I do think it's a large part of the stigma. If there wasn't cheating, everyone who wants to stick with monogamy would be reassured. It's one of the arguments i hear the most, after human trafficing, that prostitution breaks marriage. Of course, there would still be other stigmas, but it would have greater supporting i think.

For me MILF mostly means someone who could be my mom, or at least a good age gap. The first MILF, Stiffler's Mom, was lusted by her son's friends afterall. Of course, i'd love it if it was free and i'm interested in knowing more the lady. On the other hand, it would probably get abused too much. I talk/chat with a lady i've seen who does webcam so i get to know her better. I made the leap to lose my virginity. Either pics then i'll check her posts and ads. Or i see some of her posts, like what i saw and go check if i also find her attractive physically. Depends what you mean by grooming. If it's basic hygene, then yes it's very important. But i love ladies that are natural. Someone mentionned PJs and no makeup, i'd find that lovely ( not the unbrushed teeths or body odor though) Loose hairstyle instead of something fancy and complicated is nice too. I've seen one lady offer this to her regular clients. Pay once upfront for the month, she gets to know well in advance when to reserve a spot for you. And she does offer some kind of discount. (a little bit of free-time i think) Also, most ladies do offer a discount the more you book. (the first hh or hour is almost always costier then the second one or "overnight" package) Roamingguy's way seem to be the best and the kind of way i used when i wasn't sure if the lady i was seeing changed her rates over the years. Just tell her what amound of time and how often you'd like, then ask what would be the rate for that.

It's barter economics in a way, but not truely. You don't count the worth of the service and might not get "repaid". There's no certainty you'll need his help at a later time. Just giving a ride when he calls drunk at night or helping him move obviously won't "cost" as much as some kind of Professional service like electrician, plomber, etc. What's important is more that you got their back and they have yours. First, it's obvious not the reason for a friendship to develop. More a "consequence" of it. The big problem is the nature of the service and how it's so close to the definition of friendship. I don't think anymore means "free sex" when they say free service. That obviously should be paid in full as well as romantic date or to accompagny him at a social party as his +1. But just hang out with an SP is a service that is offered. It can be just for a coffee or going for a movie together. Because, at the basic, what the SP offer is her time. Hard to know if the problem is him, his entourage, his family, etc However, i don't have that much sympathy for people who screw up because they have too much( money, fame or power) and ends up on drugs and doing stupid things.
