I can only speak for myself, agencies hardly ask what name I wanted right away they have a name in mind of what they want to call me, then for going indie it was difficult to pick a name because so many were already taking. one day when SP college opens up I am sure there will be a class on choosing a name, and consistent marketing. but til now you have to keep a look out for name changes. my cat died in October 2010 I was completely devistated he wzs 2 years old. The vet suggested he had renal failure and said it wasn't my fault. Well this is fanstatic I have seen this topic in other message boards and this is the first place where everyone really puts a really thought-out answer. I shared an incall it was in a 4/5 star hotel in the condo rental part it was too glamourous for me the place made me feel initimidated. I hosted from hotels so far twice I was more in a panic of the fact that I would be there the whole day and felt very hotel sterile like. For maybe a year I hosted from home I had huge doubts about it because it really wasn't a home I was proud of but I was working with what I had. Over time I started to hate working from home and even hating being an sp. The constant need to clean and be ready all the time got to me. If the resources were available I would be a nicer neighbourhood and definitely a better apartment. Now in my return to be an SP since so many financial goals can not happen on just my part-time income and college. I will have to get hotels and hopefully not feel umcomfortable being in ahotel or even share the hotel with another SP to break down the need to escape that hotel sterile enviroment. I much rather outcalls to hotels I feel liberated visiting a gentlemen and having a good time and going home. I host incalls for the clients who can not host outcalls in hotels for themselves. I feel umcomfortable going to a clients home I didn't think it would be same for hosting in my own home.

This is definitely not sex work related, but I came across this article and I am pretty sick to my stomach, they want to pass a law in new jersey to hunt and kill feral cats. feral cats were once house cats, that were abandoned or ran away from home and now live wildly in the streets across the world. I sometimes foster cats and kittens until they are adopted. They have an online petition going on right now to stop this law from being active. The TNR Method is what most of the cat rescue groups believe to be humane where they will trap cats and kittens, have them spayed and neutered , attempt to socialize the kittens and the tame cats for adoption to forever homes and if they are not they put them back in the colony they found them so they the cats in that area will re-accept them. There is a current documentary going on about this topic called Cat City. a clip of it is on youtube. I have a copy of the DVD, and I volunteer with the Annex Cat Rescue, Urban Cat Relief, and Toronto Cat Rescue and sometimes the Toronto Humane Society . New Jersey may soon pass an initiative that would allow hunters to begin hunting feral cats. Take action! I recently came back from Las Vegas for Desiree Alliance Conference - a world wide conference for sex workers rights movements groups or sex worker movement rights groups I am not sure the activism term for it. but the point is that the conference lacked a lot of printed material, posted, banners, badges, wrist bands, sponsored allies, better quality of continental breakfast and lunches. Since I have experienced attending Webmaster Access and Quebec Expo I feel that this special niche conference needs support from more resources from the sex industry so here I am posting. I am on the planning stages of creating SWOP Canada and SWOP Toronto which is a sister chapter of SWOP-USA, SWOP Australlia SWOP (Sex Worker Outreach Project) if you are wondering Sex Workers make up of escorts/prostitutes who work indoors and on the street, porn stars, webcam models, massage parlor attendants, BDSM, Queer identified sex workers and many other sex worker allies and supporters. I am posting here to reach out to the sex industry to see which webmaster affiliates companies and other online porn pushes not sure the word to use to include everyone would be interested in contributing something to this conference, and support groups.
