Ive always felt a good connection to a Canadian band called Three Days Grace, i dont know why but i always have. This is a tricky subject, i know some people can be "over critical" when trying to be constructive and others can be really helpful. I think i could be, i come from a management background myself and find it easier to be constructive rather then demeaning or condescending, which is how i find a lot of people come off as when trying to provide criticism.

see the discipline would come from any country, but the catch is... if they were "on the clock" or at the base then disciplinary action should obviously follow, if they did this in their personal time away from the base then no. but i believe they were at the base from the pics and the wording...

a cool thing that that is an "add on" for iphone now, its a plug in card swipe for credit cards. there is a minimal charge of 3%(?) and it saves you from pulling out this huge black pos machine lol

One more weird thing i do... when i eat, if i have more then one thing on my plate... i eat one at a time and spin my plate clockwise and eat the following item regardless of what it is... usually for a turkey dinner i set my plate up so i can eat the stuffing, peas, corn, potatoes and finally the turkey. Im weird i know.

i have another weird quirk that i just thought of because i just did it lol, every time im around my car and have my keys, i lock it (with the remote) even though i know its locked

it may be ocd or quirk but in my car my dials have to match for some reason or it bugs me, my TV volume is in increments of 5 and I constantly tap my own ass checking for my wallet lol

What can i say about this lovely lady? As i walked into the new and improved angels, all i could think was... uhg stairs... lol. Then when i finished the climb, there she was to meet me at the door, one of the most beautiful women i have had the privilege to speak to. Hey guys, ive been reading around the forums for a while now and this is actually starting to eat at me a bit. In a growing amount of posts im seeing that people seem to think that "older gents treat women better than younger ones". Saying this makes it look like all clients under 35(?) seem to not treat the sp/ma well or we are only out for ourselves in alot of ways. I am mid 20's myself, and its starting to actually get to me that seems to be "the norm" way of thinking. Id like to see what others around my age seem to think, maybe the slightly older ones seem to think... ladies why is it that my generation is least preferred in the community? This isnt a rage thread... its a discussion thread. im not looking to start a fight with anyone, so please dont assume thats what im trying to do.
