The written word vs the spoken word.
stevecurious replied to Meg O'Ryan's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Here, here Meg! For my take on your very relevant thread please read my VERY recent thoughts from another thread! My post is too large to re-write and I don't want to double post. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=255985&postcount=7 -
Yep, and I'd risk being stung too. If your daughter wanted to become a SP, would you let her?

This is the third time I have attempted to form a response to this thread, so here is hoping the third time is indeed a charm. So, where to begin? I guess the most logical, since this is a thread of apology, is to begin there. It takes a big person to admit their own fault and for that I applaud you. Mistakes happen and words/phrases get spoken that can lead to more harsh words, the snowball effect if you will. Yes the thread in question was heated and from that we all should learn and move on! Everyone here has to remember that unlike in the "real world" every word we speak, or type I suppose, can be read and or quoted over and over in their entirety by the next person. To avoid confusion or conflict discretion should be used when quoting and discussing the relevant topic. If the thread is getting a little dicey take a step back and take a breather. We may be madder than hell at the previous posters comments, and that is fine, but we mustn't let our anger get the better of us. If someone has annoyed us keep the rebuttal stern but respectful. If I post a comment I must keep in mind that my words are now public (Cerb) record and can be quoted as such. If my statement is incorrect I must be aware that my words can and will be corrected. That said when I have my statements corrected this too must be done in a respectful manner. As of late I find myself steering well clear of any heated or controversial thread as I just don't enjoy them. I do not enjoy the drama, conflict or issues that tend to come out in these types of threads. Words can be more painful than that of the cruelest torture and we must all be aware that there is an individual attached to that avatar. I may disagree with the person or their comments, and that is my right, but I must disagree with them respectfully! There is a fine line between debate and argument and on this board one rules and the other is not tolerated, please do not make the wrong decision on which is which! We all have a role to play and rules to play by on this board and I am fully aware that if I don't like those rules, well I know damn well where the door is! If respect can not be maintained during our very adult oriented discussions here then there is indeed a problem. Please, keep in mind that I am not attempting to single out any party or parties involved. Think of this a blanket statement or rant if you want on the state of Cerb affairs! I implore everyone who reads this to please play nice and be the kind of friends we all need to be in this community. There you have my thoughts on the subject, agree or disagree with me that is fine but one thing you can not argue with is without respect we will suddenly find ourselves in a very style CL world! When that happens Stevecurious will be closing his account! Thanks for listening...

If you're looking for everyday shoes that you can wear with casual pants or jeans something like this (pic. #1 below) should do. If you need something less casual go for something with a harder soul, larger heal and better quality leather (pic. #2). Oh, stay away from laces as well. #1 #2 -
The Rep System Ã?Ã?Ã? Arggh!
stevecurious replied to whatsup's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
As others have stated rep. points are just a fun way to say "well done" or as Old Dog put it a gold star. Sometimes you just don't feel the need/urge to respond to a post but the idea moves you enough to comment, in this case adding rep. is ideal. See this brand new thread as an example of my point of view. -
Some of Candi (Ladiitrill) with her permission of course.

S.A. I think these are the pics the Ladiitrill was trying to post:

Shopping list for the sex shops
stevecurious replied to Studio 110 by Sophia's topic in Escort Discussion for New Brunswick
Well since we have only met the one time (so far) I guess you wouldn't know. Binding and being bound is sometimes not the best way for a first encounter to go... -
Yes, if my face was covered. Would YOU want to watch my sex tape? Ha ha
-
Yes, without hesitation! Would you ever make a sex tape?
-
Not even if there was a 100% chance! On the topic of movies, would you allow your GF to go down on you in a movie theater?
-
Yes...I'm honest to a fault and I have grown to enjoy the taste of my own foot. Would you ever admit to your co-worked that you were attracted to them?

I nice and readily accessible substitute for this product are Ace bandages or what are also referred to as tensor bandages. They are available at any pharmacy or box store and will raise no eyebrows. By bending the leg backwards toward the thigh and wrapping the tensor over the thigh and around the ankle you can achieve a VERY nice position where both you and your friend can enjoy themselves. As you may or may not know there are removable metal clasps that secure tensors so they can be fitted to any body type. Keep in mind the wider the bandage the more comfortable your friend will be...I recommend the 6" width for most comfort. Oh almost forgot have a small piece of string, twine, etc. on hand to snugly tie the bandage in the area just behind the knee. This will ensure the bandage does not slip off. -
The Value of CERB Threads
stevecurious replied to Old Dog's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Yes and no I suppose would be the most accurate response for me. Yes I do consider recommendations to be an important tool at my disposal in regards to meeting a lady for the first time but I do understand just what they are. That is to say they are positive opinions posted by other individuals, I mean just because they may post that they enjoy wearing wool doesn't necessarily mean I am going to shear a sheep. So yes recommendations are important but they must be given their appropriate weight as opinions. As far as public contributions go, again yes I enjoy a more active posting lady as it allows me a glimpse into her thought process, opinions and beliefs plus it sometimes allows for some pre - date flirting. I must also point out that sometimes when we hold back just a bit that can be just as, if not more inviting than laying it all on the table. Mysticism and the idea of "always leave 'em wanting more" is a time tested practice. So all that being said YES recos. and post count, etc. help me decide but NO I do not rely exclusively on one or the other. Does this make sense to anyone other than me???
