  1. Didn't they do a CSI NY episode about this kind of thing? The football lingere league? LOL Carrie! Posted via Mobile Device
  2. Lol, I know, I meant in pure - or mostly pure - form. Pure oxygen is toxic in large amounts, as are most other things on the periodic table. Obviously everything can chemically be traced back to the table, but the purer it is to its true form, the less healthy it's likely to be. Posted via Mobile Device
  3. I recently told someone via e-mail that they were not the kind of client I wished to see. A week later, he calls me and books an appointment. Of course I didn't know it was him. He shows up 20 minutes late, tries to underpay me, and of course I discovered he was the very person I had politely told that I will not see. I know it can be harsh to be on a lady's do-not-see list, especially when you haven't even met. But to be decietful and try to "sneak" in to see her by means of pretending to be someone else is just wrong. And before you think this wasn't a Cerb reader, he is. He mentioned that all the information he could find on my location was that it said "10 mins from downtown). That is solely on Cerb. So, while it may be a bit of a snub, or leave you feeling shot down, please respect a lady when she says she will not see you. There are many lovely ladies out there, and not all of the ladies will be comfortable with or willing to provide what you are seeking. If a lady - for whatever reason - chooses not to see you, think of it not as being shot down, but as getting that much closer to finding the lady that you will share great chemistry and fond memories with. 4. Definitely customer retention tactics, and drawing new customers in. As for the contract, yes, read it thoroughly as often salesmen do not really know all the ins and outs of the promotion they are selling. And hey, if it turns out that buying a new car on financing, making one payment and buying outright still gets you ahead, go for it! Most people put everything on credit, so it's likely the CEOs never considered it probable that someone with the money to buy outright would finance. Posted via Mobile Device
  5. Chances are if it's on the periodic table, ya shouldn't put it in yer body. Sad, though. Posted via Mobile Device
  6. Congrats, CK! And many more well-informed posts to come, I'm sure! That's a very suave smoking jacket! Posted via Mobile Device
  7. I'm going to be doing some shopping to stock up my tickle trunk, and I was curious what costumes you guys love the most. Nurse? Gothic? Nun? School Girl? Fettish Wear? What turns your crank? Posted via Mobile Device
  8. I love a good dark beat. Darkwave, goth industrial, stuff like that. I don't play it during sessions because some guys would think I'm about to string them up and spank them. But I like it, privately. The music, not spanking - perverts ;-) Posted via Mobile Device
  9. Pete, it's not nice to throw pennies at ladies! :-) Sad that grown adults would act so childish and vindictive, but yes, certainly a very good reason for not accepting blocked calls. I also agree that not all blocked callers are time-wasters, bad clients, etc. But I still don't answer blocked numbers. It's all personal choice and we all weigh the pros and cons of things before we choose where our boundaries lay. Posted via Mobile Device
  10. I can attest to the pitfalls of mobile internet use. I use my phone's browser for all work-related things, including e-mails. Sometimes with such a tiny little keyboard, you make a typo or two. And sometimes the damned thing goes into caps lock all on its own. The words speak louder than the size or appearance of the font they were written in. Posted via Mobile Device
  11. I was on POF but that was while I was out of the biz. Frankly I find dating sites are an absolute headache. Every single person that contacted me was one or more of the following: - just looking for sex - looking for someone to feed his ego - abysmally unintelligent (yeah, I have an IQ requirement for boyfriends) - just looking for an online flirt-fest - and they almost always became indignant and childish when I said I wasn't interested. My advice? Stay off sites like Lavalife and POF. Put a bit of money into a membership on a paid site and that should help not only with finding someone serious about a real relationship, but the jackasses usually aren't on the paid sites. 12. Good question. I'm the opposite as you insofar as I only accept e-mails and phone calls. I'm curious to hear what the guys think about their preferred contact method. Posted via Mobile Device
  13. ROFLMAO!! Some guys don't know their number is blocked, but 99.9% do and they should have some kind of blocked/private caller message like that! Posted via Mobile Device
  14. I agree that there seem to be more ladies entering the biz and fewer leaving to balance it out. And I think rates and services offered for those rates plays a big part in attracting new clients. Once they are there for the first time, it's up to the lady to make them want to return. Comeptitive rates help, but you still have to back it up with stellar service to get repeat clients - which are your bread and butter through the tough times. It's something many ladies ponder and there is no simple answer or solution. Just do what you do, do it with passion, and the rest is out of your hands. Posted via Mobile Device
  15. I'm not surprised. Even aminals we formerly thought to mate for life have been seen "cheating". Monogamy is a human concept, and like all human concepts, it's a great idea, but it is flawed. I'm not for polygamy or polyamory, but I'm also realistic about the probabilities of true monogamy. Which is why I love my work. I can have fun and not have to worry about a bf cramping my style, be it sexually or otherwise. Posted via Mobile Device Additional Comments: Aminals.... *hanging head in shame* I hate misspelling stuff! Posted via Mobile Device
  16. I think a gothic/Victorian room would be lovely. Soft cotton velvet, dark, rich colours, and ornate carved frames for mirrors... it's very conducive to eroticism. You could also go for a more austere room. Immaculate white and ice blue with chrome and glass accessories. Sort of apothecarian meets futuristic. (Steampunk) Posted via Mobile Device
  17. Happy birthday! Try to spend as much of the day as you can in appropriate attire: in your birthday suit! Posted via Mobile Device
  18. Hmmm, sounds like some annoyances have really bubbled over. If I was in your area, I'd bring you a cupcake and a big hug. Posted via Mobile Device
  19. I recently shut down my private FB account because I was tired of my "friends" and their crap. Facebook is just a sign of the times, the times seeming to encourage social exhibitionism and social voyeurism. First "reality" television, then social networking sites, what's next? I'm not against blogs or personal sites, but do you really need to add a bunch of people you don't even really know and allow them to interact and access your semi-private information and updates? Personally I am of the mind that, no, you do not. Annessa is right - treasure the time you spend face-to-face with a lady. The rest is encroachment upon her - and your - private life and the odds of it ending negatively are exponentially increased. To each their own, but just remember when it goes sour, your choices were a major contributing factor. Posted via Mobile Device
  20. There's some great collections of nature sounds with some very slow and trance-like synth thrown in. And anything with crystal singing bowls or Tibetan singing bowls are lovely. Posted via Mobile Device
  21. Even Klingon? LOL (Sorry, I'm in a goofy mood today) Posted via Mobile Device
  22. Ninja stuff? Seriously? I don't know about y'all but I was making smoke bombs and scaling trees as a kid. Though admittedly my costume wasn't nearly as cool. But when you grow up in a logging camp, you have all kinds of nifty shit at your disposal. At least until someone catches you with it.... hence the scaling trees. Posted via Mobile Device
  23. K, but you should test it on me first :-) Posted via Mobile Device
