your full legal name to an SP?
Playinginottawa replied to kingBong's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
I have no strong feelings one way or the other on this. I have no issue giving out some personal details to allow for a bit of trust before hand and have come to expect it from most of the ladies I see. My lack of a home phone has been cause for some concern once or twice but it was always worked out in the end. My only quibble occurs when the request becomes a demand. I can accommodate most requests but I tend to turn my nose up at demands. That is the Irish in me coming out. Lol Safety first though PIO -
Requests for wearing special outfits
Playinginottawa replied to manitoba's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Once upon a time in my dirty mind I had the sudden urge for a very naught librarean to show up at my door. And oh my god what fun we had. :) As EmilyR put it I think most ladies might be hesitant to handle such request on a first encounter, that is unless it is clearly stated that this is one of the things they do. Regardless, I could not imagine meeting someone for the first time in this type of encounter and being pleased with the result. A bit of experience with each other would be a pre req I think. PIO -
SP's accepting credit cards?
Playinginottawa replied to Angeltbay's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Cash may be king but it is also the easiest thing to convict a person on. Ask anyone who is caught doing something naughty where large sums of cash are involved. The naughty deed may or may not get you convicted but that bank deposit of cash associated loosely or otherwise with that deed will with a very high degree of certainty. It is called laundering the proceeds of... And has startlingly low requirements in court. Beh I hate that silliness. I have only ever encountered three individuals where there was ever any concern on my part and I just walked each time the gut told me to. There will come a point in time though when the supremacy of cash will be challenged either by the presuit of legitimacy of the industry or a move to a non physical form of currency. Just some food for thought. PIO -

Lets treat our ladies great ...
Playinginottawa replied to Mister T's topic in Ottawa Discussion - Escorts
Unfortunately life does happen and usually when we least expect it. That being said it is just good manners to properly cancel an appointment if life buts it's big nose into your enjoyment. The reverse of that is the consideration provided when such an event occurs. I've encountered the "chill" of a cancelation on more than one occasion but I know that comes more from the fact that time = money and time lost from me may not be made up for by another hense a loss of potential income. Now a days my bookings are either done on relatively short notice (a day or two in advance) or at times when I know for certain that my time will be my own. PIO -
To menue or not to menu
Playinginottawa replied to Rounding Third's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I have been at this off and on for quite a few years now (yes maybe too many) and I do recall starting off being very menu/specific service driven. Very crude I know but aside from simple youth and lack of experience in the hobby, there was also a degree of inexperience as a lover. The manual says slip peg "A" into slot "B" but like instructions from ikea there is not much more to go on. Time passes and you simply get better, (in this regard sex is like hockey, if you practice you get better at it) to the point where you are enjoying the company of a lady (or 2 ) not for what they do but for who they are. The things that they are up to doing is secondary. That being said I feel the demand for that menu will remain front and center in the minds of many a hobbiest as the search for value for money continues. PIO -
Your opinion - Federal Election...
Playinginottawa replied to Reddog01's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I do not see any of the scandals or the contempt of parliament charges taking hold. It seems to me the daily stories of the PM's close fisted campaign style is what is dragging them down. It is very odd and somewhat painful to watch. The Liberals seem to be swinging for the fences as they really having nothing to loose at this stage of the game. And while I do not agree with much of what they are planning it is nice to see them putting up a fight. It is still way too early to draw any conclusions save one. This campaign thus far, is more interesting (at least to me) than the last two combined. PIO
