I agree with you. :) I expect some criticism as well. All I need to know which SP is welling to go for such a date. I understand some don't do that. The reasonable rate is a plus, some ask for 4 figures to go for such dates. I don't know many SPs, so maybe you are right, regarding connection level. It's important but I thought I could figure this out from replies.
