    I have been involved in a M-M-F personally not throughout my career as an SP though. I would be fine offering this session for respectable clients I have seen before, I wouldn't agree to it on a first time meeting just because of safety issues. Would the OP be hoping that he bring a friend or that the SP has a male to be included in the session.
