Patrick all you did was voice your opinion, which I always look forward to hearing. No need to apologize. You are always the perfect gentleman, thank you for taking the time . It's my opinion that you are one of Lyla's most interesting, non-biased, articulate and informed posters so I appreciate your view whether it sides with mine or not. Differing views and opinions are what make a discussion interesting and sometimes teach some of us something new. Please never feel that you shouldn't state yours freely.

I think having a site is a good idea as many hobbyists feel more secure dealing with a companion who has one. It will be interesting Cherry as it'll be representing you and there is only one of those:) Your website can include whatever you want to have in it, providing it conforms with the laws. Listening to what others may suggest may cause you some confusion. As it's been said, the most important aspect of your site is to allow "you" to shine. It should reflect your personality, advertise to the type of clientele you wish to attract and display anything else you'd like to say or show. My site is as much dedicated to my companionship as it is my animal causes. Don't feel rushed to complete it, peruse others to get ideas, while staying true to you and know that you can tweek it over time. Most of all enjoy the journey, it'll be a learning and fun one.

Photo Shop- Victoria Meadows
CristyCurves replied to Victoria Phoenix's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
In your first post, I felt you more discussing what most professional photogs do, they photoshop. They remove some flaws, perfect poses, create magical lighting etc. Misleading, yes, but not really bait and switch. Your second post speaks to bait and switch, imo. The extremes. Which I don't think occurs often as it is frowned upon and would cause more ruin for the companion than success. But lets face it some like to live in a fantasy world, hobbyists and companions alike. Additional Comments: Lets look at this another way- If tattoos were removed, that could be considered a misrepresentation, if one wears makeup, dyes their hair, wears heels, dons sexy lingerie or other sensual attire, dims the lights, scents the air, wears perfume. All these things could cause someone to say we're misrepresenting ourselves. If we are all to be ourselves then we should all answer the door straight out of bed, naked in the sunlight, lol. But then where is the fantasy? Yes I get the point of the thread, take a picture of what's going to be seen, don't misrepresent, but in a sense, we all do, regardless. -
As I said in another thread, some will want pro photos some will want selfies and so on. No matter what a person provides someone will comment to the quality, sound, site etc, of what is provided and suggest doing something different or better. I've given up listening to what others say or want because everybody has different wants and expects different things, no one can please them all and I'm happy with what I have. I have been approached by numerous gents wanting to take pro photos but I still stick with my selfies. If I'm judged on their quality, oh well. I have an iphone 4 that's what I use for my photo's and they seem to bring in my required amount of clientele and no one who has seen me has voiced any disappointment so why fix what works. To those who may turn away because of my photo's, oh well. I'm obviously not into the latest technology gadgets . I put my money into my dogs and other animal causes.

I'm with JoyfulC. I don't advertise to attract men like the op but I've still gotten my fair share who inquire, because there are many! Does it piss me off, sometimes, but he's has as much the right to want this as I am to want my type of clientele and I think there are more hobbyists who do than will admit. There are as many hobbyists who choose their companions based on rates as those who choose on other criteria. The latter part of his post, however, is not a question that is allowed to be discussed as per the rules here. There have been upteem threads where rates and affordability have been discussed. This is just another looking for as he put it "cheap and reliable". His request wasn't eloquent but it was honest. As Brad suggested cheap is relative so his best option is to look at who's available in his area, their rates and go from there.

Photo Shop- Victoria Meadows

I agree with you Victoria but, I think some do this because they may feel a need to please all. In this business there is a lot of pressure to stand out, shine and be the "one". Perhaps, some may think, perfecting their image in photographs as a way to. Of course it is a misrepresentation and no one will know until they meet the person. So awkwardness about staying or leaving will become an issue for some. Those of us who take selfies can also be criticized though. I'm told occasionally that I should have a pro take my pics because they are grainy, not good angles, or not showing enough. So no matter what one does, in this business, someone will have something to say, or advice to give about what they'd like to see. Next thing will be having to provide virtual images, lol. I remember the days when a gentleman was happy with a description given over the phone and as long as she resembled that, all was good. -
Tips are like the business itself, unpredictable. Getting them or not isn't necessarily an indicator of anything, nor is their amount. That can vary greatly. None of us ever expect them but certainly appreciate them. When I'm given a tip it causes me to believe I've surpassed his expectations, I hope:) If a gentleman overstayed his welcome by a 1/2 hr then he should have offered you a half hour fee, if you have one, but that's just my opinion, but both should be aware and are responsible for keeping track of the allotted time.

Every woman you meet is different as is the way they'll interact with you. So there is not one right answer. This is why clear and concise communication before a meeting is key, important and will insure no misunderstandings. But understand, we are ladies and treating us as such will always result in favorable outcomes.

