Has it really been that long??? I am so sorry Angel I have been meaning to give that disc to you every time I see you but I have been a little busy using it myself.:handjob: Disclaimer: I am not nor have I ever been a photographer...and I am not actually the "guy" in question. Ha ha -
Dr. Love Since you asked for opinions, advice, etc. I will give you my opinion. Take my advice for what it is...advice. When I was younger (i.e. still dating) I was attracted to looks and everything else was a distant second, third, fourth, etc. For years I couldn't figure out why I was feeling unfulfilled in my relationships. I kept thinking I am dating a 10 out of 10 (looks wise) so why am I so unhappy??? It wasn't until I realized that I was missing something. I/we couldn't converse, had nothing in common and didn't seem to want to have anything in common. At that point after many, many difficult relationships I decided to take a different approach. I began to LISTEN to women...I mean really listen. It is amazing what a man can learn by sitting back and shutting up. From that point on I put an emphasis on personality and I haven't looked back since! Incidentally I have never been happier! Best of luck on your journey.

One thing that really sucks is driving to another province to see a lady and having someone run a stop sign and hit you (me). Try explaining that situation to your SO...thankfully the lady in question was quite understanding! Oh yes, got the estimate for repairs today...$4500 will take care of it. Thank the gods for insurance, the other guys insurance that is!

Although slightly off topic (my apologies) I couldn't help but think of things that I always enjoyed watching a lady eat on a date. :-D Items such as: Bananas Ice cream cones Hot dogs Popsicles P.S. I have already reported this (my own) post to Mod for thread hijacking... -

All the best to you and yours in the coming days and years. Take comfort in the fact that you made the right decision for yourself. -
* Falling asleep on the couch watching the hockey game last night and waking up (on the couch) this morning with a stiff neck. * Having Boston lose to Vancouver last night!

I believe the term "spinner" much like any other term is just that...a term or word used to categorize something or someone. I have met ladies whom others would classify as natural, BBW, spinner, etc. and I am at a loss to figure it all out??? I am fully aware of the urban dictionary terms and meanings but have we come so far as to classify the opposite sex based on these terms? A lady is a lady be in short, medium or tall! I would hate to see what would be said if roles were reversed and it was us (the guys) who had photo albums on our profile available for scrutiny. I for one do not have the mental fortitude to bear reading the comments that would be posted on my pictures because I am far from being a a CK underwear model or in this case...a spinner! I am very much an "anti-spinner."

When I was younger and still dating, prior to the state of wedded bliss I am now in (isn't sarcasm great) I had the talent of never really getting along with "her" parents. Her being whoever I was dating at the time. I understand that to even get to the meet the parents stage is a bigger step in the dating hierarchy but it was always one I stumbled on. First a little background information. I was born and raised a city boy through and through which meant that usually I dressed, thought, etc. different than my "country" counterparts. My views on politics, society, etc. always seemed to be the opposite to what other, more shall we say conservative peoples views were. Having said all of that I always had a way of being attracted to "country girls." If I was to be asked out or if I was to ask a girl out invariably they would always be from the country. So after a long streak of hits/misses/disasters I hit upon one girl and yes she was a country girl and yes I did make it as far as meeting her parents. At this point in my life I was in my mid twenties(ish) and had grown cynical to the thought of meeting another set of parents. Well turns out this set didn't like me either...and I didn't much like them. We were catty to each other and disputed everything the other said. Just as had happened with me in the past! Okay, still with me so far? Jump ahead a few years to my wedding during the reception speeches to be precise. My now Father In Law was giving his speech and let me be clear my SO parents are great people! But at that point I was still a little distant due in no small part to my track record. So during his speech he stopped speaking from his prepared speech and looked directly at me and said... "You know what Steve you are a great person and I couldn't be happier that you married my daughter."

Incall location
stevecurious replied to Malika Fantasy's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Hotel, private home, etc. to me seeing a lady in anyone of these settings is hunky dory with me. That being said there are exceptions and add ons to every rule and guideline. I have been to some ladies private homes, one in particular comes to mind, and it was immaculate, not palatial, but spic 'n' span clean. A real neat and tidy everything has its place location with tasteful decor, etc. On the other hand I have been to another ladies private home and it was quite the opposite indeed. Now please keep in mind that my expectations are zero and we all work with what we have but I can understand how some ladies prefer to work from a hotel and other guys prefer to meet at a hotel. I would much prefer going to a ladies own home and truly and honestly seeing her abode than being invited into a hotel room that was either (A) out of her financial league. We have all done this at some point, trying to keep up appearances, etc. Keeping up with the Joneses I believe is the saying or (B) a room within someones means only to find it rundown, dirty or unsafe. The point I am attempting to make is from my standpoint I booked with you (the lady) based on your reputation, personality, talents, looks, whatever so don't worry about having a room/home that is akin to Buckingham Palace as I am not there to admire the Frescoes...I am there to admire the lady who the room/home belongs to! -

stevecurious replied to Gentleman11's topic in General Discussion Area - all of Canada
Depending on the date, location, etc. I can certainly see myself being interested in attending. Certainly keep me in mind as the details become finalized and the guest list solidified. -
Sophia is well recommended in both the Ottawa and New Brunswick sections.
