There are many threads here and on other sites that allow hobbyists to vent about sp's and in some cases for good reason. But why can't we do the same with the hobbyists? If I or an other sp or many sp's had a bad dealing with a hobbyist why can't I openly post here to warn others and to discuss my experience? Bad behavior is bad behavior be it from a hobbyist or an sp, and the "discretion" rule only protects those hobbyists who aim to act this way whether it be with one or many. So naming his handle and indiscretion is only fair, imo. I am all for privacy and discretion and I protect those who treat me well with ABSOLUTE secrecy but I also feel the need to "out" those who set out to do harm, cause problems or are just out to get their kicks messing with an sp. Those gentlemen don't deserve the right to hobby amongst gentlemen in privacy and we ALL should know who they are, shouldn't we? On another note- if an sp has knowledge of an sp that should be avoided shouldn't that info be posted in a warnings section with the reason, not pm'ed privately to their clients? Pm's containing that type of info is gossip or could be construed as gossip, no matter if it is from client to sp, sp to client, sp to sp, or hobbyist to hobbyist. After all if this person is a risk and the point of the pm is to protect shouldn't we all know about him or her so we all can be safe?

Common sense is dead

You never know what is going on in someone else's mind and why they do/act the way they do. Sorry this happened to you. But maybe-Some guys look at dancers as stars, celebrities, when he saw you his excitement over took reason. -

Do you really know them?

Good points C7 and you are right communicating through text can lead to miscommunications and misunderstandings, I don't like it, find it to impersonal and veer away from it. I like to see hear and feel;) who I'm meeting:) Then I'll admit to knowing them. -
Family rife is more commonplace than I reaIized , I thought I was the only one that came from dysfunction, lol. I too have a sister that is no longer a part of my life and find this heartbreaking. As I don't find evicting family from my life easy, nor comfortable. But some people are so stubborn, self righteous and unforgiving so....

Online writings and pictures gives us a glimpse of a persons personality but certainly doesn't give us the right to say we know them. To know anyone you'd have to meet them, talk to them personally, hear their voice, see their facial expressions, body movements, how they live, dress, treat the public, contribute to society, spend time with them. Getting to know anyone is a journey and doesn't happen overnight. Here is a site that I find interesting posts on how to know and understand people:) You might like it too. http://www.psychologytoday.com/collections/201302/how-read-people

Trust is something that has to be earned. Nowadays I give few the ability especially she's in this business! The women I have personally met in this business have all been untrustworthy so it's hard not to generalize and even harder to trust, but we all have to make decisions that will be in our own best interests:)

Have you watched any good movies lately?
CristyCurves replied to CristyCurves's topic in Fun Threads
Me too:) I found the death scenes a little hard to taker, poor Brad Pitt!! The movie left me feeling a little shaken with the cold heartedness of it. Still, worth watching. -
Valentine's is Approaching!

I love that you thought of your mom. But there are no rules to how we should respond to our feelings, or there shouldn't be. If you felt like sending this lovely sounding woman you recently met flowers, then you should have. I think it's a beautiful thing to be expressive in what ever way you see fit and are comfortable with. How the receiver responds is on them. Good intentions shouldn't be questioned, imo. Happy Valentines day -
Lol!!!! Awww Jabba I love it. I assume you must be speaking about the bread commercial where the girl-Darlene- thinks she's a model and won't wear her security unifrom? Maybe I should be embarrassed to say that I think it's cute:):) -sorry

Thanks for contributing and congrats on your first 500:) -
Jafo105 is right and I don't think anyone can say it better. Remember forgiving isn't forgetting, it's the best way to heal and to move on. Not an easy thing to do but the best thing.

Approaching a lady about a "retainer"
CristyCurves replied to Wolf Knight's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
If this is a lady you've seen numerous times she'd know you and know that you are not the type to want to take advantage of anyone, especially financially. I think to many worry about how to say what they want the right way, I say just ask your way, say what you feel! If she is offended then she's to thin skinned and particular, imo:) This isn't negotiating anyway, negotiating would be asking her to take a reduced amount for her services. I think any lady should be flattered to have a gentleman ask her for an ongoing relationship. Discussing when to pay, although not common place, perhaps, is just part of setting up that arrangement. :) Now use your balls, you've got a big set ;) and ask:) -
On the Fence!

I am often indecisive. I think it is common to have differing opinions about particular subjects. As Meg said, not everything is black and white. Don't be to hard on yourself or question your thoughts, having many is better than having none at all:) Sometimes weighing the pros and cons can bring about a conclusion for you, either way nothing to worry or feel bad about, you're good:) -

Why do some people do such mean things? How can they do such harm to something so innocent and undeserving? Thankfully there are some that step in to rectify the damage others have created. I hope those kind souls will be forever rewarded. I hope you don't mind me sharing this touching video.

Board Presence
CristyCurves replied to roamingguy's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
With all due respect to any who reads this- posting anywhere should be done to express oneself, without worry of how the post is read or interpreted. I don't post to gain friends, fanfare or even clients. I post because I want to express my opinion, liked or not, to get ideas, discuss a topic on my mind, to hear differing opinions. I like that even though this is a reco board for sp's and hobbyists we can discuss things other than sexually related topics. General discussions is a forum for that:) I am very opinionated obviously, not everyone's cup of tea for sure but I'm also entitled to express myself like anyone else, so I do:) when I have the time;) without worrying about misinterpretations, or results:) -
I'm sorry but this made me lol!! Just picturing someone doing that. You are right though, so sad for him,. Either your dog is pooping in his yard, if you have a dog or he was having a very bad day. Maybe you could put a get well soon card in his mailbox, lol:)

When you visit my profile page I revisit yours, if you allow me. When I do I like to leave a note, a think you and you never know it may be the start of something;) However since I don't tour, yet anyways. I never know if it's a possibility as I DON"T know where you are from. WHY:( can't more of you gentlemen place your province at least on your page? I understand discretion but just a province isn't going to give anyone away, surely! Thank you:)

This does seem to be a mans favorite position, from my experience:) It's not mine:( I'd rather be on the bottom watching the man. I just don't find the cowgirl does anything for me as far as sensations or views. I do it simply to bring enjoyment to my partner, but if I can choose it would be missionary or doggy:) Perhaps the lady or ladies you encountered were the same?