Mine were also going to spam, then disappeared, now back to normal:)

My preference for older men is simply because I'm mature and prefer men near my age or older. I've never had issues with younger men actually just the opposite. I have had numerous issues with 30 and 40 and 50 somethings acting immaturely. As far as the race issue, not a concern for me as I have no preference. However, when I was running services the majority of girls I had worked with wouldn't see black men because they were either with a black man, or were concerned that it might be another agency owner. Back then, the majority of services were run by black men. Those were the reasons I was given. Which I never questioned because I felt it was their right to see or not see whom ever they choose. It is a two way street after all:)

Every dog should be properly bathed with a mild dog shampoo, how often depends on the dog and it's activities. Their teeth should also be brushed regularly, it's not normal for a dogs breathe to reek. If it does there's to much tarter and bacteria in the mouth. This can be a serious health concern as that bacteria can travel quickly to other internal organs quickly. Never use human toothpaste, it must be a toothpaste made specifically for dogs. Your dogs will appreciate the grooming, they like to be clean too:) -
Welcome and enjoy, lots to learn so take some time to read all the rules and ask questions if you get stuck:)

Tallrichsexy, I've received as low as 50$ and as high as 700$ tip for an hourly appt. So that being said, if you want to tip the amount is totally up to you. A tip shows that you enjoyed the time beyond the donation, that's how I see it. I'd never feel obligated if I were you, but the receiver certainly is made to feel special because it sends a strong message that you felt the time was special:)

Yes WC I know but when I say paid, it's just a term to separate this business from what I consider other types of friendships/relationships. Because and as you mentioned, in a gf, bf, married relationship monies are still exchanged. But for different reasons and I believe with expectations for different outcomes. Now I'm not speaking for anyone or representing my self but you must keep in mind that some companions/clients are sly, only business minded and manipulative. They know how to groom someone to get what they need from them and "friending " them can be a way. Not saying it is so in your case, most certainly, but this does happen, and again for that reason, when $ are the main reason for meeting, and remember, it's the envelope that's always presented first, it's best to keep them that way. But to each their own:)

Animals, more specifically my dogs. I'm being repetitive but I was asked just the other day why I like animals so much so I'll add when in their company-I'm never judged, they couldn't care if I'm dressed or naked, looking my best or worst, smelling good or bad, rich or poor, what kind of car I drive, how smart or stupid I sound, they are always happy to see me, no matter what. So in their presence I'm completely 100% comfortable and that makes me happy.

In response to the unprotected sex thread
CristyCurves replied to Samurai's topic in Escort Discussion for Nova Scotia
I have to agree with your sentiments but not with posting this info this way, and I'll explain. In that thread only two members confirmed this, two fairly new members and one who said he heard it from another. I'm not saying that any of these people aren't being truthful, or factual but none of us who haven't met her truly know what is true, so I'm of the type that only believes what I see and experience not gossip. Because in this business it is so often spread for the wrong reasons and if those who experienced this knew of the danger and knew of it happening often then why wasn't a warning posted, why didn't one of those guys tell her she is doing something wrong, that it'll cause her harm? I know it's no ones responsibility but if someone is truly concerned then wouldn't that be the right thing to do? She is young, new and how do we know that she wasn't tricked or fooled into doing this behavior. How do we know that she hasn't been trained that this is what all girls do. Again, I'm not blaming anyone, I'm just looking at both sides. I believe in helping people and if she is as I fore mentioned then she needs help and outing her this way won't help her it'll cause her more harm, imo. -
I feel like there are some contradictions in some of the posts here. Some elude to friendships don't happen when paid, yet on other posts it's been said that you can become friends when in a pain relationship. Regardless, I feel it best, when in a paid relationship to keep it that way. I would think that drama may be more likely or more dangerous when one knows someone personally, when the two move from paid to friendship. Either way, I'll never understand wanting someone that doesn't want you. I also believe that either side can be subject to inappropriate behavior. After all, some companions move on as well, simply because we want to move on, not because of anything nefarious or negative.

Do animals cry
CristyCurves replied to CristyCurves's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Unfortunately not all subjects are happy ones and if something can be learned by discussing something, then why not? It is sad to a point, after all I did mention that some laugh as well:) I know this winter has been brutal for many species and believe me my pocket book is a reflector. I've been feeding many bird species all winter and worrying about all the other animals that can't get food because of the deep snow, everywhere. However, I was told by someone, that deer will congregate and move in such a fashion to trample down deep snows in fields. Whether or not it's true?? But it was said by someone who spends a lot of time in the woods. Regardless, other than humans, mother nature can wipe out her share in brutal ways. -

I too have never witnessed an animal crying tears from sorrow, however I'll believe the studies that claim they do and accept the claims that say they don't. However, I do believe many humans use the differences in emotional display as a reason to categorize themselves as superior beings. -
Sometimes, and I used to be able to openly express it here, but like all things... they change. My mind however hasn't. It's still dirty, vulgar to some, however it's perceived, I like my thoughts, they bring me pleasure and sometimes others, and there's nothing wrong with pleasure:)
