I am not sure what you mean by raw completion? (without a condom??) But I was wondering why usually the rate for PSE is higher that GFE? The way I see PSE is almost bang bang bang and that is all and gfe all cuddles, kiss and that. Why is it higher when you offer less service?(ok my own opinion here)
