Yeah, not enough information to really help. =/ First sentance makes me believe he's not sure she's faithfull to him. The last makes me believe he's not sure he's into her ....

That is the OP. However, i was responding to the various answer that indicated general statements about underaged people, not just sex worker. I though about it when writting it. But it would have been far too long to lists all the possibilities. I just wanted to point out it's not always the older man with a teenage girl. I have no problems with man-boy, woman-girl, Tgirl-boy, Tgirl-girl, herm-boy, herm-girl, etc. I was making points for different things. While i think underaged sex can be okay, and sex work is okay, it's not something i'd mix. I don't think people Under 18+ should be allowed to do sex work. (wich is the case in pretty much all country with lower age of consent) That's taking too many more steps. And it wouldn't be much different then the child labour laws. A 10 years old can help his technology-disabled father to write an email or he can answer the phone. But by law, he couldn't be hired to do those things. The law is real, but ethic and moral is always abstract. In the past, it was illegal for women and ethnic people to vote. So you believe that because it was the law, it was unethical for women or ethnic people to vote? I think not from all the posts i've read of you. That case is clearly not consensual. Without reading it (too disgusting) it's fairly obvious that it was an arranged marriaged, forced by both famillies on the girl. If the girl was a women in her mid-twenties, would it become suddendly ethic to force her in a marriage, and rape her until she bleeds and die? No. You're mixing sex and rape in your arguments and there is a huge difference. In fact, even the laws in Canada are ridiculously soft for sex offender. A few years for abusing multiple children? It should be far worst then that. I pretty sure the rule is about not advertising, asking how to do, etc. There's plenty of posts in the legal section that discuss illegal activities. There's also a lot of arguments about legalising prostitution or bawdy house. Discussing that the speed limit of 100 on highway is stupid is legal. It's when you actually go over 100, or encourage people to do it that it is illegal. All my arguments are about consensual sex. Not rape, not abuse, not manipulating. If you set aside the law, there's really not difference between a 15 years old that isn't attracted to you and a 30 years old that isn't. In both case, a no is a no and the person shouldn't pursue.

That's only true if you're in Canada. In some states, 16-17 can't even do it. In France or Sweden, 15 can. While it might be the legal definition of consent, it isn't the true definition. As for everything saying there's something very wrong with a man having sex with an underaged girl (or a women with an underaged boy) or that's it's ethically wrong. You have to remember that a lot of people say the same for sex workers and their clients. Or that the sex can't be consensual if money is involved. Cat, brilliant post! Very well explained, better then i could. And i aggre with you that there should be more on the man's mind then getting in the girl's pants. But the same should apply to same-sex relation. It's ethicaly wrong IMO for a man to lie, manipulate or use a girl just to have sex.

Being an ethical consumer
Frank7 replied to Regent's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I always find it weird to hear that argument from people when talking about Canada. In other poorer country, it might be true. Here however, anyone can stay alive with minimum wage and pretty much anyone is competant enough to work in a fast food, grocerie or any of the other student jobs. (They certainly aren't the most pleasant jobs....but we're talking about survival) And while sex work clearly isn't for everyone (specialy religious or monogamous people), it's not the most dangerous or disgusting job. While bad sex with someone you don't find attractive is horrible, everyone like good sex. There's a lot of jobs that ask you to do an activity nobody (well less then 1%) like, even when it's "good". For exemple... shovelling shit. Nobody does that for a hobby! As for the initial question, it's always hard to know if the provider is truely in it by choice. Great suggestions in the thread to help make sure it is! Ultimetly though, you can only be attentive for the signs and hope that if someone is coerced, you'll notice and be able to help. -
At first, i though it would be a post about the higher limite. Probably cause there isn't that much age difference between me and a 19 years old. For me, age is just a number. If the lady seems interesting and attractive for me, i'll go for it. I'm 25 years old and i almost called an SP twice my age. I realized before calling that she wasn't in town at the time (read her calendar wrong.) As long as everyone involved is consenting, there's no ethical dilema IMO. Though personnaly, it's more the age difference then the fact she's a "teenager" that would make me find it weird. A 20 years old with even a 17 years old is much more natural in my eyes, then someone 50-years old with a 25-years old.

A very brilliant way of exposing it. If you can do or get the things that makes you happy, then everything is perfect. To answer Motorbykerider's question, unfortunetly i'm also not happy. I try very hard to change the one thing that doesn't work in my life, while staying true to myself. But it's not very successfull. I've been on medication for a few years now, to at least help with my mood and let me be neutral at least. Pills alone will never work (unless it's a purely biological depression) but for some, they are very much needed. Without them, some people wouldn't have the time to work on the problems. When i took the wrong medication for a bad cold, they ended up negating my normal medication. I had to check in at the Hospital, cause i was about to kill myself. Now i'm doing better and i'm very caryfull with what i mix. =P Best of luck Motorbykerider!

