Also, if the nearby K-Rock centre (which is downtown too) is having an event on then parking is even a greater nightmare! Just some things to think about.

Well in the movie, My Big Greek Wedding, the father used windex for arthritis (and pretty well anything else that ailed him!)! A treatment that can work for soft tissue injuries (and a lot of athletes use this) is ICE therapy. I have used it myself several times for various injuries over the years with lots of success, but it is also painful to do as you have to immerse the limb in ice water for five minutes a couple times a day for about a week. Then you take it out of the water and move it around to let the blood flow back into the area. The theory behind this is that the ice constricts the blood flow in the area and reduces the pain and when the area is taken out of the ice bath and moved around, new blood comes rushing in and helps to take away the damaged stuff.

Safety would be the key especially at night as I imagine a lot of you appointments could be in the evenings when it may be dark. If the neighbourhood looks spooky, or not safe then it could be a big turn off for clients.

I think one has to be very careful in crossing a line with your personal life with regards to this business. If he is a friend you don't want to mix up your business with his request as it would be extremely awkward and probably would feel weird during and afterwards. Also, if he is a friend why would he put you in such a situation where you have to make a difficult choice?
