I like to have color on my toes, but a simple French manicure on my hands. I also tend to keep them fairly short. Though I am fortunate enough to have great genetics for skin, hair and nails so my nails are quite strong and I can grow them so long people think they're fake. Might seem rather obvious, but have you tried going into the subsection for the city you are looking in and browsing the advertisements posted there? The search features on Cerb are not set up for what you are trying to do. You will have to do it the old fashioned way and practice those literacy skills by reading the ads.

I have an autoreply I turn on after hours. And despite that, I still have guys thinking I am going to see them at all hours of the night. I highly recommend ladies download a similar app so you can have an autoreply to remind these illiterate guys that you are not available outside of XX hours. Also: when you meet me, do not grope me the minute you walk in. It's disgusting. I am not a piece of meat or a f**kpuppet, so treating me like I am the minute I greet you is a sure-fire way to be asked to leave. And don't even try to tell me you read my website because nothing on my website or in my ads even hints that that kind of behavior is acceptable to me. Thankfully most of that type of client don't bother trying to see me, but you still get the odd entitled or hopelessly oblivious guy who thinks that just because he's paying me for my companionship that he is entitled to forget I'm a woman. Unluckily for that type of client, I do not bow to almighty dollar and have no qualms reminding them precisely what behavior is and is not acceptable in my presence. Honestly, TLDR (too long didn't read) is just not an acceptable excuse. Read a lady's ad. Read a lady's website. Many of us will simply decline to see you if you can't follow simple instructions and take a bit of time to familiarize yourself with the information we have kindly made available to you.

Getting ready to go to a friend's for a pre-Christmas friends feast. I haven't seen everyone in a couple years - or longer - so it'll be nice to eat a great big meal and catch up with everyone. I think I'll be wearing pants with an elastic waist tonight ... :D

I generally do not make fiscal donations to any organizations except local food banks (giving them money rather than food is preferable since they often have arrangements for discounted bulk purchases, meaning a dollar spent by them goes a lot farther than a dollar spent by you to buy food to donate). I tend to be philanthropic in volunteering. I volunteer everywhere all the time. Okay, not *everywhere*. But if I see an opportunity to help out and I have the time to commit to it, I do. I have done reading programs through public libraries to encourage literacy in adults and children, I do scads of volunteer work with special needs and those with intellectual disabilities through various local and nation-wide organizations, and I do event volunteering which is usually only a couple days or a week of commitment so it's easy to find time for that. Recently I have wanted to get back into volunteering with distress call lines. They always need people to help man the phones, especially this time of year when many get depressed or stressed out due to the holidays. I always tell people if you don't want to give money or things then give time. We might not all have the means to provide clothing, food or financial aid but most of us have an hour or two a week we can use to make a difference. And no matter what your personal causes are, there is an opportunity for everyone. I'm warmed and happy to see so many of my fellow Cerbies are also philanthropic.

Personally I enjoy suitors who are 35+ as I have found through my own experiences that there is a lower percentile of that age group who are not my idea of good company. That being said, younger clients are still welcome, but I do ask that they provide a reference so I know they are one of the good ones. I don't fully exclude younger suitors, but I am more judicious with them. Anyone who has ever worked customer service whether it be fast food, call centers or more personal work can tell you: you can love your job but absolutely loathe some of your customers. Why is that? Well chances are good that they are simply bad customers. Maybe they've let the phrase "the customer is always right" go to their heads. It's a brilliant phrase that oversimplifies to the point of absurdity. The customer and the service worker are human beings, and humans are not always right. Some customers get a little too self-important and we've all seen it no matter what jobs we've worked in our lives. We have all known (and probably even been) that customer at some point. I'm the customer and I am paying for this and I want it my way!! Just like a child throwing a tantrum, bad customers exhibit similar behaviors and attitudes. I say on my website clearly that when you book an appointment that time is guaranteed with payment, but it's your attitude and hygiene that really determine how that time goes. In other words, don't be a bad customer. All too often you find clients who forget that we have every right to refuse them and while they are busy crying foul over the effect (refusal) they neglect to consider the cause (bad attitude, bad hygiene, etc). Am I saying bad experiences are all the customer's fault? No, that's absurd. However sometimes people really are just a sh*t customer and they ought to address their underlying entitlement/sexist/whatever issues because that stuff is seeping through and ruining things (likely in all areas of their life because these behaviors do not exist in a vacuum). Just like the person in the article pitching a fit over ketchup, every bad customer has their own issues going on that they are probably not dealing with and thus they will continue to be a bad customer the minute things don't go their way. These behaviors have surprisingly little to do with the trigger, which could be anything, so it's best not to take it personally when you encounter a bad customer. Food for thought ...

Always be polite and respectful when inquiring about services. Do not go into graphic details; just state in a clear and concise fashion what it is you are looking for. It is always better to make the initial contact very polite and well-mannered. This is just an example, but ... instead of saying that you like a woman to sit on your face with an unwashed bum while she's humming the William Tell Overture and flicking your inner thighs with corn silk, just ask if she is open to unusual fetishes. That is a nice way to ease into a dialogue rather than coming out with the whole "I want your dirty ass on my face" which will immediately get you ignored and possibly even blocked.