Pamela Smart is more a cased of fucking up murder then underaged sex. Didn't know about her before, but seems she didn't get charged with anything in relation to having sex with the 15 years old. (according to wiki) Also, you jump to the extreme with 12 years old, withouth acknowledging that 15-16 are considered underaged too. And if they aren't ready for the powerfull emotionnal consequences of the relationship.... why are they allowed to date and have sex between themselves? That's like saying: Well, 12 years old is too young to learn how to shot a rifle from someone with his permit....however, if it's another 12 years old that teach him, it's okay, they are both inexperienced. There was a story not that long ago of a shy music teacher, that probably never had much bf/gf, according to everyone she's sweet, good hearted and her dream was being a teacher. Then a 16 years old girl kept hitting on her until she finally fell for her. Then it was out, she's lost her job and had to move out cause everyone in town knew about it. Here a story that ended well. There's a bunch like those. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Kay_Letourneau

I have to disagree with you on this. Even underaged, someone can consent. Depending on the age, personnal state and maturity, there might be ethical problems though. Underaged is just something theorical. Even if you stay in the countries that doesn't treat women like slaves, the age of consent is different from place to place. In one country, a 15-16 years old could happily be married with someone older (let's say 30) and they could even have child. But if they move here, suddently, one of them is a criminal. If you swap gender in your exemple, you can hardly say it's not consentual. A lot of teenage boys have fantasy about one of there hot young teacher. If you remove the position of power ( the year after for exemple), it would be a dream come true for most of them if the women hitted on them. I understand that the laws are there to prevent abuse. And that in lot of cases, the older person is taken advantage of the younger. Sadly, it's also true in a lot of the same-age relationship with one taking advantage of the other. I think there would be a lot less problems if the gouvernment actually gave severe punishments for rape. At the present, weither it's and adult or a child, the sentance is ridiculous. If the consequence was proportionate and we managed to educate everyone, we wouldn't need arbitrary age of consent.

This hobby sure makes me lazy.
Frank7 replied to oldblueeyez's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
I aggree with mightypen. While the ladies here are awesome, there is much more to dating then just sex. And most can't (or don't want would be better said) to develope the relation in that direction. I still check dating sites or try to find a girlfriend, but i'm not so successfull. After failing a few time, i usually need some time to heal. Cerb helps me still get some actions until one day i find the right person. It helps not going crazy. =p -
i didn't get much luck with asking phone numbers. First girl i tried, she had a bf. Then the next two: 1) I speak with the cute gas station girl from time to time, and decide to ask her phone number. She said sure and give it to me. But when i called her, turns out she have a bf. She was just surprised by my demand and didn't want to seem rude. 2) The cute waitress seems to find me attractive, she's watching me and have a special smile when she see me. So i get up and ask her number. She's suprised, and ask why. Cause i'm interested and we could see each others. She give it, but i have trouble getting a hold on her. A week later i see her again, and learn she have a bf. She had a fight with him so she wasn't sure what to do and gave it, but everything is fine between them now. I guess i'm too subtle when i ask for a number. =(

What, exactly, is sex to you?
Frank7 replied to Meg O'Ryan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Sex is one or more of the above for me: intercourse, anal, handjob, daty, BJ, 69 digits, boobjob, mutual masturbation. Just kissing, cuddling or groping a bit someone, i wouldn't call that sex exactly. -
It's a sad thing that people seems to be focusing more on the underaged part then the no consent part. There's nothing wrong about underaged sex if it's consentual. Teenagers have always been having sex (or interested by it at least). And a lot of couples have 1-2 years difference, it's just natural that one turn 18 before the other. No consent however, that is never acceptable. To see them cheering like that about rape, it's utterly disgusting. It's very sad that nothing was said about it before now.

While it's true in theory, most guys won't respect the lady's preference. Most guys will try very hard to pressure a girl into giving them a BJ (or swallow), even if they don't like it. If they don't, many will use that as an excuse to either cheat on them, or break up immediately. So in that aspect, if the guy expect the lady to do something a bit uncomfortable for him, he should be able to do the same. Kinda like doing dishes. Nobody likes that, but if you want your bf/gf to do it, you should also be able to do it. In the end, what's important in those situations is if the thing is something you really hate/can't stand, or just something annoying/a chore that you can still do to make the other happy. Personally, the only thing hotter then going down on a lady would be going down on a very wet lady that squirts. =D

I don't see any problem with dating a friend's ex or an ex's friend. It might be touchy depending on who ended the relation, but at the end, it comes down to one big reason. Getting a girlfriend is a lot more rare and harder then getting friends. If my friend can't understand that I need someone in my life and prefer that I stay alone out of jealousy, then I don't need him/her. If it's my ex's friend.... well, she dumped me, why should she care who I date after? Youur two exemples are bad form though Secret_Silhouettes. In the first, he's married so I don't approve. In the second, it starts okay, but after having sex he just disappear without any reason? He should have been honest what he wanted at the start, or at least explains why he don't want to see you again. One of my best friend is dating our other best friend's ex at the moment. The guy even seems to think the flirting started when they were still together. While he's pissed at the girl and don't really want to interact much with her anymore, he's still friend with the guy. They've been friend for so long, he doesn't want to end it just for that and I guess he kinda understand why he did it (he used to date the girl after all =P) A lot of people say "bros before hoes" or "chicks before dicks" (i.e. that friends are more important then lovers) But if you really think about it, I don't think they really believe that. If you did, then why not live for the rest of your life with your friend(s) instead of a lover? And if you want a family, why not make one with a friend (and adopt kids). It's not like if one dad, one mom is the only way to raise a child. And nothing would stop you from seeing your lover and still have sex on the side right?

