I have some that I see every week for a period of time, then some every few months or every few years. I try not to worry to much of how many will or won't return I just make sure I am providing my best.

I think it depends on the type of person you are, if you are able to separate feelings and get back to your normal life then yes seeing a SP is a good way to cope with loneliness. but if it becomes a regular habit then that is where hiccups could happen. I know I've expereinced it on both sides now and it can get complicated. I've also learned it is unrealistic to go in thinking you can separate feelings and try and ignore them. I think setting boundaries is a little better, because you always have them to remind yourself why you are seeing a SP in the first place.

I've been thinking about it for a while that I should expand my wings a little and tour a few cities. Just wondering which Ottawa hotels are more Sp friendly and transportation wondering if I should take the train or bus in or maybe fly in.

In the last couple of years I recently discovered I can squirt. it's not something that happens often and I haven't really figured out how to "control" it since I am learning many factors are in play when it happens.
