I too love short hair. I've had it waist length and every length in between but shorter, above my shoulders, is my preference. Whatever is flattering on the person and to their preference is what they should wear. On some guys I prefer long hair, especially when they wear the man bun, very sexy, imo. But it takes a certain type to rock that look. Bald is also sexy;)

In all fairness to her, being rude could have been for many reasons and it can also be subjective. By that I mean sometimes, dry wit can be misconstrued as rudeness, attitudes misinterpreted and communications can go awry because of tones of voice being misinterpreted. Since you haven't elaborated it's hard for anyone to know,(these are just speculations) perhaps she felt your questioning to intrusive or explicit, perhaps you didn't give enough information, perhaps you called instead of texting or vice versa, perhaps you called or texted multiple times. These are some reasons that can cause attitude sometimes. If none of the mentioned actions took place perhaps she was just having a bad day. We all are entitled to one or two, lol.

Less is best for summertime. The best remedies and protections for nice skin are sunscreen and drinking water, especially with lemon. I have oily skin and don't tan so a powder for me is a must. They always show in those documentary's the bad side, those who are desperate and other negative aspects of the business. For those who are in it with drug problems and other issues it certainly becomes a vicious circle. The negativities society puts on them for being sex workers often gives them cause to self medicate more and cause more internal harm. It's a shame people wouldn't wake up to the fact that sex isn't taboo, the devil or something that needs to be sacred. Every body has it at some point in their life and those who don't are wishing they would! Yes many could use help with housing and other ways to improve their personal or work lives. But thanks to our government who likes to keep their heads up their asses, real help will never come.

Indeed this is a topic that is important. My dearest friend has suffered many years through different diagnosis, medications and doctors. I also had a dear uncle who has now passed who suffered with Alzheimer disease . The medical system is brutal to those with conditions. She isn't wealthy and has been treated, in my opinion, horribly. I've seen her change from a bright and contributing human being to a paranoid and angry person and needing support. For friends and loved ones of those with illnesses it certainly can be a challenge and sometimes one to great to bear. Some of the medications they give them can cause so many other issues, weight gain, the most minor, bladder problems, skin issues, severe mood swings etc, are just a few. I am empathetic and sympathetic to all who live with, are friends with or related to anyone with a mental disorder. There is no greater struggle.

Danielle clearly admitted to venting and it is my understanding that venting or ranting isn't allowed, perhaps I'm wrong, as you and Gabrielle so eloquently represent:) However If we all were allowed to come here and vent about someone doing this or that and how to deal with it then the site would be full of that alone and aren't we all adult enough to be aware of how to deal with such childishness. Bullying often has two sides, when you don't want it you shouldn't take part in it. I gave her good advice-take him or her to court. She eludes to knowing this person, as she stated this person isn't a member. So it would be easy to do, I'm sure she has proof, after all you can't point to someone unless you do. Either that or ignore it, which is more cost effective. What other answers could be expected?

I'm not sure posting this here is appropriate or needed. I understand needing to vent but that's what friends are for as is another area of this site. As someone who's been through it I'd say take them to court. Spend some money it does bring relief but then again those who slander move on and pretend they don't, they then give advice and garner friends, lol.

I agree with CMJ. It's just best to be as good as you can be and let those who are in this for no good self destruct or move on to other professions. No one can police this industry, it would be impossible. They'll always be ones who steal clients, money and even reputations and many of them get away with it. Some people in this business are great actors and have no conscience. But this happens in all professions. Forget the bad, promote the good and hopefully others will as well.