So many things that are enjoyable, it's hard to narrow it down. Specialy since i'm not very experienced yet. One thing I absolutely love though, is when a lady reach for my cock through my underwear, play a bit with it then reach aside to grab it. Having the lady initiate that way is so amazing and it makes me feel wanted. :icon_wink: Tasting a lady's juice is another of the most amazing thing that can happen.

Cuddle's, Kissing and Hugs. How important
Frank7 replied to someguy's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Extremely important. If it's not an option, I won't book. As someone else said, I can always give myself an orgasm alone, but those things, I can't. I understand that some ladies don't want to and respect that. However, that's my needs. Just like I wouldn't go see an RMT if I want a happy ending, or a MA if I want FS, I'll stick with the ladies that gladly offer what I love. =) -
I wish it was also possible for the socialy disabled. =P Great article Emily J! A different side of SP that should be shown more to all the "anti-prostitution" people.

Which woman gives great

Totally agree with you on that. JessicaMassage's showers are to amazing, i'd stay there forever. She have to tell me she's starting to prune to make me realize I should get going. :icon_lol: -
Have you seen any BAD movies lately?
Frank7 replied to castle's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
How can someone not love Sharknado! D: It was a brilliant movie, we learned so many things (throw bombs in tornado to break them) and the ending was epic. I'm a great fan of The Asylum and all those crappy B movies that don't take themselves seriously. Regarding the real sharks problem, it's sadly true that many people believe them to be evil man-killer. However, anyone who use an Asylum movie to get his facts straight about life is in serious need of being locked away. I can understand boycotting a movie that glorify horrible things, but most movies are aware that it's just fiction. If not, we couldn't see any movie with violence, thief, car chases, exorcism, etc =( -
Kissing after a BJ
Frank7 replied to Motorbykerider's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
First time I got asked the question, I paused to think about it. I was still a virgin and I wasn't sure. The girl suggested I try tasting my own cum to see if i'd like it. Since then, haven't had a problem with the idea. In fact, i'd love to snowball with a sexy lady. Not the porn-spitting type(that I find weird....), but just kissing while her mouth is full and sharing it. Of course, you got to respect everyone's limits. But seems egoistical and stupid to me when guys want BJ but won't DATY or when they want the girl to CIM or swallow but won't even kiss after a BJ. Likewise, if you expect her to accept your dick in her ass, you better be okay with her sticking something in yours. =P -
One of the hottest thing out there! I hope one day I'll have the chance to go down on a girl that squirt on my face/mouth. :icon_redface:

Listing services and fees-good or bad idea
Frank7 replied to CristyCurves's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Having the prices listed is pretty important. Reality being what it is, I'm not rich and cannot see ladies as often as I'd like. Some rates are just too much for my budget. Having to ask create this awkward situation where she'll feel insulted if you don't book. As for services, not really necessary, but always helpful. Specially if one provides only GFE or PSE, or out of the ordinary services. Hard or unusual limits should be mentioned. I always search to see if the lady allows kissing and DATY, as they are my favorite activities. -
I don't have any problems with a lady checking my profile. Better know before hand if things wouldn't work well. I do find it weird/awkward when an SP have a private profile. Understandable if there is face pics, but if not, it kinda makes it harder to get new customers. Specialy when you have to friend just to know where she works, what she looks like and link to her personal page... For the album of guys, first time I hear it. Anyone know why? If they fallow the same rules as the ladies, I don't see what would be the problem.

Showing your face pictures
Frank7 replied to Meaghan McLeod's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Regarding problems in future jobs, that's sadly a reality. Even if it's discrimination, it's even accepted. Just think of the 2-3 stories of high school teacher or secretary that did porn. Porn is "fully" legal, but when it got out, they all got fired, never mind that the students couldn't legally watch the porn. And I'm sure there's other examples in other type of jobs. =( -
Seems to me that negative reviews would cause some awkwardness and be even more hurtful to SP/MA if they aren't anonymous. Specially considering that a negative review would mostly be reserved for very bad encounters or unprofessional behaviors. So it would be felt as an attack by the SP/MA, even more if she though the date when well. I'm not very good at explaining my self and the potential conflicts I imagine would happen. =/ As for paying, I don't really see why. Writing a review is for others, not yourself. Either to thank the lady for a wonderful time and help her get more clients, or to help the other hobbyist meet great ladies. If others don't trust my reviews, it doesn't really affect me personally, just the others CERBies and the lady.
